Hotel molt arreglat, amb un estil diferent i cuidat, tot i que una mica antic. Habitacions impecables, amples i netes. Personal molt amable i eficient. Esmorzar excel·lent. Ubicació cèntrica, a uns 15’ del centre. Recomanable 100%.

Podria millor L’aïllament del soroll amb el carrer i els passadissos. Vam haver de fer unes trucades d’urgència a l’hotel per un tema aliè a ells i no ens van atendre el telèfon; per booking van tardar unes 2h a respondre. Clarament no era per un tema relacionat amb ells Pero ens hagués estat d’ajuda haver-hi pogut contactar abans. Això no resta que l’experiència a l’hotel ha estat fantàstica i repetiriem.

Unfassbar nette Besitzer, bei denen man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Das Hotel ist wirklich etwas Besonderes, die Zimmer sind toll. Kaffee und Tee ganztägig umsonst verfügbar. Innenstadt fußläufig in ca. 15 min zu erreichen.

uns hat das erste Zimmer nicht gefallen, bekamen aber hilfsbereit ein anderes Zimmer angeboten!

Staff was great. I got to the hotel quite early hoping to just drop off my luggage, but they put in the effort to have my room ready quickly, which I really appreciated.

The room was a bit dark, but it was fine otherwise.

Porte de la salle de bain qui grince beaucoup. Pas suffisamment d'emplacements pour poser ses affaires de toilette, pas de possibilité d'accrocher les serviettes de bain

Struttura d’epoca molto carina e ben curata. La sala colazione sembra un salottino di altri tempi e i gestori curano la colazione e l’accoglienza degli ospiti nel minimo dettaglio. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato un upgrade gratuito della stanza da noi prenotata, siamo così stati accolti in una grande, elegante e curata suite. La struttura è in una posizione comoda a circa 10 minuti a piedi.

L’aria condizionata di alcune stanze è centralizzata, non è pertanto possibile gestirla in autonomia ma è necessario rivolgersi al personale (che comunque è sempre disponibile ad aiutare)

L'établissement est plutôt bien placé proche du quartier latin et des spectacles. Bus au pied de l'hôtel et métro a 5 mn. Personnel très sympathique. Café, thé et eau fraîche en libre service 24/24.

Wir durften schon weit vor dem eigentlichen Check-in in das Zimmer, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Interieur (Souterrain) war modern und hat uns gut gefallen. Das Bad war etwas klein, für 2 Leute aber ausreichend. Bei der Ankunft war eines der Bettlaken schmutzig. Dies wurde aber umgehend nach Reklamation behoben. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam.

Es gab keine Parkplätze. Man muss auf eine relativ weit entfernte (dafür günstige) Tiefgarage ausweichen. Zum Gepäck ausladen jedoch steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Treppe zum Zimmer ist etwas steil (vor allem mit großem Gepäck).

Accueil, le cadre et la situation dans Montréal

Location was central to Old Montreal and was easy to navigate and find our way around. The hotel itself was exceptionally well maintained and welcoming. Frederick was kind, thoughtful and always was around to lend a hand.

Not having an elevator made the property slightly challenging but was not in any way a dealbreaker to our stay. There was nothing that we disliked about the property. We would easily stay there again.

Staff was excellent very friendly, place was trying very hard to be nice despite obvious wear and tear. Was very clean. The bed.... Was the awful, the worst sleeping experience of my life, I have vacationed in rugged campers, backpacked, stayed in very low end facilities, and this bed was the worst by far. It felt as though the springs were broken, there was no support at all, we couldn't sleep too long on one side or we would feel bruised, when we rolled over the entire mattress jostled.

Lovely old house with special touches and friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast and comfortable sitting room for guests to use anytime with coffee,tea etc available. Good location with restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance. We loved our stay and highly recommend if you like old world charm and service. We felt at home. Large comfortable room with huge bathroom, high ceilings and luxurious bath as well as shower.

Le charme de l établissement

La struttura si trova in una villa del 1850 perfettamente curata. Gli alloggi sono splendidi e il personale è davvero attento, ci hanno chiesto in più occasioni se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa e si vede che tutti ci tengono molto ad accogliere gli ospiti e farli sentire a casa. La camera era d'epoca ma perfettamente tenuta. Il bagno moderno e nemmeno un filo di polvere. La posizione era a 15 minuti a piedi dalla vecchia Montréal. Nella sala centrale della villa venivano messi a disposizione tutto il giorno tè, caffè e cioccolata calda gratuitamente per gli ospiti, una vera coccola. Abbiamo inoltre potuto lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out in quanto avevamo il volo la sera.

L'unica pecca a cui riesco a pensare era il lavandino un po' piccolo nel bagno.

I liked everything!!

Staff were delightful/friendly/helpful. Close to Sherbrooke metro station -- easy walk, less than 10 minutes. Nicely maintained old building with period details and character, but very fresh and clean.

The bed was very hard (which I loved, but maybe not great for some?). My room was up two flights of stairs, so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. Not sure if there were accessible rooms.

