The staff of the hotel were excellent, smiling welcoming and very helpfull, and I mean every single one of them, not just by the reception. Even thou I looked to get a higher located room with a front view, the room I got was beautiful and still had a great view, the halls were smelling refreshingly good every day and the room was clean and comfortable.

I noticed small areas i the room, that could use some maintanence, nothing too seriouse or or disturbing at all, I just thaught it was a bit funny that something small like that wasn't already fixed, or maybe it was just a bad timing for me. Minor renovations, such as renewing some caulking, and a blind that wouldn't close all the way.

I stayed in Room 2009, and I would like to highlight that the cleanliness, the room arrangement, and the overall comfort were truly at a very high level. My brother did not only need “quick help”—he needed real assistance with organizing and facilitating his movement, removing obstacles, and making sure everything happened smoothly and safely. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was busy and buzzing with activity yet everything was exceptionally well organised, making for a seamless and enjoyable experience. The bell staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist, while the reception team was warm, engaging, and genuinely cheerful throughout my stay. The hotel provided the perfect balance of energy and comfort, allowing me to stay productive during my work while also feeling relaxed and well looked after. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.

What a great hotel. I can recommend this hotel - the pool area is gorgeous with beautiful views of the ocean. Large, good for swimming and just lounging and looking into the ocean. I got an ocean view suite - it's large, modern feel. Really nice. If you can afford it, I recommend booking this suite type. It's worth the price. The gym is actually great with 36 kgs dumbbells. I got great work outs. The club lounge is also really nice. I liked to start my mornings on the terrace, enjoying a nice coffee and ice tea before the heat came. As for location, if you want to party, this is the place to be. It's close to all the main party areas of Pattaya. I was a little worried about staying here as I'm not a partyer myself. But it was actually far enough away from the partying that I was never bothered. Lots of kids here. And perfectly acceptable place for both families as well as partyers. They are able to manage both client bases very well. Diamond treatment was excellent. Staff service was excellent. The duty manager was very nice (he previously worked at Waldorf and Conrad in BKK). I'm not sure if I'm supposed to write names. I'll definitely come back here 1-2 times a year.

The location is perfect, the staff is really nice, welcoming and helpful.

I would like to share a few comments that I assume you do not hear very often, but I believe they are important and hope you will take them into consideration. 1. Breakfast In my opinion, the breakfast is good, but not exceptional. Why? At a hotel of this standard, I expect breakfast to include à la carte dishes served to the table, such as Eggs Benedict. I have stayed at hotels that are considered less luxurious than yours, and they offered this. Your breakfast seems to be designed more for guests looking for a lunch-style meal, with a strong focus on meat and chicken dishes. There is only one omelet station, and even that was fairly average. I also found the selection of cheeses and salads to be quite limited. On the other hand, I have to give credit where it is due - the dessert selection is excellent, and there is an impressive variety of sweets. This was actually the first time I have ever decided to skip breakfast after only two nights at a hotel. As you can probably tell, breakfast is very important to me and is a significant part of my overall hotel experience. 2. Spa Regarding the spa, I found it difficult to understand why guests are charged to use the sauna. Charging 500 baht for one hour in the sauna does not seem reasonable, especially since most people do not spend an entire hour there. I believe the spa facilities should be available to all hotel guests who have מalready paid a premium to stay at the hotel, rather than asking them to pay extra for basic wellness facilities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. However, because I am paying a premium price, I think that next time I would choose to stay at a different hotel. Thank you nevertheless. You have a wonderful team - your waitstaff, housekeeping staff, front desk team, bell staff, and everyone else were consistently welcoming, professional, and kind. I hope you continue to value and take good care of them. I also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. Thank you very much.

Clean, central location. Great helpful staff

A fantastic location positioned close to all the action. Many restaurants nearby and right on top of Central Pattaya. The rooms were large and clean. Hotel staff were friendly, genuinely warm and helpful. Each room has a fantastic view of the water. Swimming pool was lovely

Excellent hotel with amazing view and location

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and Central Pattaya Mall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were friendly and professional. The infinity pool and bar were highlights of our stay.

The Edge Restaurant was under maintenance during our stay, so the food menu was more limited than usual. However, the quality of the food and the service remained excellent, and it did not significantly affect our overall experience

We have been staying at the Hilton Pattaya for several years now, and as Hilton Honors members (we're also in the Marriott Bonvoy programme, so we have plenty of hotels to compare against), this property consistently stands out for one main reason: the staff. Two teams in particular deserve special recognition — the team led by Ooychai, and the team led by Jet. Every member of the Executive Lounge and Concierge teams is not only warm, friendly and personable, but genuinely professional. They make our busy travel schedules so much easier, anticipating what we need and taking care of it without us having to ask twice. Having stayed at Hilton and Bonvoy properties around the world, we can honestly say these are the best teams we've encountered anywhere in either chain. We want to take this opportunity to publicly thank Ooychai, Jet, and everyone on their teams for the world-class service they provide time and again. If you're a busy business traveller who needs a hotel that genuinely supports you rather than just housing you, we'd recommend the Hilton Pattaya on the strength of these teams alone.

