Helliniko Hotel

A lovely place to stay in Paros. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the town centre, but very close to the beaches of Parikia. There are also plenty of good restaurants and bakeries in the area. Manuel at reception is very helpful and will assist and guide you with anything you need. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is kept very clean. Overall, everything was very good! Highly recommended!

The host Manus was very helpful for advice to get around town and recommendations to eat !

Die Lage, das Personal, die Sauberkeit waren super. Lediglich etwas hellhörig ist das Zimmer gewesen. Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Punkt. Das Personal war wirklich super lieb und hilfsbereit. Und hatte immer gute Tipps um die Insel zu erkunden. Wenn wir noch mal in Paros sind, gehen wir wieder in dieses Hotel. Danke für alles!

En revanche, j’ai trouvé l’isolation phonique assez insuffisante. J’entendais beaucoup les bruits provenant des autres chambres et des alentours, ce qui m’a malheureusement empêché de me reposer correctement. Une meilleure isolation permettrait vraiment d’améliorer le confort du séjour.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don’t even know where to begin, because this stay was so much more than just a hotel experience. I stayed here for more than 12 days, and I can honestly say that the two brothers who run this place are what make it truly special. They are two of the kindest, warmest and most genuine people I have ever met. No matter what you needed, they were always there to help, always with a smile on their faces and always willing to do whatever they could to make your stay better. What I loved most was that you never felt like just another guest. You could sit with them, talk, laugh, relax and just enjoy your time. Especially at night, we would often sit together, chill and talk for hours. Those simple moments honestly became some of my favorite memories of the entire trip. And what makes them even more special is that I noticed they treat ALL their guests the same way. They are open, friendly and genuinely interested in everyone. You can see that their kindness isn’t just for show — that’s simply who they are. This was my third time in Paros, and I have to be completely honest: I think I’m starting to come back not only because of the island, but because of these two guys. 😂❤️ Paros is absolutely beautiful, of course, but people like them are what make a place unforgettable. After coming back for the third time, it honestly feels less like returning to a hotel and more like coming back to see friends. If I could give 10 stars, I would. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for everything, guys — for your hospitality, your kindness, your help, the laughs, the conversations and all the unforgettable moments. El personal súper agradable!! Nos ayudaron muchísimo en la elección de actividades y nos recomendaron lugares y restaurantes de la isla. También nos dejaron guardar las maletas en el hotel hasta la salida de nuestro ferry.

Los dueños Μανώλης, Ekeftheris, son muy amables y te dan muchas indicaciones.La entrada es muy agradable con muchas plantas y flores.

El baño es un poco justo y el agua de la ducha moja todo el suelo.

Position is perfect, two minutes away from Livadia beach. Manos and Lefis are very friendly and ready to help you for any request. Room size was fine for two people, the structure is very quiet and there are a lovely cats in the garden

Me gustó todo y me han hecho sentir en casa. Sin dudarlo, volveré a quedar en este alojamiento, cuando vuelva a Paros. Somos una pareja que viaja mucho por las islas griegas todos los años y conocemos muchos alojamientos, pero este, es especial. Hasta los gatos vienen a saludarnos por las mañanas al balcón del piso ☺️

Nos gustó todo: el espacio del piso, el entorno y la simpatía del propietario. Todo un acierto haber elegido este alojamiento. Excelente ubicación también. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Manos & Leftis were such wonderful hosts, they went out of their way to give me suggestions about what to do in Paros and give me information on the buses which was really helpful. The room was very comfortable as well!

Excellent location - Parikia is center of everything. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops. Hotel was near airport and other towns. Hosts Mano and Lefteri were super friendly, accommodating and provided excellent restaurant recommendations and towns to visit on our short stay in Paros. Must visit the towns Lefkes and Alyki. Came to Paros for a wedding but will definitely come back to visit. Thank you!

Οι ξενοδόχοι ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοι, βοηθητικοί και ευδιάθετοι και σε έκαναν να νιώθεις άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Paros! Its location is excellent, right in the heart of Chora (Paroikia), making it very convenient to explore the town, enjoy local restaurants, and experience the island. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A special highlight for us was how genuinely dog-friendly it is—not only are pets welcome, but our dog received so much love and attention, which made us feel truly at home. Manos and Lefteris were amazing hosts: incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They gave us excellent recommendations about where to go, what to see, and where to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paros, especially travelers with pets. We would happily stay here again!

Great location, very central to to/from the port, parikia old town, and the bus stations to go elsewhere on the island. Lovely Greek rooms with a nice calm space to sit outside. Staff were so helpful with giving advice about where to eat and what to see etc.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato super!! A pochi minuti dal porto di Paros e ben collegata con bus e taxi! Il pezzo forte dell’hotel sono i due proprietari che vi strapperanno sempre un sorriso e vi sapranno consigliare al meglio, qualsiasi siano le vostre esigenze!

Piccolo hotel ma in ottima posizione,a 10 minuti dal porto e quasi sul lungomare. La camera era piccola ma pulita e accogliente. I due ragazzi sempre gentili e sorridenti e ben disposti anche a dare consigli. Li vicino ci sono diversi rental in cui affittare un quad per spostarsi ,mini market e tantissimi ristoranti ( alcuni in cui si mangia davvero bene). La spiaggia lì vicino non è il massimo ma con il bus ci si può spostare in quelle a nord che sono molto belle. Lo consiglio.

