La atención del dueño, la limpieza de todo, las instalaciones de las habitaciones y el parking dentro del establecimiento.

Está algo alejado del centro histórico para quien va caminando. Debe tomar taxi o uber.

La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza del hotel. Situado muy cerca del centro y con parking privado. Un edificio histórico, antiguo, pero con todas las comodidades, y que te traslada a otras épocas

Die Lage des Hotels am Rande der Innenstadt und der geschützte Parkplatz direkt am Hotel haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war klein, doch alles Notwendige war vorhanden und alles sauber.

ambiente carino,camera pulitissima ,piccina ma confortevole! l’hotel rimane a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal centro ,a 15 minuti circa a piedi dalla città vecchia dentro le mura : rimane quindi appena fuori dal caos ,personalmente ho trovato questo un valore aggiunto. l’hotel ha il parcheggio per cui lasciata la macchina nel parcheggio mi sono poi mossa a piedi .

l'emplacement,, l'ambiance feutrée, l'accueil du propriétaire, le petit déjeuner servi, la chambre familiale, un petit côté hors du temps, un hôtel à l'ancienne.

Disponibilità dello staff ad accogliere ogni esigenza. Non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione ma ci sarebbe piaciuto. Hotel che ha un fascino senza tempo.

Camera pulita, ma hotel lontano dalla Citadelle

Wowh, was für ein Hotel, wie schön historisch erhalten. Traumhaft. Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer ok, nicht allzugross, Bad ebenso. Wir haben noch einen Kleider-Wasch-Session abgehalten, und konnten im Hinterhof die Kleider trocknen lassen. Motorräder im eigenen Hotelpark parkiert. Alles super. Carcassonne ist eine sehenswerte Stadt, selbst wann man die Burg nicht besucht. Die Burg ist eine touristische Ueberdosis.

El personal, hizo por explicarse en castellano. Muy limpio.

El pero que ponemos es que el baño tiene cortinas que no me resultan agradables aunque se veían muy limpias.

L'hotel Montsegur è un vero hotel particulier,, le stanze curate rispettano lo stile delle residenze del XIX secolo.

La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno con productos sencillos pero bien elegidos, con buena calidad. El hotel es un edificio muy pintoresco, cantándose de un palacete del siglo IX.

Our host, who seemed to do most of the work but did it efficiently and professionally, was great. Very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful and very conveniently located.

There were no particular downsides to our stay.

Un peu loin de la cite de carcassonne pied mais ca se fait Le centre ville de carcassonne mais pas lie a l'hotel Style de la salle de bains , correcte mais simple, pas aussi bien que le style du reste de l'hotel

Location was further from the old town than we orginally thought, but it was closer to the new town. It is possible to walk to the old city (2,5km). Walking to the new town is no problem at all

Traditional French hotel/home. Lift to all floors was a huge incentive to book this hotel Good Breakfast. Hotel owner and staff were very helpful and supportive. Good recommendations for restaurants. Location was excellent, over the road from bus and “little train” stop and within walking distance of the town centre with restaurants and shops

A courtesy try( kettle tea coffee) in the room would be good but this is not common in French BB so understandable

Lovely old building which is kept in excellent condition. Hotel staff were helpful in providing us a map to walk into the medieval area and gave us directions to the best route with our dogs along the canal Would defiantly stay again if in the area

Lovely old building. Great location once you realise its is near the old town with many bars and restaurants and not that near the the medieval city so was initially disappointed. My error if course. Very safe off street parking. The medieval city was in walking distance though.

Breakfast was very average for the extra cost charged.

Old world charm but with modern convenience’s

Lovely old style french hotel. Staff and owner were most friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed linen was crisp, fresh and smelled faintly of lemon.

I didn't have time to wait for the breakfast which starts at 7.30am. But they kindly made me a pot of coffee.

Sehr schönes stilvoll eingerichtetes Vorstadthotel mit viel Charme. Kostenloser geschlossener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr hilfsbereite GastgeberInnen welche uns eine Top Empfehlung für ein tolles Restaurant abgaben. Auch unser Hund wurde herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and sitting area. Quiet for sleeping. Classical French decor. Breakfast was good. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

Some may find it farther from the medieval city but it was not a problem for us.

The person on site was wonderful. We did not take the breakfast but we had coffee which was also good. The walls were thin but that cant be helped as its an old building. Everything was very clean.

the host was lovely and very helpful giving us great recommendations for places to eat. The hotel was in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel was comfortable and we had breakfast in the lovely dinning room. parking was easy and on site.

Très déçue par ce séjour en avril qui ne mérite pas 3 étoiles pour les chambres avec une décoration spartiate. J’avais réservé deux chambres. Très mauvaise odeur ds les chambres avec une odeur forte de vielle moquette. L’aération n’a pas suffit. C’était insoutenable.

Lovely old school hotel in architecturally interesting late 19th Century manoir. Very nice rooms and remodeled bathrooms. Easy walking distance to the center of town and less than 30 minute walk to the citadel entrance. The proprietor was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Very old school hotel in the best possible way.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist charmant und bis in die Kleinigkeiten sorgsam ausgewählt. Wer gerne mit stilvollen, alten Möbeln lebt ist hier genau richtig. Perfekter Parkplatz am Haus.

Gut das es schalldichte Fenster gibt, die Strasse ist sehr laut.

The hotel is very traditional in style with the most charming staff (? owners.) As a solo woman traveller I appreciated that the area felt safe, although the main road is a little noisy. It’s easy to walk from the train station along the canal & everything I wanted to see was also walkable.

Fijne afgesloten parkeerplaats. Mooie kamer met fijne bedden.

Ontbijt is echt minimaal. Douche in bad is wat lastig.
