Really good location for train to and from centre of Rome. And only 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport. Nice and clean, comfortable rooms.

Moderna e pulita

Convenient stay for overnight near Ciampino airport. Used the recommended car service to get to the airport (20 euros). Clean and well appointed .

We were impressed with the very clean, modern and spacious room. Reception staff were very helpful booking us an early morning taxi for the airport which was very reliable.

Wenn man es mal gefunden hat... - das Hotel befindet sich in einem größeren Gebäudekomplex. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und praktisch, die Betten gut. Alles sehr sauber.

Umgebung ein wenig trist. Zugang zu Gebäude und Zimmer nur über Zahlencode. An der Haustür muss nochmal extra die Eingabe bestätigen, am Zimmer nicht. Nur zwei Garagenplätze, wer mit dem Auto kommt, muss ansonsten an der Straße parken - weitere Parkhäuser nur in größerer Entfernung

Room was very clean and modern, staff were extremely helpful, it was in a perfect location from Ciampino train station and airport

Vi havde et tidligt fly fra lufthavnen i Ciampino. Vi valgte at sove en nat på hotellet og det var den bedste beslutning! Nem og digitaliseret self-check-inn og hurtig kommunikation med personalet på Whats-App. Selvom receptionen officielt lige var lukket da vi kom, fik vi stadig hjælp af den venlige receptionist, som bestilte en taxa for os til lufthavnen næste morgen. 5-10 minutter fra lufthavnen - helt perfekt. Opholdet var roligt og rent!

Great room and staff

Location instructions. Our driver drove around for 30min to help us find the hotel. Please provide gpd coordinates with the booking confirmation!

Room was clean and nicley decorated. Easy to find. Short walk from metro link and Airport link. We were only staying overnight for the airport as we had been travelling around Italy for two weeks.

We went out to grab some food coming back out code didn't work but another couple came who were staying and let us in luckily they were on the same floor as us to. Our daughter had also stayed in the room. So, I'm not sure what we would have done if the couple hadn't have came and our daughter hadn't of stayed in. Also there was a smell in the bathroom. Think it was coming from the drains but the bathroom was clean.

Lovely and clean, functional, very comfy firm bed. Close to Rome Ciampino airport. We used the hotel before travelling home after a few days in Italy and it was so easy. Used uber and our driver was outside within 4 minutes.

A vending machine for drinks and/or snacks would be helpful.

The hotel is great, staff are fantastic! We were able to leave our luggage and check in early, then hotel front desk kindly arranged a transfer to the airport for us. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was nice, equipped with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. The shower cubicle was very small (we were room 101 not sure if this is the case for every room) but not a problem for just 1 night before an early flight. The location is good - a couple of minutes walk to the train station which was a very cheap train into Rome centre. Although we had a great stay, something to note (that we did not): although it is located right next to the airport, there is no link to the airport /easy access on foot - a taxi or shuttle still needs to be arranged. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged this for us for only €20. I believe there’s a bus from the train station but this was not operating early enough for our 6am flight. In hindsight we could’ve travelled to the airport from the city centre just the same (where we’d stayed for the rest of our trip). At a fraction of the price of a Rome hotel, it might be a good option for budget or business travellers who don’t mind staying in a quiet town & travelling to the centre by train

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was great, the staff very helpful and accommodating and the taxi driver Sergio brought me right to the hotel door with it being quite late when I arrived. Highly recommend this hotel. 🤩

I liked the way you can commute from the hotel. It's 12 minutes to roma termini. The area is full of shops and restaurants

The only thing that the hotel lacks is a tiny in room fridge for beverages especially in the summer

It was clean and efficient for our need as a family to stay over before catching early flight

Arriving late at night little challenging to find somewhere close to park and offload luggage and then not many places close by to eat by foot.

L'hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione di Ciampino e alla fermata della navetta per l'aeroporto.

Nella stanza singola la doccia è veramente minuscola.

La pulizia, la struttura molto carina e accogliente!

Le stanze non insonorizzate anche se mettono a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie!

Cuando llegamos El edificio donde se encuentra el hotel nos sorprendió un poco, incluso creíamos que nos habíamos equivocado por el sitio donde nos dejó el taxi y partiendo que Ciampino está un poco apartado de termini, nos asustamos un poco pero luego bien... No recomiendo el desayuno, muy poco variado, puesto que te dan una bolsa con un sándwich de estación, un zumo de tetrabrik unas tostadas muy pequeñas y una Nutella para untar y una bollería se bolsa.... Nada de fruta o algo caliente, el café es una máquina que tú te puedes servir cuantos quieras. Lo que son las habitaciones muy confortables, lo único que un poco ruidosas pensando que el aeropuerto de Ciampino está muy muy cerca.

Very clean and comfortable room. Aircon and shower were both excellent. Perfect position for getting to the station for the bus to to the airport. Nice coffee machine for guest use and bootled water. The entry to the building and room uses a code pad which is sent before arrival. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone using the nearby airport.

