Not what it advertised.

While attending a week long event in Pattaya, my wife was able to relax and I joined her in the evenings. The location of Avani Pattaya is perfect - a reasonable walk in every direction to many of the things to do and see. Used Bolt taxis to visit Tiffany's Show and again to visit Sanctuary of Truth. Other than those, we just walked. Food at Avani? Outstanding. Rooms are excellent. Beach is across the street.

Avani Pattay is heavenly stay destination in Pattay. The hospitality and the sanctuary of the hotel is simply excellent.

Location is very good. Atmosphere is excellent. Rooms are very spacious.

I have been traveling for work for years and this is the one business trip I take where I genuinely love coming to this hotel. Staff turnover is minimal and always smiling.

Second time staying here, years apart. Decent and quiet rooms with convenient location. Low season, so pool wasn't crowded and finally got to enjoy as a relaxing oasis. Connected to shopping and direct access to the beach road. Didn't bother with breakfast this time. Would stay again.

Had a very weird check out experience. I'd prearranged a car to the airport for the morning, but on checking out the front desk guy insisted I wait for housekeeping the check the room. He said it was to make sure I didn't forget anything but the implication was clear: that I'd somehow damaged or took something from the room. I firmly informed him I would not be waiting and had a plane to catch, but what a sour ending to an otherwise nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We loved the beautiful tropical garden, the delicious breakfast, and the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. A special thank you to Natty for taking such good care of us during our stay. We will definitely be back again!

The location is excellent, with direct beach access and a mall attached to the hotel. The property also has a good swimming pool, a spa, and a nice dining restaurant with a good variety of food. The entire team was very helpful and accommodating. I arrived before the scheduled check-in time, and they were kind enough to provide me with a room as soon as one was available.

The hotel does feel a little dated, and there was an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom. Unfortunately, I also developed back pain from the second day onwards (I suspect the bed), which made it difficult for me to fully enjoy and experience the property.

The resort has a relaxed tropical feel while offering all the comforts and service standards of a premium property. Its central location is arguably one of its biggest strengths. With Beach Road, shopping, restaurants, and key attractions all within easy reach, getting around Pattaya is effortless. Despite being in the heart of the city, the resort feels like a peaceful oasis. A special mention for the staff, who were consistently courteous, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The property also offers plenty of dining options, complemented by attractive happy hour offerings and a vibrant atmosphere in the evenings. Overall, Avani Pattaya is very close to being the ideal place to stay in Pattaya. With its excellent location, great connectivity, welcoming staff(Noey ), and relaxed upscale vibe, it is a resort I would gladly return to and highly recommend to other travellers.

As a family of four, we had a wonderful stay at Avani Pattaya. While the location is excellent, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit enjoyable. The pool area is fantastic, with a clean pool, a great pool bar, and beautiful tropical gardens that create a peaceful oasis in the heart of Pattaya. The hotel also offers a good gym, a relaxing spa, and several excellent restaurants. Despite its central location, the hotel feels very safe thanks to 24/7 security. The concierge and reception teams were always helpful and happy to share local recommendations. Our only suggestions for improvement would be reducing the humidity in the rooms by servicing the air conditioning or ventilation, and improving breakfast during peak hours. That said, the hardworking staff do an excellent job, and a little patience is all that’s needed. A special thank you to Jazlyn and Peem for their kindness and dedication to making our family stay so memorable. We recommend Avani Pattaya and would happily stay here again.

First: I have never gave any hotel a five star review, there is always something that can be better. Avani was 4,5 stars, so close, maybe next time. The employees were very friendly and helpfull in every position. The breakfast is excellent! Garden pool area is lovely, sun or shadow, both can be found. Pool bar nice, and food is good. Daily promotions available. The location is convenient, through the garden and you are on the Beach Road, direct access to the mall, and the Second Road front of the main entrance. Shopping, massage clinics, bars and restaurants in walking distance, what else do you need! Room A/C was little loud, but beds were great, no back problems at all. (Room on the main building.) That tlny things: There was only bathtub in the bathroom. It was quite hard to step out of there even we both ain't that old. If you are having problem with moving ask room with shower. (I don't know do they have one.) The traffic sound (You know those heavily tuned motorcycles) was sometimes heard through the door even A/C masked most of it. Highly recommended hotel!

Everything about Avani is quality, my only suggestion is that the rooms need to keep up with technology for comfort and entertainment.

I recently stayed at Avani Pattaya Resort and had a wonderful experience. The ambience of the hotel was excellent, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were extremely cooperative, courteous, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Pimmy, the Manager, who was exceptionally humble, professional, and supportive. She handled every request with a smile and never made us feel uncomfortable while assisting us. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya.

We loved our time at Avani. We stayed for a golf tournament and were spoiled by the staff. We enjoyed the pool and the swim-up bar. Breakfasts were superb, with a wide variety of options on offer. The most memorable was Nitra from The Garden Cafe Team. What a lovely, happy girl.

