Perfect location, comfortable rooms and beach, good breakfast.

Much higher price than last year, drinks at beach way too overpriced.

We stayed at Costa Farilya for six nights with my family in September. The location, sea, and beach were perfect. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and we also had pizza one day, which was great. In terms of price, it is, of course, Bodrum, so it was a bit expensive, especially the alcoholic beverages. However, I still found it very reasonable for a hotel of this quality. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

We booked a room for three adults. The extra bed was OK in terms of size (roughly the size of a standard single bed), but it wasn’t comfortable at all as it was a portable bed. I found this quite disappointing for a hotel of this quality.

Otelin tek olumlu tarafı, gerçekten çok çalışan ve misafirleri memnun etmek için ellerinden geleni yapan genç servis ekibiydi.

Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Fotoğraflara aldanmayın. Costa Farilya’yı öncelikle plajı ve rahatça denize girebilmek için seçtik. Ancak 5-6 günlük konaklamamız tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Fotoğraflarda görünen ambiyansı ve kaliteyi gerçekte göremedik. “Special Class” tanımının ne anlama geldiğini de konaklamamız boyunca anlayamadık. Otelin hemen yanında, yorumlarda nedense pek bahsedilmeyen oldukça kirli bir dere/kanal bulunuyor. Ciddi şekilde kötü koku yayıyor ve yaklaşık 100 metre ileride başka bir kanal daha denize açılıyor. Fotoğraflarda durumu görebilirsiniz. Otel müdürü Semih Bey de şikayetimiz üzerine gidip baktığını ve kanalda çöp ve pislik birikmiş olduğunu kendisinin de gördüğünü söyledi. Otel plajının Mavi Bayraklı olduğu belirtiliyor. Ancak mevcut koşulların bu değerlendirme kriterleriyle ne kadar örtüştüğü konusunda ciddi soru işaretlerimiz oluştu. Bu nedenle FEE ile de iletişime geçerek bölgenin Mavi Bayrak açısından yeniden değerlendirilmesini talep ettim. En büyük sorun, hijyen kaygılarımız nedeniyle otelin plajını ve denizi kullanamamamızdı. Her gün başka işletmelerin plajlarına gitmek ve ekstra ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Yani özellikle plajı için seçtiğimiz otelde, konaklama ücretinin üzerine bir de denize girebilmek için ekstra para harcadık. Konuyu otel yönetimine iletmemize rağmen çözüm konusunda beklediğimiz yaklaşımı göremedik. Erken ayrılmak istediğimizde de süreç oldukça zorlaştırıldı. Otel müdürünün “kanal otelin sınırları içinde değil” şeklindeki yaklaşımını ise özellikle talihsiz buldum. Kanal otelin hemen yanında ve otelin plajının bulunduğu denize açılıyor; dolayısıyla misafirlerin doğrudan etkilendiği bir çevre ve hijyen sorunu olduğunu düşünüyorum. Kahvaltı da ayrıca hayal kırıklığıydı. Açık büfe ve plajda şezlong bulma konusu rahat bir tatilden çok bir mücadeleye dönüşüyor.

A área onde o hotel está localizado é muito boa, porém um pouco longe da cidade de Bodrum. O hotel é bonito mas o acesso à praia exige muitas escadarias. E nosso quarto, apesar de ter uma boa vista do mar, contrastou com os outros hotéis que ficamos nesta viagem A equipe fala pouco ingles, o que dificultou um pouco a comunicação. E o café da manhã também era um pouco mais simples do que esperávamos. Gostamos muito de frutas e granola e isso faltou no café da manhã.

J'étais venu à cet hotel en 2020 et j'étais contente, mais pas cette fois-ci! Je pense que l'hôtel a peut-être changé de directeur, car la chambre était bruyante (près des escaliers) et n'avait aucune vue (mini balcon donnant sur un mur), le lit était petit 1.40m (lit double), l'exécution du ménage de la chambre n'était pas constante (parfois propre et parfois des insectes par terre non ramassés, parfois le lit fait avec la couverture fixée et parfois la couverture qui pend, parfois le minibar rempli et parfois non, ...), le petit déjeuner était turc et pas international, les fruits pas toujours frais, la nourriture en général était mangeable mais pas vraiment bonne, le personnel de la réception parlait à peine anglais et ne comprenait pas beaucoup ce que je leur disais, et le reste du personnel ne parlait rien à part le turc, il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues donc les gens prenaient les chaises de la piscine pour les mettre sur la plage,... En bref, j'ai rarement vu un hôtel aussi peu accueillant pour les étrangers et aussi mal géré pour le prix qu'on paie! Je n'y retournerai plus.

