Balcony is really a place for the aircon, no microwave (although I did not go and ask for one so I dont know if it was available). Location, grab bike and taxi are needed in my opinion.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026This is a dream condo for any traveller looking for either short or long term rentals with all facilities, room cleaning, reception desk and just every thinkable additional aspects included. The staff and the manager are very kind and thrustworthy hosts, ensuring an unforgettable stay and with that also kindly providing any assistance no matter the need (As long as you as a renter stay humble, grateful and respectful towards them and the fair housing rules of course - speaks for itself, but still tended to mention it aswell). For the central location and overall experience it is well worth spending your time here during any stay within pattaya central. 🙏🏼

Reviewed May 26, 2026Großes Zimmer, viel Staurau. Gut für Langzeitaufenthalte. Klimaanlage gut, aber laut. Großer Kühlschrank (Kann auch Eis machen). Entspannte Atmosphäre am Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig. Tolle Lage. Alles da: Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bars.
WLAN nicht gut für Videos gucken. Stühle im Zimmer nicht für Arbeit am Schreibtisch geeignet. Klimaanlage laut. Kein Telefon auf dem Zimmer. Die gesamte Anlage ist schon etwas älter, und das sieht man ihr auch an. Aber alles funktioniert und das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Den Sessel und zweite Bett im Zimmer durch ein Sofa mit Tisch ersetzen wäre traumhaft .. ;-)

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The staff are amazing and so friendly. They helped my friend get his mobile back from Bangkok and could not have been more helpful. Small walk to local shops. Pool is well maintained and the gym had everything you need. I would come back in a heart beat.
I am going to be very honest here. For the price there is not a thing I didn’t like.

Alt gammelt lort gulve var ødelagt man fik bræder i fødder og svamp i skabe lugtede vandet i dryppende vi sagde det ingen kom så vi måtte selv lukke for det toilettet løbe rengøring ingen toilet papir måtte vi købe og poser i toilet spanden mangler det var o stjerner poll ku du ikke ligge ved da dem der have bolig der lage håndklæder hele dagen selv om de fik hvad man ikke må ingen gjorde noget og restaurant som der står er der ikke nedlagt så i til at luk op og skide i vil aldrig anbefale booking com til nogen føj for 14 dage

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Easy access to places to eat, corner shops and a mall. Staff were really nice and helpful. While not in the centre of nightlife (e.g Walking street), they weren't far and it was more quiet because of it.
Hardly any power points in the room, bathroom lighting was really bad. As another reviewer said, this complex is mostly longer stay/rentals as opposed to a normal hotel, meaning the pool didn't really have that holiday vibe and the residents were there everyday. I found it a bit uncomfortable.

I arrived approximately 4 hours before the standard check-in time, and despite the room being readily available and unoccupied, I was charged a half-day room rent for early check-in. While I understand that hotels have policies for early arrivals, charging such a disproportionately high amount for just a few hours seems unreasonable. In many hotels, early check-in is either provided complimentary (subject to availability) or charged on a more reasonable hourly basis.

The bed was very hard and the amount of pool beds and mattresses was not enough and sometimes had to get a taxi to the beach.

L' ambiance autour de la piscine était particulière, entourée d'hommes assez âgés, plutôt lubriques, posant un regard dérangeant sur les femmes, recevant même parfois de la "charmante compagnie". Il ne s'agissait pas de client de l' hôtel à proprement dit, mais ils jouissaient également de la piscine. Par ailleurs, l' ascenseur était parfois défaillant