Super Thankyou to Peter who made every effort to help our stay be more pleasureable and we were really impressed he remembered our names, even a day later in the lobby, especially mine as a foreigner and more so as the booking was under my wife’s band. Super impressed with that too.

Awesome hospitality. Mr Chai took extra care to ensure our comfort. It is a peaceful property. I love the executive lounge experience. Once can spend their whole day with family and friends while enjoying some of the best cocktails in town.

It would be apt to tell Hilton pattaya is surrounded by the city. It's creates its own landmark and buzz around. The hospitality had been stupendous, staff have been so kind and co operative. Also a huge shoot out for Mr.ooychai and his team, for making our trip memorable one.

So glad to be back and stayed at Hilton Pattaya again! Honestly one of the few places that always gives me good energy, warm welcome, clean environment and great vacation experience from the moment I walk in. I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Pattaya. It was my first time here and it exceed my expectations. The customer service here is at an excellent level and everyone from the concierge to the cleaning staff all made my stay much more enjoyable. Rooms: The room itself has great functionality and switches are placed in easy to reach and mostly logical areas. I was very happy that the staff informed me I was able to remove the minibar items inside and the snacks as I wanted to purchase my own drinks which there was no room for until the minibar was removed. I had booked an Ocean-view room and I was quite happy with the view. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I appreciated the drying rack on the balcony. I have used it many times. Facilities/amenities: The existing facilities/amenities are great. The fitness center especially is perfect for me and I love the added bonus of the refrigerator with the cold towels. My only wish would for there to be some sort of Sauna like Finnish Saunas as that is something I really love. The pool itself is nice to relax, however I would have liked there to be more of an area to swim, but that’s only wishful thinking. Breakfast Buffet: Since the normal location of the buffet was under renovation, we were having breakfast at the lvl 17 event space outside the ballroom. This made some of the locations and setting a bit awkward, but it was still fine. The food itself I can tell uses good ingredients. There is a lot of variety, with cooks helping to create foods on the spot. Taste is subjective, so I won’t comment too much but I loved trying out all the new foods. My personal favourite area is the fruit as sometimes they stock with harder to open/eat fruits like jack fruit, dragon fruit. On my last day I had to check out too early for the breakfast buffet but the staff was able to help prepare a custom breakfast box for me. Service: Everyone, from the concierges, to the doorman, to the cleaning staff all had wonderful service. I wanted to give a special thanks to two individuals who really went extra to make me feel at home. Mr. E*, the concierge, greeted me every day with gusto. Seeing him always brightened up my day or cheered up my mood. Whenever possible, we would have a short conversation and I can feel his sincerity in the conversation. Mr. V*, the head chef running the restaurants, I had the pleasure to meet and he greeted me at breakfast most days and would even prepare some dishes for me personally. He also provided insight on how to eat some Indian cuisine and answered all my food-related questions. Thank you to the Hilton for wonderful stay. I hope to be back.

6th stay in this property. Always has been a fantastic experience. Was very dissapointed to find out that Hilton did not arrange to live telecast all the FIFA World Cup football matches. Only few insignificant matches were telecast live.

The staff and facility were truly amazing. It was a wonderful experience that I plan on doing again as soon as I can. Two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful stay! Being based in Singapore, this trip back to Thailand felt incredibly warm and welcoming. Every staff member was amazing, but special thanks to the Executive Lounge team—they were incredibly kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to grant our room requests for the perfect floor and view. Our room was fantastic, and the breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety. My 22-year-old son absolutely loved it. The only area for improvement is the gym, which felt a bit small and limited for weight training. Overall, a perfect stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Me and my wife come to the Hilton Pattaya at least twice a year. This trip we checked in June 28 and checked out the 30. Service at the executive lounge was outstanding as always. Housekeeper at the 22nd floor was very nice. We had a chance to enjoy breakfast at their beautiful ballroom, this team did an amazing job with the morning breakfast, and the service was fantastic. We will try to come back as often as possible.

A very nice hotel in a prime location in Pattaya. The hotel is very clean with very nice, attractive rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

I especially liked the upscale nature of your entire experience. Room location and spectacular view to name one. The Amazing pool and view of beach road as well.Also your wonderfully polite and willingful staff to help with any concern I had.

The only 3 things that could be better about my stay in room 2901 would be for a more modern room refrigerator. The refrigerator in my room struggled to keep my temperature sensitive medication cool enough. Also would prefer another American TV channel other than Fox News. It’s a political channel that’s not my political side. Unfortunately America is very politically divided. And lastly, a legitimate Satellite radio station and not the continuous same Bob Marley track playing over and over on my room radio station. 3 minor disappointments for sure that won’t keep me from coming back.
