Picky: car park was a bit wet and muddy after rain.

Zostałem oszukany ponieważ miałem mieć pokój typu junior Fiut z widokiem na morze i dwoma osobnymi łóżkami a otrzymałem pokój dla Inwalidów z widokiem na śmietniki i jednym dużym łożem małżeńskim który z uwagi na różnicę Wagi między moją żoną a mną nie dawał możliwości wyspania się przez co pierwszą noc praktycznie nie spaliśmy

Jeg sitter i rullestol, og ba derfor om HC-rom. Jeg fikk beskjed om at bare junior-suiter var tilpasset. Nå klarte jeg meg for så vidt bra, da jeg kan gå noe og det var plass til min enkle rullestol på rommet jeg bestilte.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Hyggelig og nyoppusset hotell sentralt i Andenes. Hyggelig betjening i både resepsjonen og i frokostsalen. Rommene var fine, rene og nyoppusset. Gode senger og rolige omgivelser. Frokosten var innholdsrik, slik en forventer at en frokost skal være på et hotell, med egg, bacon, ulik type drikke, variert pålegg. Etter vår smak var frokosten veldig bra. Kort vei fra hotellet til spisesteder og severdigheter. Vi hadde aldri vært i Andenes før, men ble positivt overrasket til god service over alt og veldig hyggelige folk. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake både til hotellet og til Andenes.
Drinkene i baren har potensial til å bli bedre, men totalt sett er det ingenting å klage på.

I stayed in the older part of the hotel, so my experience could differ for those staying in the newly renovated rooms. The location was within walking distance to the airport which was nice. I did however miss having a mini fridge in my room, and the breakfast could have had more alternatives. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Le falta calidez, la decoracion es muy fria. Nos hemos quedado dos noches y me sorprendio que el segundo dia no nos limpiaron el baño y las camas solo la colcha estirada.

Vi ble mottatt uvennlig, med liten evne til å forstå hvilken gruppe som kom: 3 av oss var over 80 år med fysike utfordringer. Men når det ikke er interesse for gjestene, og der er ingen evne til å opprette kommunikasjon som gir god forståelse, løsninger og god opplevelse, er det bare å gi opp. Slitent hotell, men med oppussede rom. Står desiderata nederst på listen over Thon Hotel som vi har besøkt.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Bra opphold med god frokost. Rommet ble ikke ryddet i tidsrommet torsdag - søndag. Ingen var innom og fjernet skitne kopper, håndklær eller søppel. Føneren på badet virker ikke og toalettet uler veldig høyt når en flusher. Hadde et bra opphold allikevel.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025I stayed one night in your Hotel Marena in Andenes. Hotel Andrikken is the partner hotel. I contacted them via email - there was no response. I contacted them on Booking.com, yet no response. Their facilities were appalling. The reception was in a different hotel 5 blocks away. The WiFi password given was wrong. When I found the correct password it was not working. I tried phone call three times and two hours later I spoke to someone who said to check the WiFi but it never worked. This hotel is worse than a budget hotel but costs too much.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025The town Andenes is more known for Northern Light tours, which means it’s essentially a ghost town if you are visiting in the summer. This is one of 2 hotels owned by the same chain on the Main Street, and has older rooms with a decent breakfast. Many rooms face unpaved parking areas, and there was construction outside during our stay which led to very loud noises in the AM. The front desk doubles as a bar, and they serve a simple restaurant with pancakes, fried eggs, and cold cuts. They did offer some pizza for dinner if you could not find a table at the restaurant next door, but overall it has the feel of a Howard Johnson in the US.
