bediening was vriendelijk. zwembad lag in volle zon en kon je niet zitten rond de infinity pool. Veel beter waren de strandvoorzieningen en beachbar. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker met veel variatie.

de restaurants van het restaurant hadden een heel beperkte menu. anda, mitsui en beeves was voor een dagelijkse keuze te beperkt. de beach lunchbar had een meer gevarieerde keuze maar te beperkt als je daar een hele week wenst te eten op de middag.

The service was outstanding throughout our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, and the team always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. A huge thank you to the entire staff from the wonderful reception team to the chefs and everyone working at breakfast. Your hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly special. A very special thank you to Tarik! His kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

J’ai passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel et tout s’est très bien passé La propreté, le service, l’accueil, le confort, le petit déjeuner très riche Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel de cet hôtel en particulier: l’hôtesse Aidana pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son sourire très agréable, Busra à la réception pour son professionnalisme et Yelin à l’accueil de la plage qui parlait français et nous a été de très grande aide Un grand merci au personnel au petit dej pour le service, la réactivité toujours avec un grand sourire J’y étais avec ma maman et on lui proposait toujours de l’aide pour monter descendre les escaliers et l’accompagner à chaque fois qu’elle avait besoin Merci à vous tous!

The most amazing breakfast I have seen so far in a hotel, and served until 1 pm! That means no hurry with your sports program and teenager-friendly! Great beach deck area, great for swimming. Beautiful hotel and decoration.

Might not be hotel specific, but "market" in Yalikavak, but no affordable car transport or shuttle service is being proposed by the hotel and uber, taxi are hard to get.

The service staff are excellent. Breakfast is great, offering a huge variety. The water side setting & loungers is beautiful.

We changed rooms. The first room had a barking dog outside of it that kept us awake. Staff were well aware of the dog situation, yet claimed there was nothing they could do. The second room’s AC barely worked, despite the staff attempting to fix it. The hotel building itself lacks a bit of refurbishment and/or maintenance. We were not compensated in any way for having to move rooms - not even a free drink.

Die Sanitäranlagen waren nicht 100% funktionsfähig, der Duschkopf war verkalkt und der Wasserstrahl viel zu schwach!

The overall excellent customer approach. The structure is very complete and luxurious experience. The beach area is very cool. Great place to stay in Bodrum.

Some common areas needed a restructuring to be more functional. Amenity kits and soaps/cream selections could be more qualitative considering this type of resort.

Leider ist das hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Zimmer sind nicht richtig sauber, Staubnetze an den Holzbalken am Bett. Die Fugen in den Bädern sind auch nicht wirklich sauber.

Tesiste başka bir müşterinin son derece sorumsuz ve kabul edilemez davranışı nedeniyle tatsız bir tecrübe yaşadım. Böyle bir olayın ardından, otel yönetiminin ve ilgili yönetim ekibinin çok daha sorumlu, destekleyici ve konunun aktif şekilde takipçisi olmasını beklerdim. Ne yazık ki süreç boyunca yaşadığım yaklaşım ve özellikle olayla ilgili tutanağın tarafımla paylaşılmaması, bende ciddi bir hayal kırıklığı yaratmıştır. A localização é boa tendo em vista que Bodrum é enorme. Você fica no meio do caminho pra grande maioria dos lugares famosos. O café da manhã é muito bom e todo staff é muito atencioso, desde o pessoal que te recebe na entrada do hotel até o atendente do beach club. Curtimos bastante.

Eu achei que por se tratar de um hotel que se posiciona como alto padrão,alguns pequenos cuidados com as instalações precisam ser tomadas. E foge do trabalho das camareiras e funcionários de limpeza normal. São partes enferrujadas, faixada frontal suja, entre outros. Mas que não atrapalharam a nossa estadia

Beautiful hotel and the view is amazing. Everything (including rooms, pool, Beachclub, restaurants) is top notch with very tasteful and modern style. Breakfast and food in the restaurants is excellent and staff walk the extra mile for the guests. We will be back!

Det er første gang jeg besøgte dette hotel i Bodrum og jeg elskede virkelig mit ophold. Meget pæne faciliteter og venlig engageret personale. Jeg boede i deluxe værelse med havudsigt. Hygiejne var virkelig god. Pæne og rene værelse. Vil helt klart komme igen!

