The dishwasher and the range hood were not working at all. The apartment needs better maintenance control before hosting guests.

Very good communication and apartment. It was clean, well equipped, and good directions.

The location was perfect for all the sites and activities we participated in. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean and modern. Communication with the staff was easy and helpful.

The neighborhood is a little rough (but it was great to be able to walk from the train station). The apartment was uncomfortably warm.

This hotel has very bad service. Don’t expect any support from staff not even in emergencies. The remote “system” that everything is process through the app is just a scam to make you believe they are looking for solutions. They will only end up saying that are waiting for answers for the right people. It only works for saying hello and checking in and out. Nothing more. After all the terrible experience during my stay. I had the mistake in forgetting personal items. I went back to the city and made some space in my agenda for picking it up. I didn’t receive anything. Then I paid a shipping label just to find out they donate my goods without any previous notification.

Lokalizacja super, blisko centrum, przystanek autobusowy obok mieszkania, metro też niedaleko. Dzielnica wielokulturowa, więc może budzić lekkie obawy, ale nikt nas nie zaczepiał, więc chyba bezpieczna. Lokal duży, czysty, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty (choć bez klimatyzacji, ale w każdym pokoju są wiatraki). Ogromny plus za przechowalnię bagażu. Ogólnie fajne miejsce, polecam.

離車站很近，入住容易，乾淨清潔。廚房洗碗機附清潔錠很貼心。進建築物的大門會自動關閉，這功能非常聰明。

我們住3樓靠近後院的位置，因沒有冷氣，天氣太熱，只好開窗，有一天早上，有人整理後院垃圾，拆紙箱，非常吵，公寓的一樓是餐飲業。加上有住戶播放宗教音樂。 另外，有2天洗澡不知道為什麼熱水不熱，但廚房的水龍頭的熱水卻是夠熱的。

it was clean, quite easy to get into and it had the most basic amenities.

The double bed was very small. No air conditioning (it was hot). Shower had one side glass wall (or door) missing, water going everywhere. Servicing communication done by an AI bot (repetitive, annoying and ultimately useless). Vent above cooker not working - they kept insisting it is fine, but not able to explain how to make it work.

Molto pulita, moderna e con diversi comfort. Bene equipaggiata e buona posizione.

Purtroppo la stanza era molto calda (abbiamo soggiornato proprio durante l’ondata di calore e c’erano 27 gradi all’esterno), però non riuscivamo ad aprire le finestre (ci abbiamo messo un po’ a capire) e la ventilazione non funzionava. Ho chiesto aiuto via whatsapp ma mi ha risposto solo l’AI. L’AI è sicuramente più rapida, ma se uno non riesce a risolvere un problema, sarebbe consigliabile far intervenire un operatore umano..

Location in area with lots of different restaurants and bars, as well as about 20 min walk to city or tram or metro. Newish and nice touches like provision of yoga mats and chargers. Mobile phone entry was terrific- completely hands free. Good instructions provided for check in etc and information provided about local restaurants and sights etc.

Bedrooms had no reading lamps.

Lots of room in the living area and heaps of kitchen facilities. Access was easy using the digital phone codes. Very handy having a washer/dryer. Convenient to the bus route to the train station too. Having a hire bike station right next door was also convenient for getting around.

Bedside ledges were a bit small. Nice to have an adapter plug provided but it didn't seem to work. Getting into the property was delayed due to cleaning but they communicated this promptly

Odanın temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Biraz özensizdi. Etraftan kaynaklı çok fazla gürültü vardı. Özellikle gece uyumakta zorlandık. Tesisin bulunduğu bölgeyi beğenmedim.

Great kitchen, great washer and dryer! The shower pressure was incredible! Love the included shower products too. It was nice that the bedroom was in the back which made it a bit cooler than the rest of the apartment. There’s a restaurant directly below but no sound came up at all. The staff were excellent with all my questions and concerns via WhatsApp. The bus stops right outside.

It was way too hot in there for me. The staff gave me a couple fans but I ended up just sleeping with the balcony door open. Also there were some scent diffusers that were very strong so if you have a perfume allergy I wouldn’t recommend.

The location was accessible.

It is not easily identifiable. No reception on site and this meant that none of the queries can be resolved during our stay. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere across all my travel journeys. We booked two rooms. While one was reasonable, the other one had a disgusting and filthy sewage smell that meant that we could use the room the entire stay. We notified the management right away but they had no other available rooms and the cleaning staff didn’t come in until the afternoon next day. While we were away, the management mentioned the room had been cleaned and the issue is likely due to issues with the ventilation system. Despite the cleaning, the stench was still unbearable. After inspecting the room again I messaged the management again that we aren’t able to use the room. My family and I (6 adults) all stayed in one room and had to sleep on the couch and floors for both nights we stayed here. After repeated messaging, they offered a 15% discount for the room that was uninhabitable. The service was crap and they physically aren’t there so none of your concerns will ever get addressed or resolved. Never going back again. Save your money and sanity. Not worth it at all.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien situé à 10mn à pieds de la gare centrale d'OSLO dans un quartier animé avec plein de magasins et de restaurants. Très propre, avec tout le matériel nécessaire et quelques surprises que je laisse découvrir. L'accès se fait via son téléphone portable, il n'y certes pas de clé mais il faut un téléphone, chargé et avec une connexion à Internet (point qui peut être critique pour des étrangers qui ne veulent pas utiliser leur forfait à l'étranger et n'utiliser que le WiFi).

