Spacious, clean, and on the beach.
The restaurant and bar not as friendly as other bars we went to.
Amazing modern apartment on an upper level with the best views of the ocean!
Nothing!
I contacted reception to help me with an overcharge as I ended up paying in dollars instead of GBP. The staff said they’d send an email and cc me in/contact me. This was never done which was a bit of a letdown.
Amazing, exceptional service
Chill. Laid Back. Intimate. Spacious Villas and outdoor living space. Great restaurant and bar on site for those meals we decided not to cook. Attentive and responsive staff. Just a short walk into Speightstown. Local restaurants Grandene’s and Bombas mere minutes walk from the Villa.
No complaints
Beautiful view.
The staff. Lazy and they all had an attitude.
We loved the facilities. The apartment is gorgeous, super clean, spacious, modern. Prestine
Everything. Quite spot, super modern. Fully equiped with everything you need and more
The size of the one bedroom villa is nice. Pool and loungers comfortable. Elevator to pool. Security.
Only one beach towel per person? No resupply of toiletries? Unable to charge room at restaurant. Not enough USA TV channels. No watersports equipment. Did not offer a credit for disruption due to leaking AC unit??
Nothing
Staff were extremely unpleasant
Everything was great . We are already planning our return.
The included breakfasts were somewhat disappointing.
We enjoyed the friendly, courteous and professionalism of the concierge staff from the moment we booked our stay. Natalie reached out to greet us and offer thier assistance. Natalie made arrangements for our Airport Transfer to and from the Villa. She also booked evening entertainment for our first night,at our request, to enjoy the Fabulous Harbour Lights Barbados Dinner and Show. Which was Fabulous. Natalie went above and Beyond to accommodate our stay, as well as Phalesta and her staff. Would Highly Recommend Saint Peters Bay!!!
This is a great location. Located on the west side of Barbados with the best beach and is very private. You have everything you need right on your beach such as jet skiing, water skiing, tubing, boat charters, snorkeling, turtle tours and more. Everyone pick you up right at your beach behind the hotel. The young man at the beach hut will make all these arrangements for you and fast. Excellent place and very roomy.
Everything about this property was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful, and the villa we stayed in was spacious, well decorated and very clean. We can’t wait to go back!
The room was very large but was not in good condition. We saw other rooms that were renovated. We unfortunately got the older unrenovated room.
Our stay was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful and more than comfortably fit our family of 4. The pool, beach and grounds were beautiful as well. There are many excellent restaurants very close to the resort. I would highly recommend it!
Amazing location! Beautiful/clean beach. Zero seaweed. Very friendly stuff. Beautiful and large apartment! Everyone was very comfortable. Beach and pool are close to each other so easy to go between the two.
Enjoyed the beautiful rooms and luxury settings.
This was my family’s first time in Barbados and we loved it. My husband and I went with our 3 kids (ages 8,7 and 5) and this resort was perfect for our family. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath room, we loved having the space to move around and having a washer/dryer in our room was great. Jimmy and the staff at the restaurant and bar were so nice and the drinks and food were delicious - we ate lunch there daily and the cheeseburger and steak sandwich were our favorites. The beach has 3 different spots to sit, it was a ghost town when we were there, so we were by ourselves on the beach most days, water was so clear and very calm - amazing for parents with kids - no worries about your kids being in the ocean and getting taken down by waves. Our room was so clean and the housekeeping will come daily, but we only had them come twice. People do say you can walk to restaurants nearby - I disagree, it rained off and on the first few days we were there, so there was standing water in the streets and sidewalks end abruptly. We used Tyron as our cab driver the entire week - he took us to dinner every night and we’d call him when we were getting our check and he’d be waiting to pick us up - he was wonderful and very punctual. We had Dwayne drive us to and from the airport, another awesome person we met in Barbados, we loved learning about him and his family. I added both of their card info below, I’d love for people to support their business, they were great! Our favorite restaurant was definitely the Sea Shed, which is down the road, we went 3 times, the view was perfect and the food was great each time. I will definitely return to St.peters bay resort!
Fantastic property, better than the pics. Great staff. We will be back
Was a great vacation but need to know going in that it’s a little secluded in terms of having options for restaurants/dining. We did know this so it was not a problem for us. Some people may be turned off though as the food pricing is quite high at this end of the island due to its seclusion and captive market. There was also just one restaurant bar right on the property. The food was excellent but not a ton of options. Lastly, you should be forewarned that there is not a lot of pool or beach seating. Again we were fortunate because we apparently got there when their official season was just ending. People had commented that it’s impossible to get beach chairs or really any room on the beach if you go November through mid-April. Overall, we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely go back again!