Avani is ideally located in the heart of Pattaya’s vibrant city center. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel offers a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. It’s the best located resort with sea view. Prefer sea view room if fits in budget. Many Indian and Thai food restaurants at the walking distance. It gives full resort vibe with very big swimming pool, amazing food options and the environment feels friendly. Staff is very good and friends specially Ms Dao who is very helpful. This is a 5 star resort which gives value for money.

I came back to stay at Avani Pattaya again because the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always take great care of the guests. The swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of food choices, and this time I was very happy to see more healthy menu options available. Mr. Tony recommended some of the wellness dishes for me to try, and they tasted absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed them! I would also like to thank Boom, Fen, and all the pool staff for their warm hospitality and friendly service throughout my stay. Everyone made me feel very welcome. I will definitely come back again!

This was our 2nd stay at the Avani and it so good to come back again.Great location,very clean,very friendly staff that are always willing to please.Once you enter in off beach rd you feel like your in your own Oasis,with beautiful gardens and huge pool.Special mention to Petch,the wonderful lady who runs the swim up bar at the pool,she is so friendly and professional and makes the best Bloody Mary’s🍹We met the Hotel Manager at breakfast one morning and he made us feel very welcome which was much appreciated.Highly recommend this hotel..

We had a great family vacation at Avani Pattaya Resort. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool that our child really enjoyed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for traveling with kids. The staff were very kind and helpful, always smiling and making us feel welcome.Especially Khun Nutty and Khun Namnueng to take care my son.Breakfast offered many choices for both adults and children. The location is also very convenient, close to the beach, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it easy for families to travel around Pattaya. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our family. We would definitely come back again for our next family trip. 💙🌴

The stuff behavior at the lobby when we first arrived to the hotel was awful. We arrived early morning and i already sent a message to explain we need a early check-in and also informed we celebrate a very unique event but they said they didn't receive our message and didn't really care we informed in advanced. We go out to other hotel and rented a room only for few hours until they let us check-in. We can understand the rules but the behavior and stuff attitude was very bad and unacceptable. Of course we informed the manager and they tried to give us some spa treatment free of charge but we refused because they already destroyed our experience and feelings. I was in this hotel many times before 2022 but tjis time everything was different...we were very disappointed 😞

Check in und Check Out war unkompliziert The booked room was very large, and the two beds were also quite spacious. Breakfast was appealing and plentiful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward.

Das einzige was ich nicht wusste, eventuell hab ich es überlesen in der Buchung, aber das Hotel fordert dann noch eine Sicherheitsleistung von 1000 Baht pro Tag. Da war ich etwas überrascht, konnte Bar oder per Kreditkarte erledigt werden und wurde auch nach ca 2 Wochen wieder rückerstattet auf die Karte..

This lovely hotel sits in a busy area but feels like an oasis. The pool layout is incredible—multi-tiered with lush gardens and a swim-up bar. Great atmosphere and fantastic poolside staff! Can't wait to return.

The room was nice but a bit worn, especially the bathroom. The bath-shower design led water onto the floor—odd layout. A couple more towels would have been appreciated especially for the cost.

It’s my first time here in this hotel. I feel so nice and relaxed on my day off to chill out by the pool. And come back to have a club Logue time in the evening after finish work and they serve and treat me so nice especially elephant bar team and Jazlyn.

We came back to Avani again one of our favourite hotels to stay in Thailand, everything was great, Room, pool, bar snacks, and the breakfast is also superb. Thanks to all the staff

Stayed at Avani Pattaya during the Songkran holiday. The breakfast area was quite busy and felt a bit small, but the food was good and the staff were very helpful. Definitely one of the most impressive places I’ve stayed in Pattaya.

Uns hat vor allem die Freundlichkeit des kompletten Personals gefallen. Insbesondere die Crew der Pool Bar ist nicht zu übertreffen. Das Hotel liegt in Pattaya an Strandlage und direkt an der Beachroad. Aber weder im Zimmer noch wenn man am Pool liegt, bekommt man davon etwas mit. Es ist so fantastisch ruhig, als ob das Hotel eine Alleinlage hätte. Für uns wird es in Pattaya immer nur dieses Hotel geben.

My 5th visit in 2 years, and as perfect as ever. The management and staff are professional, approachable and ultra friendly. The choice and variety of breakfast options seems almost never ending and of the highest quality. For someone who likes to swim daily for exercise the pool is perfect. The hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquility in a vibrant 24 hour city, and only 30 yards from the beach. I am looking forward to my next stay already.

Great location with very convenient access to everything. The breakfast is excellent, and even after many stays, I’m still impressed every time. The staff are always helpful, Natty consistently takes great care of my reservations. Also receptionist, Prae, friendly and nice. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained, with a very nice pool area, although the water was quite cold. The food was good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we really appreciated. It was also very convenient to have a shopping mall right next to the hotel, and the happy hour drinks were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the interiors felt a bit outdated, and it was disappointing that there were no free sunbeds on the beach, and the available ones were not very modern or comfortable.

The very best experience was with a Housekeeper. Her name is Duen and she made my trip so extremely comfortable. She was kind, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Everyday she brought extra water and always asked if I was ok and if I needed more. The BEST part of my trip was meeting her. Thank you Duen for such an amazing work ethic!!!!