Deux points négatifs. Sur trois jours, un voisin ou je ne sais pas qui a mis une musique assez fort le premier matin vers 3h30 du matin. Idem le deux matins suivants, un peu moins fort et seulement vers 4h du matin. Bref mes nuits ont été très courtes. Je ne peux pas dire si c'est systématique ou je n'ai pas perdu mon temps à en chercher l'origine. Difficile d'obtenir une facture de l'établissement car ils attendent que Booking leur reverse l'argent correspondant à la réservation, et Booking semble parfois un peu trainer. Du coup, la facture peut mettre plusieurs jours voire plus à être disponible. Dommage que le client doivent pâtir des tribulations entre Booking et l'établissement.

Gute Lage, gut ausgestattetes, modernes Appartement.

Die Waschmaschine war leider kaputt.

Patiko susisiekimas iki vietos. Taip pat patiko saugumo jausmas, nes yra atskiras vartų įėjimas, Namo įėjimas ir buvo įėjimas. Yra liftas, bei transporto stotelės, metro stotis. Aplinkui yra parduotuvės, bei restoranai kavinės.

Problema buvo su apps'u - raktu. Google autentifikavimas turėjo globalių problemų ir niekai nebuvo galima prisijunkti prie paskyros ir atsirakinti buto. Pasisekė, kad susisiekėme su savininkais ir jie galėjo pagelbėti, bet kol ėjome link kambario Google susitvarkė ir viskas pavyko.

Perfecte locatie om Oslo te verkennen. Midden in de stad, en toch was het ‘s nachts stil in de slaapkamers. Makkelijk de auto parkeren bij de parkeergarage om de hoek. Daar stond de auto ‘s nachts veilig, en voor een goede prijs ook nog! Het appartement zelf was super schoon!! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Communicatie met ‘Bob’ was helder en snel. We voelden ons welkom door het persoonlijke welkomstkaartje. Ook het contactloos inchecken werkte geweldig!!! Alles was boven verwachting. Met als kers op de taart ook nog eens de heerlijkste restaurants beneden het appartement waar wij dan ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt 😊. Kortom: perfecte plek! Bedankt!

Het is natuurlijk persoonlijk, maar wij vonden het in de kamers wat te warm, we konden de temperatuur niet zelf regelen. Met een raam open was het al wel snel een heel stuk aangenamer. Het is maar een detail, en niets om over te klagen. Want door de goede isolatie was het ook geluiddempend tegen de geluiden in de stad. Het zou ons niet tegenhouden weer te boeken 😊

Le concept d’ouverture la luminosité ainsi que l’équipement.

La localisation, nous avons dû faire appel au service de l’hôtel pour changer un store qui était défectueux et il nous on expliquer qu’ils ne peuvent pas intervenir avant notre départ ! Ce qui est dommage nous sommes restés 5 jours et le soleil se lève à 4h00 on a apprécié !

Komunikace a hlasité vrtání způsobeno rekonstrukcí. Hotel nás požádal, zdali je možné mít povolení vniku pracovníků do pokoje. I přes naše nesvolení, pracovníci bez zaťukání na dveře otevřeli dokořán dveře a nechali je otevřené, přičemž jsme byli uvnitř. Přijde mi to neohleduplný.

The size of the apartment was good

Alot of the furniture was broken or stained. It depends on your phone working for access - the WiFi code on the apartment notice board was incorrect. The front door opened with the phone only sometimes. The location described was a little misleading.

Très bel appartement proche des centres d'intérêts. Nous avons apprécié le quartier multiculturel, les commerces. A chacune de nos questions, une réponse rapide a été apportée.

Super comfy beds and good location.

The layout of the living room was a bit off and the door of the apartment wouldn’t open with the mobile app. They had to bring us a fob. Also communication wasn’t their forte.

We found it to be as advertised - clean; simply furnished with basic necessities; plenty of hot water and good water pressure; a washer/dryer; roomy enough for three adults; and a good location for everywhere we wanted to go. The Cleaner was very accommodating when we requested clean towels and additional toilet paper.

We would've liked a chair with arms and a light for reading. And, as one of our party's international phone service failed, they could not access the apartment on their own with the digital entry system.

Die Unterkunft war modern, sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Badezimmer war mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet: Duschgel, Haarshampoo und Conditioner. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet: Tee, Kaffee, Salz und Pfeffer. Für Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren jeweils Reinigungstabs bzw Waschmittel vorhanden. Highlight: 2 Yogamatten

Der fehlende Dichtgummi dort, wo die Duschkabine auf den Boden aufsetzt: Überschwemmung war nicht zu vermeiden, der Handtuch-Verbrauch hoch… dafür gab es aber ja die Waschmaschine, die zum Glück auch eine Trocknerfunktion hatte. Also Schwamm drüber;-). Die Halterung des Duschkopfes ist uns beim ersten Duschen fast auf den Fuß gefallen. Die haben wir unter das Waschbecken gelegt. Geärgert hat mich nur der Fön: weniger , dass es selbst bei nur halblangen Haaren eine Ewigkeit dauert, bis die Haare trocken sind. Vielmehr hat der Fön bei jedem An- und Ausschalten Funken geworfen. Das geht aus Sicherheitsgründen überhaupt nicht.

Spacious, light-filled accommodation with comfortable beds, thoughtful welcome note, and excellent kitchen facilities made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