Perfect relaxed resort for family vacation Lovely spacious condo Great restaurant and bar with smiling service Fun kids activities and movies at night Calm pretty beach Kids and adults adored the pool
Awesome staff. Awesome room.
We are staying at the resort for a 10 day holiday. We have been to Barbados several times, and this trip has certainly not disappointed. Of the various hotels and apartments on the west coast, St Peter's Bay has by far the most spacious rooms. We are in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment, with a good sized kitchen. We are staying on a B&B basis. The breakfasts are delicious, with fresh fruit, toast and pastries. The dinner menu is limited, reflecting the fact that most people eat in the restaurant 2 or 3 times during their stay. On each occasion we had very nice food. The beach is beautiful, with helpful staff supervised by Germaine. Don't miss the complimentary trip to swim with the turtles. We also hired jet skis a few times. We hired a car for a week. This enabled us to travel around the island, and go to the supermarket when required. We had lunch in The Surf Shack in Oistins, which has fantastic views, visited the Flower Caves, and did the tour of Kensington Oval, amongst other things. The staff in St Peter's Bay are all excellent. The room was kept very clean, and in general we were looked after well. We would definitely come back.
Lovely and low key vacation. The apartments are spacious and well laid out for families with children. It was great having our own kitchen and laundry in the unit. The large terrace overlooks the ocean and the sunsets can't be beat! The food onsite is just ok, but there are tons of great restaurants just minutes away. The concierge was helpful with booking a catamaran excursion and transportation to the airport. We would definitely visit again!
Beautifully furnished and quiet room on a lovely beach. Very friendly staff.
I was actually more interested in the location of the Resort as we were staying with friends up the road then checked in for four days stay. Can I just say everything is simply marvelous so far. Our top floor, ocean facing view is incredible. Fabulous patio - two floors - with a rooftop hot tub. So relaxing. Makes me feel happy just to be here. Wife says “very romantic!”
Beautiful property, land, culture, and people. I’ll definitely return to Barbados
Great beach Terrible restaurant Not a 5 star resort
Outside of hotel could use some attention and landscaping
No
Beautiful ocean views from our suite! Staff is excellent: consistently friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful. Rooms are spacious, very clean, airy and pleasant. Very good cooking at the restaurant, too!
I would definitely consider this to be my "go to" property in Barbados. Absolutely loved our visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our nine night stay in a premium beachfront one bedroom king on the 4th floor. The units have an elevator and stairwell from assigned parking but also a separate elevator from the beach side that accesses two units. Unit 404 had a jacuzzi on the huge balcony and we used it almost daily. Both the bedroom and living room had TV’s with extensive channels, including those with NFL playoffs. Housekeeping was thorough and terrific every day. The washer & dryer was very helpful for our longer stay. We also enjoyed the onsite Gazebo Grille for every breakfast and a few lunches, dinners and desserts with cocktails. The entire staff here was friendly and helpful and we loved talking to them all. There were plenty of loungers and umbrellas at both the pool or beach and the pool water was a nice temperature. Our only disappointment was the weather did not permit use of the boat or hobie cats. This also created a rocky beach. Security here was 24/7 and always monitored entry. Having stayed at many of the 5 star resorts we loved our stay here and would definitely return.
All around fantastic.
The property rooms were very nice. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was great at the hotel and at the restaurant’s in the area. We had a great time.
This property was beautiful but needs more food options. No place to grab a quick snack or a bag of chips. It was all sit down eating. No beverage service on beach chairs either. Otherwise a lovely choice.
nice place to have a short winter break
Fantastic staff. Very relaxed, spacious resort. Outstanding beach. Great rooms. Good food and drinks. Will return when we get the chance.
Had a great stay staff very helpful, views out to the ocean and swimming pool are amazing
Just the most lovely team you could get - polite Attentive friendly and fun Apartment was spotless and a view to die for Nothing was any trouble and always looked after with a smile - Thanks to all at St Peter’s - My family had a wonderful stay
Our apartment had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a very spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful sea view balcony. The food was great, only wish the menu had more options. Housekeeping kept everything neat and tidy. Staff were friendly especially James at the reception was very helpful. The beach had soft clean powdery sands. My mom, brother and I had a wonderful relaxing family holiday at St Peter's bay and we hope to stay there again.