We loved everything! The owners really make the stay all that much better, they are friendly, kind, helpful, and always up for a chat. We felt right at home at this hotel! Our stay was amazing! Travelling from Australia🇦🇺 The property was clean/cleaned daily, all facilities were great, working and no problems. The staff at this property was absolutely delightful, showed us all the places to go, with all the resources on how to get there safely. Shared great food recommendations and places to go out too! Most kindest and friendliest people you could meet. Would 100% recommend staying here. Location wise is perfect you are about 800 meters from the boat port which also has busses that can take you all around the island.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, always with a smile on their faces and genuinely committed to making your stay on the island as enjoyable as possible. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and even what to order at each one. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also fantastic, just a few meters from the beach. Nearby, you’ll easily find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and car rental services. Without a doubt, this is a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting the island.🇧🇷🇧🇷

La posizione è ottimale. I 2 ragazzi che gestiscono la struttua (emenauel e leffi) sono troppo troppo simpatici e ci siamo subito affezionati. Tornerei a Paros anche solo per loro. La struttura ha tutto il necessario anche se non direttamente nelle stanze un po piccole (almeno quelle che abbiamo avuto noi). Ci sono anche un sacco di gatti che vi faranno compagnia senza dare fastidio. (Pistacchio e Diva troppo carini). Colazione possibile ad un prezzo aggiuntivo noi abbiamo preso solo caffè e birre durante le giornate.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti e l'accoglienza è stata fantastica. Non avendo disponibilità per due letti singoli, i ragazzi dello staff sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito in un appartamento molto più grande, con due camere (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli). Davvero un bellissimo gesto che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Il bagno era un po' datato, inoltre, la politica della struttura prevede il cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni: essendoci fermate per 3 notti, di fatto non ci sono mai stati cambiati durante la permanenza. Considerata la fascia di prezzo (oltre 100€ a notte), un piccolo cambio a metà soggiorno sarebbe stato un dettaglio gradito.

The bathroom would be soaked after every shower, not a big deal but maybe a better shower curtain? longer ? Or one that doesn’t include the toilet inside it? Idk, but it had super hot water and super cold water ( love that) and good pressure so nothing really to complain about

Lo que mas nos gustó fue la amabilidad y la ayuda del personal. Nada mas llegar al alojamiento nos ofrecio fruta del propio jardin y nos dio un mapa de la isla (ademas de explicaciones y recomendaciones). La habitacion era muy amplia y la limpieza era diaria.

Teniamos ventanas pero al estar expuestas directamente al jardin no podiamos abrir las cortinas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is cozy, welcoming, and perfectly lo cated, just a short walk from the ferry port, city center, and the town beach. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable. They made us feel at home and gave us many helpful and practical tips about the island. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paros.

El anfitrión me ayudó mucho en cómo explorar Paros y Antiparos. Me alojé en un apartamento en lugar de una habitación. Fue una estancia perfecta y le estoy agradecido. El complejo está rodeado de frutales y muchas plantas con flores. Es un lugar muy recomendable.

El baño necesita una reforma porque el resto del apartamento era inmejorable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room is very clean and comfortable and the location is ideal. The walk to Parikia Old Town is only 15 mins and the sea is just down the road. The host is friendly and very helpful, advising us how to get to Crios beach and Naousa by public transport as we didn’t rent a car. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Lovely complex with easy access to the beach, tavernas and bars. Room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the pretty gardens.

it was a perfect location for us! right by the beach and not too far from either the port or restaurants. the rooms were beautiful and we had a lovely little balcony! super clean and amazing value for money. we were able to unlock the front door after hours which was awesome because we went out.

they didnt have any heavier blankets other than top sheets which to be honest is a non-issue we just prefer a slightly weightier blanket but it was summer so not really a problem

Everything, so friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and fresh. Location was ideal, we fell in love with the hotel, we were sad to be leaving! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for your advice of what to see around the island, this hotel and Paros is certainly special! I would recommend anyone to stay here. The facilities were modern and well kept, the staff was the nicest and very accommodating. We got an upgrade and our apartment even had a sandwich maker! I loved our stay here. I usually never give a 10/10 but this place deserves all the praise.

Everything was beyond amazing! Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay. Also, we really appreciated that the room was cleaned all the time and that we got clean towels every few days. +We had the most amazing terrace we really enjoyed, and we loved the little kitties coming for cuddles 😍 Location of the hotel is great, it was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and 7-8 minutes to the port. Not to forget our hosts, who were so welcoming and lovely. It truly felt like our home away from home. ❤️ Thank you Helliniko team, you were perfect and we loved staying with you! Ottima posizione della struttura, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare e l'area pedonale per farsi una camminata sul lungo mare. In macchina siamo riusciti a raggiungere comodamente anche spiagge più distanti. Il ragazzo alla reception sempre gentile e sorridente, ha fornito buoni consigli su spiagge e ristoranti da visitare. E' stato un buon soggiorno.

Materassi separati e il sapone per la doccia era poco per i 3 giorni

Everything! Location is perfect just a few metres from the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants The room was big and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The gardens and patio courtyard are beautiful and we ate breakfast there each morning. But the hosts, Manos & Lefis are what really make this place special. They are so helpful, friendly and just lovely guys. Thank you for making our stay on Paros so enjoyable, we are very happy to recommend your hotel 🤗

What’s not to like!

The staff were amazing, they upgraded us with a bigger room when they didn’t need to! They were also very helpful about the facilities in the area and providing us with helpful information. The room had an amazing view and was very comfortable a Deb clean!!

Great location, walking distance to the city centre and the beaches. Rooms were clean and nice, and the hotel has a lovely outside area. Most importantly, the staff were the friendliest people ever! They were lovely and had some great recommendations for things to do and see, would definitely recommend chatting with them if youre staying here. We will be back!!
