So many stairs. Also you can't call that breakfast. The room wasn't even clean, i saw hair on my sheets and floor, i saw hair everywhere. The quality of the sheets was really bad. Also, no iron and no hangers in the room's closet :/

The breakfast was good, there was a lot of choice. The location is perfect, right in the middle, 3 minutes to the Metro, 2 minutes from the Mall.

Because of its central location, it's not exactly quiet at night.

Non c’è l’ascensore quindi se si hanno bagagli pesanti vanno portati su per le scale dell’ingresso a mano. Tuttavia, le valigie erano molto pesanti e lo staff ci ha aiutato con molta disponibilità.

The location half a block from a strip club and next door to a sex shop. The homeless person begging next to the front door. The fresh urine smell on the stoop. The sticky handrail on the v steep stairs. The sticky reception counter. The room with one bedside table and a broken bedside lamp, a broken bathroom vanity cupboard, no tea or coffee facility or even drinking glasses, stained couch. Screaming yelling and music outside until 4am. I did not sleep at all. Booked for two nights, checked out after one.

The location was right in middle of downtown so getting everywhere was easy

The room did not look like was shown in the photo. It was dirty under the beds, I could see Spiderweb everywhere. The switch panels were loose. The blanket had holes in it that were sewn so they were itchy.

Emplacement: presque tout est accessible à pied! Cet établissement semble ancien (beaux planchers, moulures, portes) mais mon dieu que tout cela n’est pas entretenu!

Entretien des lieux: cour arrière particulièrement degueulasse, avec ses années de poubelles pas ramassées. Dans la chambres: trous dans les murs (un si beau mur de briques !) porte de douche brisée, tiroir de commode sans fond.

We didn’t stay there bc it wasn’t clean and was far from how it looked on the pictures. So nothing was good about it

En general bien, las habitaciones muy bien.

El desayuno podrían agregar huevos y mejorar la parte visual del ingreso por las escaleras al hotel, ya que es la primera impresión del lugar.

La chambre d'hôtel était très mal isolée acoustiquement alors qu'il y avait des spectacles de musiques tous les soirs jusqu'à 3h00 du matin les 3 nuits où on avait réservé. Le lit était petit et pas confortable. Il y a des personnes droguées et sans abris qui zonaient en face de l'hôtel. L'entrée de l'hôtel est à côté d'un SexShop, et il fallait monter 2 étages sans ascenseur avec les valises.

I liked that it was close to everything we needed! The ac in the room was great, the view from the room was great. The free breakfast was nice but very basic.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and our towels had other peoples hair still stuck to them. The rack in the bathroom that holds towels kept falling off the wall. No blow dryer or fridge in the room.

L hotel è un po’ datato la camera era grande ma vecchiotta e non proprio pulitissima. Appena arrivati si è bloccata la porta del bagno e ci hanno assegnato per la prima notte una stanza più piccola per sistemare la nostra. Il giorno dopo la porta era rattoppata ma non avevano pulito e sistemato nulla

The negatives outweighed the positives.....for the equivalent of NZ$150, I expected much better. Even 2 star places elsewhere in the world offer better facilities eg breakfast options and real plates/utensils.

It does not say on Booking.com that there is no lift ...and that I would have to manage a 20kg suitcase up the stairs without available assistance. However, after getting as far as reception (up a steep flight of stairs) the person there helped get it up the next flight of stairs to my room. When I asked the next day for assistance to get the suitcase down the stairs I was ignored. I do not recommend this place to anyone of older age like myself. Booking.com needs to ensure its descriptions are more accurate.

Pas d'ascenseur et monter plus de 3 étages avec grosses valises pas simples. Bruyant entre la clim et l'extérieur donc prévoir boules quies.

Hôtel bien placé dans le centre ville mais du coup le voisinage n’est pas super. Mais nous y avons passé 3 nuits super. L’hôtel mériterait un coup de frais. Le petit déjeuner proposé est simple mais suffisant.