Right on the beach! You can swim in the smaller hotel pools or step right onto the sand and enjoy a small stretch Sargassum-free fine sand beach! Service is great; units are spacious and well-maintained. Laundry machine in-unit made things really easy.
Peaceful and relaxing
Saint Peter's Bay is absolutely beautiful! The 3-bedroom suite has 3 bathrooms and is huge. We loved our private balcony looking out at the sea, where we ate breakfast that we made in our own little kitchen. We did not rent a car and used cabs, which the concierge gladly arranged for us to go out to dinner. There are some nice walkable eating options too. The on-site restaurant was not very interesting (and relatively pricey) so we didn't eat there but it is nice to have that option. We didn't use the pools because the beach is so convenient, clean and safe. We had a large sea turtle swim up to us one day when we were in the water! Overall, we had a wonderful 4 nights at St. Peter's Bay.
Excellent location and property. Beach was amazing and well kept up.
My husband and I had an amazing birthday due to the staff at St. Peter’s Bay. Dave, Joanne, Mya & Kathy along with the other staff were all amazing! They accommodated and fulfilled our requests. Best staff ever
This resort exceeded my expectations! The staff is amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We ate at the Cliffs and other high end restaurants, but the food here at the resort restaurant was some of the best on the island. The 1 bedroom villa we stayed in was immaculate and gorgeously decorated. I can’t say enough about this resort. I would absolutely recommend and return here again. 5 stars all around. If you like to snorkel there is a great free reef right in front of the hotel. They also have a water taxi that will take you to lunch or for snorkeling with the turtles!!
The property was very intimate with a beautiful view of the ocean. We were able to enjoy our time in the pool and the beach, where there are lots of fish at the shallow ends near the rocks. The only downside is that the kids club only runs seasonally, which was not as advertised via Expedia. Had we knew about this, we would have opted for another property and is something we hope Expedia can validate.
The staff was amazing; the apartment was great; the beach was super nice.
Had an AMAZINGLY relaxing time at St. Peter's Bay Resort. From the front desk, to the waiters and cleaning staff, the staff was friendly and helpful. The ocean view from our room was spectacular. Although we did not have dinner here, breakfast and lunch were good. If there is any one thing that I could say could use improvement, would be the beachside service, as there is essentially zero beachside service. I loved our stay at this beautiful resort. Please remember to tip for good service. It goes a long way for the lovely Bajan people.
Nice
Perfect for a quiet relaxing break.
The staff was very accommodating. The view and the unit were perfect. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. Cleaning staff was ok. All other staff were great. Concierge, Shane and Joanna, were very helpful. The beach although not large had easy access into the water.
Great Hotel, only to take in consideration that there is no front desk or reception after 7 PM.
A well-maintained property with clean rooms, great pool and a very nice beach, with helpful staff that are happy to set up sun beds with towels and shade. There is drink service at the beach although a bit slow. However, there is cold drinking water available via self-serve all the time. One important tip - the beach is divided into three by barrier rocks. Of the three sections, the one furthest away from the towel cabana has best ocean floor - with almost no rocks. The other two sections do have rocks which makes swimming harder. So if you plan to swim, just head to the furthest section and you will have a great swimming experience. There is a chef's restaurant onsite, with well-prepared tasty dishes. A . Overall, this place is a quiet, peaceful oasis and we will happily return in the future.
On the beach
Very quiet. Beautiful grounds and pool area
We had a wonderful stay at St. Peter’s Bay! Everything was top notch. The room was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed all of the amenities this property has to offer. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was extremely polite and friendly. The concierge made sure every detail of our trip was perfect and personalized. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again one day!
Very private and safe! Oh and BEAUTIFUL sunsets🌴🌴🌴
The best vacation ever ! Highly recommended!
The Saint Peter's Bay Resort exceeded my expectations! Absolutely stunning Caribbean seashore location and excellent suits. I was looking for an apartment with a kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality kitchen appliances, including a Miele dishwasher and icemaker freezer/fridge. The suite also had a separate laundry room with washer and drier. But most of all I was impressed by the staff. Concierge James was most helpful in every respect and booked all our tours and car rides. Housekeeping came every day and were meticulous and paid attention to requests. Overall the atmosphere created by the staff at the resort, including beach attendants was very friendly and helpful. I plan to visit again next year with my extended family.
