Everything..i have booked 2 family rooms supposin a 4 stars hotel for new years vacations for my family.... The disappointment stated with the old rooms...the beds were old ,the sheets were dirty with a hair from the previous guest... you could feel the springs coming out of the mattresses...the was no shower glass or curtains,so water everywhere.. We could literally hear other guest in their bathrooms!! ..The plumbing was bad,..The noise of the AC was unbearable in both rooms..And the safety deposit box you could literary carry it out of the rooms!! On top of that, they have charged us 500 baht for loosing an old towel at the beach!! In brief , his is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, but rather a 2 at most..so stay away.
