Location for me was too close to the port. Very, very busy with people, trucks, motorcycles etc. so very loud at times. However, it was good walking to restaurants, a great beach and the old town. And I can say enough about the staff. They were warm and friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location allowing for easy travel around the island - close to the port and the bus stop. The sea is within walking distance - less than a minute away. Restaurants, cafes, shops, souvenir stalls and places for strolling are everywhere.

I liked everything!

I loved everything about Livadia. An amazing little place right beside the sea. Amazing spacious balcony room at the front of the hotel which meant I could watch the spectacular sunsets each evening during my stay. There's a small free beach right across the road which I used for swimming at least twice a day. Lot's of good restaurants in the vicinity. It's an easy 10min walk from the port and old town. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hope to revisit at some point.

The room was small but had everything in it that we needed, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Hot water in the shower. We had a sea view with balcony which was lovely to sit at for breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We had forgotten a corkscrew but one of the lovely ladies on reception opened the bottle for us. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants just outside of the door. It was an easy 20 min walk, for us mid 70yr olds, to both the old town and also the main bus station to visit other parts of the island.

There was no lift but we knew that before we got there. There is nothing that the owners can do about that but again a lovely lady on reception carried our case up for us.

Vi hadde ikke frokost. Beliggenheten var fantastisk. Hotellet hadde problemer med logistikken så vi måtte bytte hotellrom, men vi synes at personalet ordnet dette på en meget god måte.

Ingen ting vi var veldig misfornøyd med.

Camera luminosa e pulita, con un bel balcone, ottima posizione fronte mare a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal porto. L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile, siamo arrivati prima del previsto, prima dell’orario del check in, la stanza era già pronta e ne abbiamo potuto usufruire da subito!

Hotel situé à 5 minutes à pieds du centre et du débarcadère et en face de la plage. Plusieurs restaurants juste à côté. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Vue légèrement de côté depuis la chambre.

L'eau chaude et la pression de la douche était très petite le soir.

The location was perfect, walking distance from the beach and only a few minute walk to the bus stop to get in to Naoussa. We loved staying in the quieter part of the island, with many great restaurants around. The view from the room was also beautiful.

We loved everything about our stay here! The location is fantastic, right in front of a nice beach and within easy walking distance to the old town and the port. The rooms were impeccably clean and serviced daily. The staff were exceptionally helpful and amazing from start to finish. A special shout-out regarding the parking: while the lot is shared with the hotel's restaurant and can occasionally get full, the staff always went out of their way to help me find a spot for the car, which we truly appreciated! Highly recommended.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la posizione vicino alla spiaggia di livadia, riparata dal vento e molto carina. La camera comodo e giusta per 3 persone. Personale sempre gentile e accogliente. Il ristorante attaccato all'Hotel una bella scoperta dell'ultimo giorno.

Las vistas desde el balcón están geniales para ver el atardecer frente al mar. El hotel está en frente de la playa y solo a 15 minutos andando del ferry. El personal es encantador y servicial. Me lesioné y fueron super amables. Muchas gracias por todo!

Struttura tranquilla e ben servita da servizi come market, ristoranti, Bakery. Il punto forte è la spiaggia difronte , infatti molte volte dopo aver trascorso la giornata in giro per l'isola capitava che la sera prima di rientrare per fare la doccia ci fermavamo sulla spiaggia di Livadia a fare un aperitivo con ultimo bagno della giornata al tramonto.... spettacolo. Pulizie fatte ogni giorno. Staff simpatico e disponibile, al ristorante nella stessa struttura si mangia bene.

Camera essenziale, bagno piccolino, distanza dal centro circa 15 min a piedi, mancanza di zanzariere e qualcosa che faccia ombra sul balcone in quanto il sole la mattina è talmente forte che non si riesce a stare fuori.

Konum mükemmel, otelin karşısındaki beach çok güzel. Çalışanlar yardımsever oda ve balkonu çok güzel yeterli. Sadece odaya ilk geldiğimde 1 şişe su bulmayı dilerdim!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Asansör yoktu ama çalışanlar yardımcı oldular.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was lovely, and the view absolutely stunning. I wish we'd stayed longer. But we'll certainly be back!! One of the best hotel experiences I've had on Paros.

Not enough hangers!! And the bathroom was a little outdated.