We booked a premium one bedroom villa so were astonished to find we'd been given a 3 bedroom apartment complete with sea view, hot tub on the balcony, luxury fully equipped kitchen, 4 poster bed and walk in wardrobe ! We've travelled all over the world but this was one of the best apartments we've been lucky enough to enjoy. The resort was pretty quiet during our visit in November so absolutely no problem with noisy children in the pool etc mentioned by other reviewers. Beach was fantastic and the staff very attentive. We made good use of the free sunbeds, kayaks and paddle boards. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times which was very nice but the resort is a short walk from Speightstown which offers plenty of fantastic food & drink options. If we visit Barbados again (outside school holidays), Saint Peters Bay Resort will be #1 on our list.
This resort is brilliant for families as the apartments are large with great facilities. The swimming pool and beach were perfect with the kids. The on site restaurant was some of the best food we had on the island. The best thing overall were the attentive staff - nothing was too much to ask. X
Say it like it is, I seem to have trouble with Trip Advisor publishing some of my reviews, still if you don't succeed at first eh! Anyway 2nd time of trying, makes you wonder who does not like what being said about where. What makes a good review keeps popping up, I thought I had given an honest good review last time I tried to post this, the good the bad and the ugly, well ok, it did say just ok, but I'll stick to ugly, as that is how I found certain aspects of the service and the people who dealt out that service. Getting back to St. Peters Bay resort, I stand by my title. To those of you considering going to this "resort" please read on, I'll make this brief it will probably stand more chance of getting online. We have been to Barbados numerous times, stayed in some lovely Hotels, unfortunately this is in a different class, for all the wrong reasons. The place does not really fall into the category of Hotel, where one standard applies to all people staying in the Hotel. I say that because there are roughly half of the apartments that are owned, the other half being let out as a Hotel would let out normal rooms to guests. After being woken up by the aforementioned owners children, (adolescent age children/teenagers, and extremely rude at that) at 11.00pm at night playing volleyball outside of our room, on three occasions, I decided to take it up with the management, as the response I got from one of the owners was not worthy of noting, you can see where the children got their bad manners from. The Pool states that it closes at 18.00hrs to guests, sadly that is not the case for "owners" they apparently can use it whenever they so choose, as there is nothing in their contracts to the contrary. I found this out after the concierge told me that the 18.00hr rule applied to all, the security were clueless, the operations manager thought is was 23.00hrs, all in all a farce really. I know I am getting on it years (64) but to find that you have been sold a holiday which operates a two tier system is sad, the owners (not all but one ignorant family in particular, the C's) appeared to run carte blanche around the resort, as if they owned it, which sadly they did in part, regardless of anyone else's enjoyment that they might be ruining. The Operations Manager should get special mention, again for all the wrong reasons, unfortunately she was powerless to do anything to remedy the problems. Especially being threatened by one of the owners should I ever speak to any of their offspring again, fear not in true British spirit I defended my corner, only because he was of Maple Leaf extraction and particularly rude, he was asking, so he got, you reap what you sew, etc, etc. Anyway, what else do you need to know. Rooms were delightful, pool adequate, but obviously noisy, beach very nice, food in restaurant albeit small was fine, the staff in general were really, really nice, especially the ones in the restaurant who well knew the situation, as it had been going on for some years, how bad and sad is that. I do love Barbados, the place, the locals, I cannot fault it or them, but this place deserves the review I am leaving. It is a long way to travel, it is expensive and one expects the best, but you are not going to get it here. I fully expect the generic response from the resort in reply, but hey ho as said do look at the other Hotels there are far better, especially the CRC or FRP two name but two. I have never written anything but the truth in any of my reviews, unlike some that I have read, which I find hard to believe. I do not have an ulterior motive here, I just don't want anyone else spending the sort of money that I did and being disappointed at the end of the day. I should have gone back in the Trip Advisor reviews, this was happening for goodness sake in 2015, it shows that nothing has changed. Please be warned, and I wish you well when you visit Barbados, I cannot wait to see these lovely people on this particularly special island again. Best regards, Robert Mark Alexander and of course the sentiments of his better half. PS. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention, they all made my unfortunate experience just about bearable, my special thanks to you, you are lovely and I will miss you, Andrea and Myra, I hope the names are correctly spelt, but I'm sure you know who you are anyway, and Melanie in room service was extra special too.