I liked everything about the property, form the stuff and how quick and prompt they were, supper attentive. The room was clean and AC worked perfectly specially considering the heat in Rome. They helped me finding nearby restaurants, they are super close to the train station and in a calm area, also helped book my taxi for the morning and they are located super close to the ciampino airport.

The one thing I didn’t like about the property was the shower, way to small, I couldn’t move and the shower head was fixed and very high, so taking a shower involved getting wet from head to toe hair included, and I didn’t exactly needed to wash my hair.

Great hotel, we appreciated them letting us check in early with two young kids. Great communication. Handy having a vending machine. Freshly renovated. Great housekeeping who turned the room around quickly for us. Lovely reception staff. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Unfortunately the power was out when we got there but we were early and the staff made us comfortable. No fault of thier own as it was off across the city. The Wifi was a little slow and there were a few bugs in the room. The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbour snoring. We couldn't find much restaurants etc around but we found a small cafe and supermarket which was handy. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere a bit but it did the job for us.

Un hôtel où on n’a pas vu grand monde. L’accès aux chambres se faisait à l’aide d’un code envoyé par WhatsApp. C’était idéal puisque notre avion est arrivé 2h en retard. Le personnel était très aidant par WhatsApp et en personne.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h. Tous les restos et commerces étaient fermés à l’aéroport et autour de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû manger ce qu’il y avait dans les machines distributrices. Le choix était très (trop) limité sans parler des prix très élevés.

Interesting concept. Had two nights 2 weeks apart. One room was fine, the other had a very awkward shaped bathroom that was a bit hard to shower in. Clean setting otherwise in a residential area and after 11pm planes don’t fly much so not overly noisy. Hotel provides earplugs however which is a bit funny. I did not need them. I would say good value for your money.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole presso lo Smart Hotel Bitburg. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e gentile, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La camera era confortevole e ben arredata, offrendo un buon livello di comfort.

Il bagno non era in perfette condizioni e non era molto pulito. La cabina della doccia e gli rubinetti erano pieni di calcare e sembravano vecchi, il che ha un po' rovinato l’esperienza. Sarebbe utile se venissero sostituiti o meglio puliti.

Very hard to find. Staff did not give us the code to get in the building and the staff did not answer the desk phone. Had to follow another hotel guess to get into the hotel. The hotel desk was manned. They just did not bother to pick up the entry phone line.

Clean, comfortable and quiet! Very easy to get to from the train station and just as easy to get to the airport terminal by taxi.

The air conditioning was great, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured a fantastic shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash – exactly what we needed before catching our flight. The balcony was a lovely bonus too. A special mention to the incredibly friendly reception staff – nothing was too much trouble. I simply asked how to book a taxi for the next day, and the receptionist arranged everything for us. She even recommended a brilliant little pizzeria for dinner. Top-notch service from start to finish.

Easy to get to from Ciampino train station. Ease of access. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Air conditioned room. Coffee machine for all to use.

You could hear other people in the seating area while trying to sleep. Also, the snoring from the adjacent room didn't help. For the size of the shower, I don't think it's particularly a good shower head to have. A smaller one that can be taken off the wall or be lowered would be good. You can't really have a shower without washing your hair. Make a shower cap available??

Just book it! Very nice room, pristine, clean, and brand new. Bed and linens were superb. Style is modern and elegant. The room was not big but it felt spacious enough and very functional. There was enough room to open my big suitcase and still have room to maneuver easily around the bed. The bathroom was very nice and also brand new with nice soap, conditioner and shampoo dispensers. Reception was staffed until late evening though not at night. Automated Check-in was seamless though I am sure the young lady at the reception would have helped. This is an entire floor of rooms in a residential building, so it feels in between an airbnb and a hotel. It felt very welcoming and very well organized. The building itself must be from the 1970s, so nothing to write home about, but the hotel floor is completely newly renovated. The signage was very clear and it was very easy to find and access the hotel. Contrary to some reviews, the area is pleasant, with a few nice local restaurants , and surprisingly quiet. Definitely nothing sketchy about it. Perhaps some visitors are not used to suburban Rome. I was out until 10:30 pm and left at 5 am in the morning and felt completely safe. It is a residential neighborhood and felt like the neighborhood were I grew up in a different town in Italy. I was afraid that I would hear airport noise, instead it was dead quiet. I drove to the hotel and easily found street parking a few steps from the hotel entrance. The hotel also has parking for 20E

The smart hotel was an excellent base to explore Rome. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to the town on Ciampino which takes 5 mins and costs 1euro20. The train station is a 2 min walk from the hotel and frequent trains get you to Rome central in 15 mins for 1euro50. The town of Ciampino is a good base with a nice restaurant called Rosmarino and a great cafe that does decent breakfasts called Norcineria at good prices. The smart hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was cleaned ever day with fresh towels. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and there was a free coffee vending machine. Would recommend as a cheap and convenient base for Rome.

Very convenient place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Some nice cafes and a really good ice cream parlour are only a five minute walk away.