Wir hatten hier eine großartige Zeit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service – allen voran Burhan, der stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Strand und der Steg laden zum Entspannen und Schwimmen ein, mit klarem Wasser und einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Auch die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Ein kleiner Zwischenfall gab es mit unserem Auto in der Tiefgarage, da dort Betonarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Das Fahrzeug war dadurch kurzzeitig beschmutzt und zugestellt. Zum Glück ließ sich das Problem klären, sodass es unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Alles in allem ein Hotel mit toller Lage, schöner Anlage und exzellentem Service – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay at Costa Farilya was absolutely wonderful and truly one of the best holidays I have had in a very long time. The food was exceptional! Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very relaxing, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. What made the experience even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The sea was simply breathtaking crystal clear, beautiful, and ideal for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Thank you to the entire Costa Farilya team for such a memorable experience. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional holiday.

Le ménage dans les chambres Nul Les femme de ménages ne faisaient meme pas le parterre.. ne changeaient les serviettes que si elles étaient complètement mouillées et ne changeaient pas les draps même si ils était sale et ne remplaçaient pas le papier toilette, Cotton tige , coton ..

Das essen war qualitativ sehr gut und der koch hat es drauf - jeden tag wurde sehr gut geputzt

das Spa war noch nicht geöffnet und beim essen war der ofen noch nicht an geht erst alles am 15.juni 2026 los - finde ich schade. Wenn Sie es auf der Menükarte anbieten dann sollte das auch bestellbar sein. Der Seifenspender war 3 Tage lang leer und am letzten Abend hatten wir kein Wasser mehr um Zähne zu putzen oder um zu duschen

Costa Farilya is a truly wonderful place — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, with a stunning location by the sea and excellent facilities. We have known Costa Farilya for years and it has always felt like a second home to us. The premises are brilliant, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are as lovely and welcoming as ever. Even though our stay was short, it was deeply appreciated, and we very much hope to see each other again in the summer.

Costa Farilya, a place I have known for years and always loved staying at, kindly opened its doors to me and my guest during a short stay in Bodrum. We were there for a special event with friends visiting from abroad, and they welcomed us generously despite it being outside the season. Although our stay was brief, the beautifully designed hotel and the warmth of the staff left us already looking forward to returning in the summer.

Yıllardır tercih ettiğimiz bir otel. Bodrum'da yapılan özel bir etkinlik için yeniden konaklama ricamız olunca bizi kırmayıp, kapılarını açtılar. Her zamanki gibi tertemiz oda, gülen yüzler... lokasyona zaten ayrı bayılıyoruz. Artık evimiz gibi.

Yıllardır her sene konakladığımız oteldir. Özel bir davet için bulunduğumuz Bodrum’da yine tercihimizi Costa farilya’dan yana kullandık. Yine evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar çok konforlu. Denize nazır lokasyonu ile otel çok huzurlu. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı.

Yıllardır kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz Costa Farilya, Bodrum’da katıldığımız özel etkinlik sırasında isteğimiz üzerine kapılarını bize açtı. Misafirperverlikleri ve sıcak karşılamaları için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kısa konaklamamızın ardından yazın tekrar görüşmeyi dört gözle bekliyoruz.

Calisanlari cok nazikti, ayrica otel cok temizdi ve konumu mukemmeldi.

Giriş saati 15:00 çıkış saati 11:00 ve eğer bir ya da iki günlüğüne gidiyorsanız giriş yaptığınız gün ve çıkacağınız gün hiçbir işe yaramıyor

The main values of the hotel are the staff and the location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room view is amazing. The beach is in front of the hotel but there is a staircase between the reception and the restaurtant+beach which did not actually make any invonvience for us. The breakfast was nice: all the dishes were fresh and tasty, watermelon was very sweet every morning. We had also lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant of the hotel: there is italian quisine, risotto with fresh seafood was perfect. Music on the beach was of an additional value - jazz which my husband and myself are fans of))).