Être accueillis par l’odeur de marijuana dans le vestibule d’entrée. La base du lit qui semblait sur le point de se briser ( nous avons avisé la réception à notre départ). Les ustensiles de cuisine manquant (mitaines pour le four, ustensiles pour la cuisson, linge à vaisselle absent. Ces objets étaient présents dans la deuxième chambre, donc nous avons pu nous débrouiller. La réception a été avisée à notre départ.

Le couvre lit ne sentait vraiment pas bon, il sentait la transpiration, et les oreillers avaient aussi une odeur.

Shabby dirty rooms with dusty windows which wouldn't close properly and loud noise during the whole night from the main street below. Don't book if you want to sleep at all! The noise wouldn't stop at least by 3am and the hotel receptionist will just say they can't do anything about it. In, short, read the other reviews and don't book this hotel at all! It's not even cheap, cad 150 per night to be terrorised all night is not worth it!

The only thing I liked is that it is central and convenient to visit the whole city. Also, the bus stop to reach the airport is close enough

The room was very dirty, with a lot of hair (presumably/hopefully from the previous guest - hair was black and I am blonde...) still sitting on the floor and in the bathroom, including a bunch of hair in the shower. The only things that were clean were bedroom and toilet. The hotel is next to a strip club, but it is the least of the problems of this area. If you get up early enough, the entrance is populated by a mixture of homeless people and junkies. Really not recommendable, and not worth even one quarter of the actual price.

Quite a lot of stairs to get up to hotel and even more to get to our room. No elevator. Narrow stairway with very dodgy, uneven steps. Not recommended if you have a lot of luggage or are unsteady on your feet. Even being fit, you need to be very careful. The staff are hit and miss. When we checked in, the night clerk was the furthest thing from friendly. The young woman working the morning we left was cheerful and friendly. Certainly not the best area for a family as there is a huge sex shop right beside it and more within a couple blocks. Also can be loud outside as it is a very busy area.

Great location, close to everything. We got a corner room with a view right to the Jazz Festival below. The room was spacious, comfy bed, great lighting in the bathroom, helpful staff.

We would've preferred a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast options were very minimal.

The room we stayed in did not have any appliances. But we made do.

The location was perfect for accessing the Jazz festival. Staff were kind and helpful. One kind employee helped me bring my bag up and down the staircase. Breakfast was good enough.

The entrance from the street was deplorable. I would clean it up and add a box with ferns and flowers. The windows were filthy. There was no elevator and I had to climb a steep staircase. Difficult for me with a hip problem. The bedroom was fine. It was spacious and clean. Nice brickwork on the walls. Bathroom needs repainting. Towels were dark blue and some had stains. Breakfast room windows needed cleaning.

Les fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, du coup beaucoup de bruit dû au festival jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Climatiseur extrêmement bruyant.

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne. Il est simple mais suffisant pour une nuit de passage.

Es war im Stadtzentrum. Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut. Personal war immer sehr nett.

Das Frühstück war nur Müsli oder Toast mit Joghurt. Ich weiß nicht, was ich erwartet habe aber das sah richtig traurig aus. Außerdem sehen die Bilder nicht aus, wie die Hotelzimmer. Das Hotel ist schon deutlich älter, hellhörig und Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Manque total de propreté, poussière omniprésente (avec des toiles d'araignée partout), mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres, serviettes contenant des cheveux d'autres personnes, matelas vétuste, climatiseur bruyant, oreillers de mauvaise qualité et fenêtres cassées.

Én élveztem, hogy a zenét a szobában halhattam, mellesleg nagyon jó zene volt, de aki nyugalomra vágyik, lehet nem avat osztatlan sikert. 2) a szállás környéke éppen a fesztiválok miatt szemetes lehet. 3) a szobában nem volt takarítás mondjuk én 4 éjszakát voltam, lehet aki tovább, nála már igen

Location, disturbing sound the whole night. The stair is so steep that carrying luggages to the room is daunting. Roads are not accessible to taxis, need to be dropped far from the hotel entrance. With rain, it was horrible excercise.

