Yatak başucu ışığının biri yanmıyordu. Yatakta birden fazla saç ve kıl vardı. Otelin tüm giriş çıkış kapıları ve işlemler uygulama üzerinden yapılıyor. Telefonun şarjı biterse büyük sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz.

Amazing location, very clean, and the room had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The handwritten welcome message was also such a lovely and cozy touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Toalettet på rommet gikk tett under oppholdet, vi måtte finne annen løsning. Det kunne vært et toalett tilgjengelig utenom på selve rommet.

Buena ubicación

Our stay started with an unnecessarily stressful check-in experience due to the hotel’s over-reliance on automation and lack of basic guest communication. There is no reception counter nor receptionist. To enter both the front door and our room, we were required to register on a specific mobile app. At no point before arrival did the hotel inform us by email (or any other channel) that this step was mandatory. As a result, we arrived tired from our 10 hour travel only to find ourselves locked outside, facing a keypad with no instructions and no way to get in. It was only thanks to another guest who had already gone through the process that we eventually managed to get access. Having to depend on a stranger to solve what should have been a straightforward check-in is unacceptable for a paid hotel stay. Hotels are supposed to be places where you pay to be served, not to have the burden of access and security shifted onto exhausted guests via apps and keypads. While technology can be useful, it should never replace clear communication and basic hospitality. Until the hotel improves its pre-arrival instructions and provides a proper staffed or clearly documented alternative for entry, I cannot recommend this property.

I chose the breakfast destination from the list of those taking the tokens. Good location This was a very valuable experience - it told me I loath AI administered services, will never stay in such a creepy place again, enabled me to,see for the poverty of our future lives in a world controlled by AI.

Completely impersonal. Even the WhatsApp chat was done by AI. A human claimed to respond but didn’t sign any name!! No staff evident, no reception staff to greet you. Only evidence of humans working there were piles of dirty linen in the corridor after the room service staff had cleaned, although I never saw a person. The complete confusion between bot and person was crowned by the WhatsApp strap line ‘arrive as a guest, leave as a friend’!! There were no humans to interact with or, in Bob W parlance, ‘experience friction! The place was dystopian but worth one visit to experience the full horror. The entry door keypad was hard to use as it was too low down, and had a hard to remember 6 digits. I had to look them up each time I arrived.

la vista dalla finestra dava su un piccolo cortile dove erano posizionati i tubi enormi probabilmente del sistema di aerazione della struttura per cui non risultava piacevole tenerla aperta.

Camera accogliente e dotata di confort come bollitore e tutto il necessario per preparare tè e caffè. In centro Oslo, comodo per la visita della città e a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni.

Lo staff è inesistente. È tutto virtuale. Necessario avere lo smartphone per fare qualsiasi operazione. Premesso che Oslo è molto costosa, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è così favorevole.

Great location! Close walk to all the cool things and public transport. I always appreciate laundry favorites too! Surrounded by dozens of great restaurants too.

I had to help some people that arrived and didn’t know how these hotels worked. Maybe make it even clearer that there are no staff working there.

They didn’t provide toilet roll. There was a small amount when we arrived. We asked for more (before it started running out) and they explained where to find it but that store had run out too, and the hotel could not provide the staff to provide toilet paper. That meant they were unable to provide toilet paper for all of our second day. We bought our own but providing toilet paper is fundamental for any accommodation.

The location was good and check-in was easy.

It was a little unusual not having any staff on-site, and I didn’t particularly enjoy having to rely on my phone for most things during my stay. The room was fine overall, but the experience was just okay for me.

Excellent location. They have a European adapter in the room to charged my phone, great! the Tea was delicious. There is a wash room for for your use. After the checkout you can still using the building key, there is a luggage room.

My room had a Window (street), doesn't matter I closed it, the noise from the street was high until 4 or 5 AM. The room was realy small but functional for one person. At the begging was a problem found how to open the building, but just the first time. I never found the airon in the cleaning room.

The room was HUGE. It was so easy to get in and out of the hotel. There is no receptionist, which is totally fine because you can use your phone for any sort of navigational or restaurant recommendations. The virtual keys were amazing and also gave you an extra sense of security. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and soap! Some hotels in Europe don't provide conditioner so this was really nice! The whole feel of the hotel was very modern. Great location too!

Some parts of the room were a bit dinged up and could use some cleaning or maintenance.

Great location in the centre of Oslo, good sized room and “Bob” was very helpful. Using the access codes was very easy and was great to have luggage storage too.

Ons verblijf in Bob W is helaas een hele slechte start gebleken van onze vakantie in Noorwegen. Bij aankomst in onze kamer (104), kwamen wij er achter dat het raam direct grensde aan meerdere airco’s en de luchtafvoer van een restaurant. Dit resulteerde in enorm veel lawaai en een hele sterke etensgeur. Toen we via whatsapp (er is namelijk geen personeel) een wijziging aan hebben gevraagd werd ons na ongeveer 1.5 uur verteld dat het hotel vol zat en dat we de volgende dag een nieuwe kamer zouden krijgen. De eerste nacht was een van de slechtste hotelovernachtingen die ik ooit heb ervaren. Deze kamer zou niet verkocht mogen worden wat mij betreft. De volgende ochtend heb ik mijn ongenoegen geuit en werd er eerst gezegd dat we toch niet een andere kamer konden krijgen en 10% terugbetaald zouden krijgen. Na veel berichten en telefoontjes hebben we uiteindelijk een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Dit was een prima kamer, maar uiteindelijk ben ik er vrijwel de hele ochtend mee bezig geweest om deze te verkrijgen. Al met al was het geen fijne ervaring en was het gemis van een persoon op locatie enorm merkbaar.

Belle chambre familiale avec lit double et canapé lit (confortable) et un petit frigo. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les services proposés. Attention à avoir de la batterie sur votre téléphone car c'est lui qui permet d'ouvrir la chambre.

Petit bug j'avais réservé une option sympa avec un polaroid 10 prises de vue... mais ils ont oublié de mettre la pellicule. Ils m'ont remboursé donc pas de souci.

De locatie is echt top. Het gemak waarmee je in je kamer komt en de snelle reactie van Bob W zijn ook voortreffelijk.

Jammer dat er wat kleine mankementen waren, zoals een schroef die uit de muur stak (waarschijnlijk van een voormalig nachtkastje).