Half board isn’t worth it. The breakfast is great but the dinner is very limited, there’s only one restaurant you can eat at and the food at that restaurant is below standard.

Beautiful boutique-style hotel with a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. One of the first things that surprised us was that the hotel actually looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The property is stunning, very well maintained, and has a sophisticated feel throughout. The views are absolutely breathtaking and were one of the highlights of our stay. From the room and balcony, you have incredible panoramic views over Bodrum. The hotel never felt crowded, which was a pleasant surprise, especially during the high season. It feels much more exclusive and peaceful than many of the large all-inclusive resorts in the area. The breakfast is exceptional, with a great combination of buffet and à la carte options, and it is served until 1 PM, which makes a huge difference when you are on holiday. The food overall was excellent, and the hotel restaurant offers beautiful views and a lovely setting. The beach club is very convenient and easy to access. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities are also great, including the gym, spa, and boutique shop. The location is excellent, only around 10 to 12 minutes by car from Yalıkavak Marina.

The room could have been a little larger for a hotel of this category. There was some noise from nearby resorts in the evenings, and music could be heard from the room until around midnight. It was not a major issue for us, and after midnight it became very quiet, but light sleepers may notice it. It is worth noting that the beach area is not a traditional sandy beach. It is more of a deck with direct access to the sea, which is beautiful and very convenient, but those looking for a sandy beach with waves may prefer a different setup. Food, drinks, and beach club prices are on the expensive side. It is worth considering when budgeting for your stay.

Melhor hotel que ja fiquei na vida! Tudo impecavel, desde a limpeza do hotel, os funcionarios, as instalacoes, tudo! Mesmo antes de chegar as concierge reservou tudo que eu pedi e mesmo la com mudanca de planos ela me ajudou! Os meninos da recepcao sempre mto atenciosos, me ajudaram mto, ate um dia q eu o taxi nao aceitava cartao e eu estava sem dinheiro o hotel me ajudou! Eu indico mil vezes, fora que o hotel é surreal de lindo, e tem um cafe da manha maravilhoso, eu voltaria mil vezes! Experiencia incrivel, ja estou com saudades! Só elogios! E um agradecimento enorme a todos os funcionarios que fizeram da minha estadia mto melhor! A Eylül sempre conversava comigo todas as noites, um amor! E o moço careca que esqueci o nome que fica na recepcao, queria dizer que ele é incrivel, sempre preocupado comigo, perguntava do meu dia, me deu dicas, foi o que mais me ajudou! Queria deixar um agradecimento especial p ele!

Nach sechs Jahren waren wir zum zweiten Mal im Cape Bodrum und haben unseren Aufenthalt auch dieses Mal wieder geliebt. Ich kenne kein anderes Hotel, in dem man bis 13 Uhr frühstücken kann und das Frühstück dabei auch noch so gut ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und der Service ist einfach erstklassig. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.

The hotel was immaculate, and all the staff were extremely attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for whatever we needed. 100% will be coming back next year !!

Nothing everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay overall. The location was great, and the staff, especially at breakfast and on the beach, were very welcoming. Mr. Ali, the breakfast restaurant spv, was fantastic, and Rezak and Damla on the beach were amazing. In the restaurant, Mustafa, Rezak, and Damla also stood out. We also want to mention Margaret, who was really kind but lacked some hotel knowledge. The only issue was the beach toilet, which wasn’t clean and didn’t match luxury hotel standards. We reported it to the manager, and they tried to fix it. Aside from that, the staff were honest, though they needed more training. We would love to return next year.

The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The location was fantastic, the beach facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

The only area that fell short of expectations was housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, I noticed dirt and dust buildup along some of the wall edges near the floor. Given the high price point and luxury positioning of the hotel, I expected a more meticulous level of deep cleaning and attention to detail.

La chambre était semblement différente de la réservation par report à la vue et la télé contre mur latéral, mais ce sont des détails.