El personal es variado, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nos podían prestar toallas y sombrillas pero cuando fuimos a pedirlas otro hombre evitaba dárnoslas, diciendo que podíamos comprar cerca. Elegimos este sitio porque está cerca del ferry y tiene restaurantes cerca.

El agua sale con muy muy poca presión. El personal de limpieza ni si quiera te saluda de vuelta.

Our room was nice, comfortable and cleaned every day. We had the most beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. It's really worth the price, especially because of the view. Room was simple but nicely furnished in "beach style" which added the holiday vibe. Very good AC. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything what we needed.

Only small negative was low water pressure in the shower, so it took longer to wash.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Livadia. Very central location to the main Port in Paros, directly opposite the beach and a short stroll down to shops, restaurants and the ferries. The hotel had parking which was handy as we rented a ATV. Room had a view of the beach and a nice balcony with a small clothesline that was helpful for drying. AC was strong and cooled the room well, the mini fridge was a great size. Sunsets were beautiful from our balcony as well. Overall a pleasant stay.

The shower was either hot or cold and took a long time to heat, the pressure when hot was very minimal. Shower space was also quite tight. Significant noise coming from the other guests, sounded like furniture being moved around, happened late into the night.

I loved the location, right across from the beach, short 10 min walk to the port and restaurants. The perfect stay. The room had a lovely view of the ocean even from the side of the building.

The shower only had really hot or really cold water most of our stay which wasn’t very pleasant

Iannis persona eccezionale, sempre disponibile per ogni informazione e per ogni nostra esigenza come tutto il suo staff. Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza carinissima arredata minimal ma con tutto l’ essenziale, ogni giorno ci cambiavano biancheria e ci pulivano la stanza . Proprio sotto la struttura c è una taverna greca tra le migliori forse proprio la migliore dove abbiamo mangiato dove tutte le sete suonavano live musica greca.

The location was great. 10 mins walk from the Port. It had a massive super king bed which was really comfortable. The owners were really friendly

An excellent location right on Livadia beach. Plenty of restaurants and beach bars in easy walking distance. A short 1km walk into Parikia. We had a front balcony with a lovely view of the water. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο, 5-6 λεπτά με τά πόδια αλλά πάνω στην θάλασσα. Πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο, το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα πολύ άνετο και με όμορφη διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό παρά πολύ ευγενικό και με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι ζητούσαμε. Συγχαρητήρια για την υπέροχη δουλειά σάς!!!!

Aircon was old and didn't cool the room down much

Location was incredible. Facilities within the apartment were great. Loved the balconies looking onto the sea. Stayed relatively cool throughout day. Restaurant down stairs was amazing, and staff gave great recommendations.

Original booking didn’t match the room we were given (thought we chose 3 individual beds but got 1 bed and 2 sofa beds). Hot water in shower took some figuring out.

Muy cerca del puerto. El establecimiento cuenta con sombrillas y toallas para llevar a la playa. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos. La cocina cuenta con lo necesario para comidas sencillas. Volveriamos

Some rooms may not have kitchenettes, so if you need a place to cook or store food ensure you book a triple room. One recommendation would be to change the shower curtains to longer ones that reach the floor, so water doesn't spray outside of the shower zone.

Amazing location. Away from the main part of town with a quiet beach. Fantastic food right out front and better food within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Would recommend.

On Saturday nights the music goes on until 1:30am. You can hear it very clearly in your room while you try to sleep. I do not party or stay out late so this was a bummer. Everything else about the location and stay was amazing!

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en el hotel. Es acogedor, muy limpio y nuestras habitaciones tenían inmejorables vistas al mar. A muy pocos minutos caminando del centro de Parikia y del puerto. Su personal muy amable y servicial.

The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the town but far enough to make it enjoyable to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Rooms were very clean and I loved the minimalist island boho style design. It was spacious enough and had all the essentials. It was easy and relaxed to communicate with the young lady in charge and the maids, although they couldn't speak much English, they tried to be helpful. We were in low season so it was easy to park outside also. The beach towels were of good quality. The soaps like everywhere in Greece were nice smelling. It was a perfect base for exploring the area, I wish we could have stayed a little longer.

The shower pressure was a challenge and it took us a while to figure out how to fix the temperature. There were too many works going on outside, the season in Greece should be open after Easter and it was the second week of May and it felt like some businesses only started preparing for it. No fault of the hotel just unfortunate as it spoiled the beauty and serenity of the location .