Je recommande vivement le manoir. Nous y avons séjourné quelques nuits lors de notre voyage et c’est à refaire les yeux fermés si l’occasion se représente! On s’y sent comme à la maison, le personnel, le petit déjeuné, tout était parfait

Ein schönes kleines Hotel zentral gelegen. Mein Einzelzimmer war klein aber schön und sauber mit großem Bett und süßen Bad mit Badewanne. Das Frühstück lecker und völlig ausreichend. Man konnte sich 24 Stunden Tee und Wasser nehmen. Der Personal war durchgängig nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, man kann viel erlaufen. Eine Kühlung mit verschiedenen Weinen steht am Empfang.

The location is pretty decent, 10 mins from metro station, 20mins walk from old port. The room was clean and got a vintage style to it. Staff was professional and helpful.

The AC didnt work, so a portable AC was put in the room and it was so loud, would turn on for a couple minutes (then off) every hour during very loudly, so we kept being woken up every hour. The facilities could use a little brush up as some areas were very outdated/squeaky. The sink in the bathroom was very small so water ended up being all over the floor.

No elevator, as it’s got character and charm it would not be keeping but is needed when you have luggage. No good if you have disability or problems with knees. Room was ok but didn’t like how dark it was and hit my head as I was in the attic.

La nostra camera era sicuramente da ristrutturare, soprattutto il bagno (si staccavano le piastrelle dal pavimento) e vi aleggiava un odore fastidioso tanto che abbiamo comprato un deodorante per ambienti. Eravamo in 4 e ad ogni riassetto della stanza ci davano 3 asciugamani grandi e 1 rotolo di carta igienica (un po’ poco direi).

We only stayed three nights in this hotel, which is a pity as the place was amazing. The building is very beautiful and charming. Our room was spaciou, clean and stylish. All amanities were provided. Last but not least the breakfast is pretty good. Also, the staff is very kind and helpful, they let us keep the laggage for free (as Our flight was hours later than checkout) and even suggested us a nice place for dinner

Historical buildings architecture.

Continental breakfast has way less offerings and value than others in the area. No cream for coffee, not enough tables and chairs for all guests and what is there is crowded with small tables and chairs in. Broken toaster. House needs painting , plaster repairs and updates to bathtubs ( worked but had spider cracks and chip marks). House shows and sounds its age. Not in the nicest part of Montreal.

My room had the washroom separate in the corridor which was a little hard to move around at times, but for the price I think it was worth the stay.

Tiene un estilo antiguo perfectamente conservado, pero con todas las comodidades de un edificio perfectamente mantenido y renovado. Carol nos atendió con tanto cariño, que no podemos dejar pasar un agradecimiento por todas las indicaciones para ver la ciudad y para combinar los platos y salsas del desayuno que, por cierto, estaba exquisito. Nos alojamos en una habitación premian y el jacuzzi era increíble. Volveremos seguro. Este hotel se merece cinco estrellas. Muchas gracias por todo

Pour débuter et finir notre séjour au Canada, nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Manoir Sherbrooke. Nous le connaissions pour y avoir dormi durant l’été 2025. Nous étions plus que ravis de renouveler l’expérience. L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Il est notamment proche des stations de métro. L’accueil du personnel est exceptionnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe est attentif, attentionné, souriant et prêt à rendre service. Un grand merci à toutes et tous. Le service de bagagerie s’est avéré très utile et pratique. Les chambres, au calme, sont très propres et très confortables. La salle du petit-déjeuner est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est varié, complet et délicieux. Café, thé, eau et petit en-cas sont à disposition toute la journée. Le réceptionniste peut nous réserver un taxi. Un grand bravo à votre équipe 😃

Cute bed and breakfast with a vintage charm. The staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the place was quiet/clean. The location was wonderful; it was within walking distance of the metro and many of the tourist areas. Staff asked every morning if there was anything I needed for my room/stay. Very much appreciated!

I wish there were more outlets for plugs in the room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto: la stanza spaziosa e arredata con gusto, il personale gentilissimo e la colazione con prodotti di grande qualità. La posizione è ottima per girare Montreal a piedi, abbiamo preso la metro solo una volta per visitare l'orto Botanico. Il quartiere è speciale, e pieno di ristoranti e caffè.

Les oreillers trop durs et l’impossibilité de régler la température de la climatisation.

L'emplacement top, le personnel très accueillant, serviable et professionnel. Le style désuet et très British des chambres et salles de bains. Bel hôtel bourré de charme.

L'accessibilité car quand on a des valises lourdes, c'est compliqué, escalier extérieur pour accéder à l'hôtel et pas d'ascenseur à l'intérieur donc encore des escaliers anciens et étroits pour accéder à tous les étages.

The quirkiness and style of hotel was great. Staff very welcoming and helpful with good selection for continental breakfast each morning. Great location around 5 min walk to metro and close to lovely neighbourhoods with local restaurants and bars .

I found the mattress hard but the pillows were great .

La décoration est très jolie.

Le concierge de nuit était très directif dans les interactions. La salle de bain n’était pas très propre et le quartier n’est pas particulièrement rassurant à la nuit tombée. Notre chambre donnait sur l’arrière, donc notre nuit a été écourtée à 5h30 du matin par le ballet des camions poubelles vidant les containeurs de la résidence d’en face à grands renforts de bruit. Pour le prix, nous attendions un niveau différent de service et un hôtel mieux entretenu.