Everything and absolutely everything! There was nothing not to like about the property. The location, the hotel itself is just beautiful and the views are incredible! The infinity pool was gorgeous. The breakfast was unlike any other. Not your regular breakfast buffet, it was 6 stars! with the most freshest of ingredients, so many choices and also able to order a la carte. The staff were by far the nicest, professional, kind and attentive staff I have ever come across in any hotel/resort I have stayed at around the world. I could go on and on.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique, même avec notre bébé de 3 mois, tout s’est déroulé à merveille. L’accueil a été d’une grande douceur, avec un personnel aux petits soins, toujours à l’écoute, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés. Le service est irréprochable, chaque membre de l’équipe a été attentif à nos besoins, et notamment à ceux de notre tout-petit. La nourriture était délicieuse (petit déjeuner incroyable avec pleins de choix à la carte en plus), la piscine très agréable, et la plage superbe. Il n’y a vraiment rien à dire. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance. Merci specialement a Yiğit, Alp et Ayşenur  ! Et biensur également à Yelin hanim. Noyan n’oubliera pas ses premières vacances c’est sur. 10/10, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, un vrai petit coin de paradis, même avec un bébé

I recently stayed at Cape Bodrum Luxury Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, particularly for those who wish to be close to Yalıkavak Marina. The views are beautiful, the breakfast selection is outstanding, and the staff are generally welcoming and friendly. However, there were several service-related issues that affected my stay. The electronic room key repeatedly malfunctioned over several nights, and unfortunately the response to resolve the problem was neither efficient nor timely. In addition, I was surprised that the room curtains did not fully block the sunlight, which made it difficult to rest comfortably in the morning. The most disappointing experience occurred on my departure day when I was presented with a beach invoice exceeding 11,000 Turkish Lira that did not belong to me. Despite repeatedly explaining that these charges were not my expenses, the matter took considerable time to resolve and ultimately caused a delay to my flight. While the hotel offers a great location, excellent breakfast, and pleasant staff, I believe improvements are needed in operational efficiency, guest service responsiveness, and billing accuracy to provide the level of experience expected from a luxury hotel.

I just had the most incredible stay at Cap Bodrum Luxury Hotel. It completely exceeded my expectations. The views, the pool, the beach—everything was beyond fantastic. The breakfast was amazing, but what truly made this stay unforgettable were the staff. Emircan Keten, Batuhan, and Turker were so generous—they surprised us with free drinks and made us feel truly special. Suhaila at reception gave us a warm welcome and guided us throughout the hotel, ensuring we felt at home. And Mustafa at the beach area went above and beyond—he made sure we were completely comfortable and had everything we needed. Please, take special care of them, because I will absolutely be coming back, all thanks to their incredible hospitality.

We initially had issues with our room but Umut really made sure we were happy. He has amazing customer service. The spa!!!! Was amazing, thanks to following Gulide the spa receptionist, Ari and None who were are masseuse. We went two days in a row because it was that great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best spa massages and worth the money (take a tip). The breakfast was really amazing. A special shout out to the follow staff in the hotel: Ali yucel Alihan ozbakir Alp Eylul You made us feel so welcome and we appreciated it.

The area of the hotel is a bit far and isolated (with a lot of road work etc on the way) but the hotel has its own experience inside.

Personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, temizlik gayet iyi, otel konumu plaj ve havuz hepsi olması gerektiği gibi.

Kahvaltı kısmında sıcak alternatif azdı. Türk kahvesinin susuz ve lokum veya çikolatasız sunum edilmesi ben de memnuniyetsizlik yarattı. Koktelyler ve dj performans gayet iyi.

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le personnel très attentionné, tout était qualitatif. Les chambres sont d’une vue imprenable, les équipements sont de grande qualité. Merci au personnel du petit déjeuner au restaurant Anda , ainsi que ceux du dîner. Merci aussi à Suheiyla qui nous a assisté du début à la fin.

De service van het personeel staat op een hoog niveau. Voor half mei moet het seizoen hier nog wel echt starten maar ze zijn zeer behulpzaam. Er is een aparte whatsapp functie van Guest service. Hierop kun je dagelijks terecht met al je vragen, wensen of ideeen. Leuker is natuurlijk om deze dames ook gewoon even aan te spreke n, ze zitten vlak bij de receptie.🥰

De "grootste" tegenvaller is het wisselen van kussens. Elk dag wordt je bed opgemaakt en alles is zeer schoon, maar door de vele kussenopties kan het zomaar zijn dat je ander kussen hebt. En dat is dan onze tegenvaller, want het is echt super hier