部屋の広さ、ロケーションの割に金額がとても安く、お得に滞在できた。 スタッフの対応もとても良く、気持ちよくチェックインやチェックアウト、清掃の依頼ができた。 クイーンサイズのベッドは大きさも十分で寝具も適切だった。ソファ類もちょうどよく快適な滞在に寄与していた。

入口や部屋へのアクセスに階段が多く、荷物が大きい人にとっては大変だと思う。 空調の騒音がかなり気になる。滞在中は幸い気温が高くなかったが、暑いシーズンは大変だと思われる。 部屋の設備が最低限しかなく物足りない。冷蔵庫やヘアドライヤーはあっても良いのでは。

The room was spacious, price was very affordable and the location is perfect. The staff was very supportive and flexible.

Some areas out and the entrance were not perfectly clean, however, this is more because the building is old. They actually clean every day.

Chambre non isolée du bruit extérieur, en plus 1 appareil de séchage de chantier à fait du bruit toute la nuit juste en face ma chambre, et télé dans la chambre, mais pas de chance elle ne fonctionnait pas, et pour clore cela porte de douche cassée et dangereuse pour le client car elle pouvait nous tomber dessus, et trop de marches pas facile pour bagages lourds, et pas d'ascenseur bien sûr

Ensemble crasseux. Baignoire bouchée, wc et toilettes qui fuient, lit sur des cales car les pieds étaient cassés (une brique rouge d'un côté et un tas de planches de l’autre), serviettes sales ampoules grillées mobilier cassé avec des poigbees de meubles manquantes, des tiroirs sans fond quand on ouvre, le porte papier toilette HS, le rouleau est posé par terre etc... on passe par une terrasses qui ressemble à un dépôt de poubelles pour arriver aux chambres. Personnel aussi sympathiques que l'état des chambres... même état pour le réfectoire pour le petit déj du matin, il a même fallu laver nous même les couverts des clients d'avant car il n'yen avait plus... Et dire qu'ils ont le culot de classer cela en 2 étoiles !? À fuir absolument!!!

THE STAIRS!!! No mention during booking that you need to go up two flights of stairs to get to the lobby. Breakfast was included but was just toast, cold cereal and yogurt cups. It was enough to start the day.

Nasty hostel above a sex shop - would definitely not describe as a hotel and would definitely not recommend. I had to pay as booking was non-cancellable but I didn’t stay as I didn’t feel safe.

The hotel is situated right downtown near Catherine Street in Quartier de Spectacle. It is close to many attractions like Old Port area. This is the only one positive thing about this hotel. Location is great.

1. We did not get the room we booked. Upon arrival we got the room with one double bed and we booked room with Queen bed and a sofa bed. We got back to reception and got a key to another room which was already occupied !?! Third time finally we got a room with Queen bed and a sofa bed however the room was smaller and of a different layout which we booked and saw on the pictures on the hotel website. 2. Hotel is dirty. Old carpets begging to be replaced all over the property. Dirty windows or glass tables in the lobby. The entrance with dirty stairs to the hotel lobby is very uninviting and that's your first clue to run away ! 3. No elevator so be ready to climb the stairs with your language 4. Breakfast is very basic. 3 types of cereal, apples , bananas, yogurt, coffee, white bread ( in plastic original bags) and a bagel some spreads like philadelphia cream cheese. That's all. The display of these products awfull and uninviting to eat anything. Sitting in front of dirty windows is not a pleasant experience either. Just skip breakfast all together and go to many other places around the hotel. 5. There was no hot water for one day. 6. There was no hungers in the wardrobe to hung the clothes, no iron , no ironing board. 7. Very small bathroom with tiny shower cabin. No hairdryer. 8. In our room the power outlet was not covered, some holes in the wall. 9. Beds uncomfortable and specifically sofa bed with all the springs. 10. Tarrace is dirty, unorganized with mismatched old tables and chairs. So uninviting !