Ничего не понравилось , с первой же минуты я поняла, что этот отель никак не соответствует 5 звездам, нет нормального лобби, убогий бедненький ресепшен стоящий на улице и персонал , который не говорит по английски.

Номера очень старые, с дешевой мебелью, некоторая мебель просто крашеная серой краской, в номерах очень плохо пахнет и очень грязно, дешевое постельное белье, нет одеял, дешевая косметика в больших бутылях, в общем все не соответсвует 5 звездам, дешево убого, грязно. Все старое, ржавое и обшарпанные. Пляж маленький!

No one speaks English

The staff were nice and friendly Apart from one member of staff who made me give up my subbed for another customer. The hotel in general is good if you want the beach and somewhere to sleep. I recommend you book a deluxe room but my children were in a superior room which was not nice. Also very pet friendly hotel so if you want peach and quiet then I would rethink about this hotel but perfect if you would like to take your pet with you.

Where I was sunbathing I was made to move which really annoyed me. The superior rooms could have been better cleaned and maintained.

Location is very good. And they have a friendly staff. Facility is not top notch but good value for money. The best thing about the hotel is their beach, suitable for kids and clean sea.

Staff needs to speak better english, wifi worked well in outside area, but very marginal inside the room. Had to log in all the time .

The hotel has a great location—just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. The pool and beach facilities were very convenient and relaxing. Staff were friendly and allowed us early check-in, which was much appreciated. The spa experience (hammam, scrub, and massage) was excellent. The overall atmosphere was calm and boutique-style, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient, and the parking garage was a big plus in hot weather.

Our room was located on the basement floor. While it was nicely furnished and comfortable, it felt a bit claustrophobic due to the limited light and underground view.

The view from my room was majestic! (Suite) The room facilities were great, it was clean and comfortable. The location is good, with lots of beach bars and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, and every day there was something different. I recommend it !

It was a little bit difficult to communication with stuff because a lot of people don’t speak English but they were very polite and friendly.

There was no mosquito net in the room which was a real problem as we have a baby and cannot use other chemical products. Pool cleaning could have been better. Especially the kids pool which is very small by the way.

Everything was just right; nothing overdone. Clean, comfortable, charming with a wonderful beach right there. Stayed 10 days with combined 2 families and everyone loved it. Best we’ve stayed in Gündoğan over many years.

1 gece konaklama satin almistim fakat late checkout yapmak istedigimi ve ucreti odemeye hazir oldugumu ilettim fakat odanin onunun acik olmadigi ve late checkout yapilamicagi tarafima telefonda iletildi. Bu yuzden bende 1 gece daha satin alarak ucak saatime kadar otelde kaldim ve konaklamadan aksam uzeri saat 20:00 da otelden ayrildim. Check out esnasinda neden late checkout almadigim yerine ekstra konaklama aldigim dalga gecer gibi soruldu. Ek olarak oda temizligi, odadaki sampuan sabun kalitesi bu gecelik ucret alan bir otele yakismiyor. Son olarakta otelde konaklamamiza ragmen iskelede ve sahilde bos sezlong bulmak imkansiz. Zar zor 2 sezlongu 45 dakika gorevli arkadasa yalvararak bulduk. Sorun otel disindan cok fazla insanin otel iskelesini denize girmek icin kullanmasi ve sabah saat 8 de deniz kenara gitmemize ragmen tuk sezlonglarin esyalar ile kapatilmis olmasi. Daha onceki yillarda her sene 15-20 gun kaldigim bu otelde bir daha asla kalmam.

Personel ve hizmet kalitesi yetersiz.yemek siparişinden sonra bekleme süresi çok uzun.Kahvaltı çok standart.iskelede ki şezlonların plastikleri kopmuş değiştirmemişler.Denizden çıkınca elden ele verilen bir duş ..otel kendini geliştirmesi için biraz uğraşması lazım..odalar temiz..

Number of bed setting was different than how it was mentioned on booking.com but the property resolved the problem. Everything else was flawless.

Vi var nöjda med boendet. Havsutsikten från rummet var fantastiskt! Frukosten var helt okej, själva ambienten var väldigt fint och rogivande med utsikt mot havet. Stranden och havet var väldigt rent. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående, och kunder ordna en sen utcheckning (utan extra kostnad). Hotellet har en lugn atmosfär, perfekt för en avkopplande semester. Vi rekommenderar detta boende, och kan tänka oss att boka den igen!