The best service, quality accommodation and food quality in Barbados. Staff are all exceptional. Great beach. Best restaurant in Barbados serving nothing but fresh locally sourced produce. We can not wait to return.
We loved it here! Very peaceful, huge rooms, very good restaurant, very friendly people all around, easy access to all kind of water sports, 10 minutes walk to a good supermarket. Overall very accommodating and well worth a stay or two or three :-) However, it is very pricey and so is the whole island.
Staff nice but resort jaded. Very expensive for what it is. Beach good. Pool ok. Parking good. Fairly quiet. Don’t expect 5 star service though. Room cleaning hit and miss. Only had breakfast at the restaurant which was very average and expensive.
Our first time on Barbados and on arrival here we were delighted with the accommodation. Very spacious, immaculate 2/3 bedroom apartment (they're not "villas"), decent kitchen, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool/sea. We'd had great interaction with Shane before arrival and were looking forward to a relaxing stay. We thought the location was fine, plenty of great little places nearby and a short walk into Speightstown we didn't need much else tbh. So far so good. But.....we are a pair of mature couples and the resort just isn't aimed at us. It really is better for families I'd say unless you're in a particular part of the resort. Ours, 209, central first floor (level 2) was immediately above the kids club and directly overlooked the pool area. This was signed as closing at 6pm but was often in use by very noisy groups much later than this which meant we couldn't use our balcony. We requested the concierge on several occasions to deal with this, which they did. Fortunately the club wasn't well attended so disturbance from there was only an occasional issue. If you were determined to come here, I'd suggest requesting something as far away from the pool as possible and perhaps on a higher floor. This would have improved our experience greatly I believe. So sadly not somewhere we would return which is a shame as our initial impression was so good. We ate at the Gazebo restaurant as we arrived early evening, this a was a mistake not to be repeated. At 8pm we were the only diners and they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Starters and mains all arrived together, rather overpriced and they closed at 9.30, wouldn't even serve us another drink. Pretty poor really. We were on a breakfast inclusive. This was limited but decent with some nice omelettes etc but the coffee!! We gave up on this, we could order coffee which "wasn't on the plan" at some daft price but didn't as a matter of principle. On our last day they relented and gave us a decent Americano. The other stuff was instant granules from a catering pack. C'mon you're better than this surely?! So, slightly disappointing in the end but maybe we were just in the wrong place??
Absolutely worth the money. It's was expensive for the one night but definitely worth it. Staff and Concierge was amazing. Resort was clean and beautiful. Room/Villa was huge and comdortable. I would definitely come back.
Stayed in 3rd floor apartment which was great. Superb sea/ beach view and felt private. Interior was classic and stylish. Bed super comfy. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Beach beautiful and felt secluded. Shallow water and safe for kids to paddle. Staff friendly and understated. Restaurant wasn’t great - hugely expensive and wasn’t really somewhere we wanted to spend much time. This is in comparison to Cobblers Cove a couple of doors down which was 1st class. I think perhaps the exterior needs a refurb as the grounds between the property & the beach just needs a refurb. Would be great to have a beach bar/ grill and a decent pool- perhaps some uplifting music to give it a better ambience. There was a pool but it wasn’t inviting which is a shame and could be fantastic as the backdrop is stunning. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and the hotel. We didn’t like the restaurant setting and the price of meals and drinks was simply too high. Hopefully with some tweaks in the future after everyone has had time to regroup after the pandemic, this would become a must go to destination. 4 star rating with a potential 5 star with a few adjustments. The concierge and staff were lovely. Would we stay again - possibly.
Booked a 3 bed apartment. You get 4 dinner plates 4 mugs etc We were on the ground floor with patio doors that didnt lock The microwave beeped continuously as it was faulty The air con packed up on day 3 and was dripping Staff were amazing and kept fixing things but are fighting a losing battle with a property that needs a refurb and deep clean. Got told I couldn't use the air con in gym whilst training and when i asked why i was told that I should 'respect' the owner ! he had bought a place i was only holidaying. There is a welcome night where all the owners come and swap stories of their colonial pedigrees - awful arrogance on display I would not recommend this place and would not go back, it was dirty, we had crabs walking around in the bathrooms , bedding got changed on day 6 after we told the concierge. At this point we were allocated a good cleaner. Limited breakfast menu and dinner was more expensive than the nice local restaurants.
Friendly helpful staff. Good on-site restaurant. Beautiful apartments. Air conditioning noisy and could do with upgrading external fans.
