Camera e servizi e il prezzo altissimo x una notte

- Le personnel - Le taxi réservé à l'hôtel était en avance, c'est une bonne chose ! (Commandé pour 4.45, arrivé à l'hôtel a 4.30)

- Pas d'insonorisation, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir, sympa quand on entend des éléphants à 2h du matin quand on se lève à 4h pour prendre son avion. Sans compter le simple vitrage alors qu'on est à côté de l'aéroport. - La proximité avec l'aéroport n'est même pas un avantage car on est obligé de prendre un taxi pour aller a l'aéroport (pas possible d'y aller a pied car c'est une quatre voies). Si vous avez un avion tôt et déjà un hôtel à Rome, autant prendre un taxi de votre hôtel plutôt que de changer pour celui-ci - L'odeur horrible de tabac froid dans la chambre. On a beau eu vouloir aérer, rien a faire, l'odeur est restée - La literie est exécrable, le lit est ultra dur vous allez sentir les ressorts partout sur vous, l'oreiller n'est pas beaucoup mieux... - Gros doute sur l'authenticité du taxi que l'hôtel nous a réservé. Normalement les taxi romain doivent avoir l'étiquette de la Commune di Roma, ce qui n'était pas le cas ci. Comptez 15€ +5€ par personne (si votre avion part tôt le matin) - La literie était sale ( tâches sur les draps, une dizaine de cheveux retrouvés dans les draps en arrivant) - Les murs étaient sales, quelqu'un avait écrit dessus auparavant. Comme dit plutôt, le temps que tout ça n'a pas été réglé, restez dans votre hôtel a Rome et commandez un taxi, plutôt que d'aller dans cet hôtel

The room was cooled with AC for 16 degrees when I came in the night, it was super cold. I would appreciate warmer temperature.

Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu pizzeria, lodziarnia, sklepy. Mimo bliskości lotniska cicha okolica. Bardzo dobry dojazd pociągiem do centrum Rzymu. W pokoju WiFi, wydolna i czysta klimatyzacja. Bardzo mili i pomocni pracownicy. Dobra alternatywa dla hoteli w samym Rzymie.

Great air conditioned room and helpful staff

They arranged my taxi to the Campino Airport, three kilometres away! The taxi driver charged me 58 euros!! In the past it has only cost me 20 euros. I was ripped off. The hotel must complain to the taxi form about this as I will be unable to stay at this great hotel if it is going to cost me so much to get to the local airport.

A quiet hotel with real gardens, birdsong, and a spa. It sits right on the lake. The staff were warm and helpful the whole time, always with a smile.

A small point for improvement: the room receives very little natural sunlight, which seemed to contribute to a slight musty smell. A little extra attention to ventilation would make the experience even better

Good location in Ciampino town. 10 minute walk from the train station and the air link bus stop. Large family room.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in the extreme heat. The hotel was also quiet, and the location was very convenient, with easy transport links to the city centre and the airport nearby. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with our booking, which was not the hotel’s fault, but the way the team handled the situation was truly exceptional. They were incredibly flexible, understanding and helpful, and it was clear that they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and not let this problem spoil our little holiday. Hats off to the whole team! We have travelled to many places around the world, but we have rarely come across such friendly, helpful and excellent problem-solving staff. A truly wonderful team showing genuine Italian hospitality! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It was reasonably close to the airport to enable us to get an early flight

The room etc was ok but not great facilities It is a 15minute walk from the shuttle bus stop which with cases etc was a bit of a slog - we took a taxi in the morning and we were charged 30 euros for a 10 minute trip

They offered breakfast only from 7 o'clock therefore I could not eat however I paid for it because I had to leave at 06:30. The air-condition was in the room but with all effort I could reach 28 -29 C.

Carino e accogliente, situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Siamo venuti in macchina e fortunatamente il parcheggio era libero. La camera era piccola ed accogliente e sopratutto pulitissima!

Non è propriamente qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto, ma consiglierei se possibile una disinfestazione o comunque un provvedimento per i pesciolini d'argento. Ne abbiamo uccisi due enormi in doccia e uno all'entrata.

Struttura con una posizione centrale. Staff molto gentile e camere pulite con tutti i servizi. Colazione con varietà,e parcheggio disponibile anche se con posti limitati.

Non ho note negative nella mia esperienza,forse solo i cuscini troppo rigidi per il mio gusto.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla fermata della navetta per l’aeroporto. Inoltre, A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano pizzerie, ristoranti e mini market.

Room was comfortable, good shower but, shower gel was 24 inches above my head. Breakfast choices had all been eaten by previous guests. We had no choice but left overs. No offer to replenish any Breakfast features. Fridge and air conditioning controlled by reception. Reception staff ( male) very brusque to the point of rude). Sent us the wrong directions to get a meal. 110 minutes in punishing heat. If you don't speak or understand Italian, I would choose somewhere else.

A decent budget hotel conveniently located near Cianpino Airport. I stayed here for work and chose it for its proximity to my location. I paid €165 for two nights, excluding breakfast, which felt reasonable. The room was a bit smaller than expected, though still comfortable. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for an affordable stay near the airport.

It was quite tight even for one person, and there was no proper fridge—just a structure that didn’t actually cool anything. The attic-style window also meant limited natural light, but it wasn’t a major issue.

We drove past it, the sign is in the drive, so after another loop around the block we spotted it. Maybe a sign directing from the street would help?

Piccolo albergo situato in una palazzina di recente costruzione nel centro dell'abitato di Ciampino. Uno dei pregi è la collocazione a distanza pedonale dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ciampino e contemporaneamente a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto tramite taxi o bus navetta. Struttura molto pulita con camere non grandi dotate di bagno con box doccia. Notte tranquilla senza alcun rumore a disturbare il sonno La colazione è stata molto buona con parti dolci fresche e parte salata. Il prezzo forse un pò sopra media per un 3 stelle.

Camera un poco piccola.

Used this hotel on a few occasions, great for early or late flight from Ciampino. Good sized rooms, nice easy walk to restaurants and the train station.