Just home after spend a week with my family at St Peters Bay Resort. We had a 3 bed apartment which was amazing. Spotless clean and great space. The location was super, just a few steps and you are on the beach. The food from the restaurant was top class, just one suggestion would be to introduce a lunch menu with some lighter fare, like sandwiches etc. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. For an amazing experience, I would highly recommend.
AC leaked on sofa and we didn’t get a replacement sofa
Amazing!!!
love the property and will come back again for sure
Room was very nice, the staff were extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. The concierges was extremely helpful with booking dinner reservations and other activities off the resort. Beach was very nice and the beach boys were very nice and were able to offer us any water sports we wanted to try and take us out on the resort boat.
Perfect couples holiday - went for three marvelous weeks and the staff were very friendly and professional. Drinks were best cocktails we have had and the food was gorgeous too. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your immaculate resort
Having just booked this hotel and found out that breakfast isn’t included after paying $5000 for a week is a joke, next door is Cobblers Cove which is superb and have been many times and every room includes breakfast, after contacting them they wanted $60 a day for breakfast. Sadly I cannot cancel the holiday as I’ve I’ve gone next door again.
Beautiful room beach. No fun surrounding area to explore on foot.
Loved the layout of the 3 bedroom suite and the amazing views. Pool was nice and staff were friendly
Beautiful quiet peaceful hotel with exceptional rooms. Amazing beach and facilities. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurant slow (and there is only one restaurant to eat in) but would definitely go back.
Very spacious suites, very nice personel and beautiful area. Excellent holiday despite curfew.
I previously rated this place a 5 star due to my previous visit and interactions with everyone. Unfortunately their customer service is great when you are spending money but when you are due a refund it is absolutely horrific. They have yet to refund some of my guest from a 2020 booking and after several follow up calls, and emails, they are now saying it will be processed by the end of the year. Refund was requested March 2021. They never disputed giving the refund, only the timeframe in which the refund would be processed. I understand that many businesses were affected from the pandemic (including my own) but it is totally unacceptable for any guest to wait this long to receive a refund that they are fully entitled to. I can understand 6 months (which is still a long time) but having to wait close to a year for a refund is absolutely ridiculous! To add insult to injury, they can’t even simply refund the card that was used for purchase, they want you to send in another form with your credit card information to process the refund (which was done months ago). Never heard of such ridiculousness. If there is even a slight chance you will cancel your trip, please don’t book this place! You will get your refund. Just may take a year or so.
Overall we had a great stay. Would recommend.
Room was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen was nice but could use some more cooking accessories. Microwave didn’t work but we used oven to warm things up so not a big deal for us. Beach was great and quiet. Service on beach was excellent and we had our same spot set up daily upon arrival by the beach staff. Bar also had great service and food was good. Pool was nice and the Lounge chairs there were very comfortable and in great condition. Property was also well maintained and in good condition. Snorkeling right off the private beach was awesome. Would definitely go back.
This was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The food taste absolutely delicious and the staff treat you more like family instead of some average hotel guest. The grounds were well kept. The rooms were very clean, up to date, and spacious, and the elevator access directly to the beach was perfect! The gated entrance with 24hr security made me feel safe during my stay. The resort is not too far from places and it is an easy short bus ride to many restaurants and shops nearby. It was great to meet and see residents that live onsite and not just be around all tourist people. Tamisha in booking was excellent. Always patient with me and and answered my many questions. Tracy even went above and beyond to do a video chat with me prior to me booking the property as I wanted to be sure the online photos matched the property (in which they do). Upon arrival, I was lucky enough to meet the Managers Joerg Roterberg & Geoff Farmer. They are a direct reflection of the culture established here as their positive attitudes and warm friendly personalities matched everything I had encountered. I definitely look forward to revisiting this place in the near future and highly recommend the property.
Beautiful large rooms with a great view! The staff was excellent and the location was great. Perfect for families that want to be able to make some meals on their own but also have access to a great restaurant in site. We would definitely go back. Also, the turtle swim is not too miss.
Like the free turtle swim. Didn’t like that they let a group of children of owners take over the bar throughout the day and evening.
the staff excellent, the property was ready for us 5AM when we arrived, the management welcomed the new guests, clean property and is 5 stars home like resort
staff were absolutely fantastic; everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. we had our 2 years old (energetic!) son with us, and all staff were fantastic with him, particularly Andrea - who he still talks about!
