Had such a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made the night special was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed throughout. A special shoutout to Therese, Mary, and Duminda for going above and beyond—their warmth and care truly made the experience memorable. The ambience of the place is just stunning as well, perfect for a relaxing evening with family and friends. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

EWWW! We stayed here one night for a Sharjah layover on our way to Maldives, we are very very happy that it was only one night. The hotel is close to the airport which is that only reason for 1 star. Everything else was terrible. Extremely crowded on arrival, got to our room and it was disgusting! It smelled so bad, like nasty feet. We were too tired after a long day of travel and had to be up early for a flight so we didnt request to be switched. The carpet was nasty and needs to be ripped out. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had an amazing stay here. I was invited to do a workshop in a nearby cultural institution and they hosted me here. I could not have been made more comfortable or felt more at ease. My stay here was perfect in every way. I felt cared for and respected. My room was very quiet. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend and it will be my go to accommodation when in Sharjah.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Centro in Sharjah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything was well organized throughout my stay. I would especially like to appreciate the excellent service at the breakfast buffet. Thisum and Shehani were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything was fresh and well stocked. Their positive attitude and warm smiles truly made my mornings special. A special thank you to Thisum for making me a very delicious hot chocolate one morning — it was honestly one of the best I’ve had and such a thoughtful gesture. Shehani also made my breakfast experience even better by suggesting some dessert combinations I had never tried before, and they were absolutely delicious! Thank you, Thisum and Shehani, for your exceptional hospitality and for going the extra mile. I highly recommend Hotel Centro and will definitely be coming back again! 😊😊

I had a very good stay at Centro Hotel by Rotana. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit, especially Nalin and all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was welcoming. I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the good service from everyone I interacted with. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

There are no words to describe the excellent attention and pleasant service I receive on every visit from the entire hotel staff. From the moment I arrive, the manager greets me warmly, and the staff attends to every detail, from the entrance to the restaurant. The whole team is always committed to providing a smile and making you feel at home. The rooms are in excellent condition and very clean, as always. Thank you to all the staff for their kind attention to me and my family.

Today at the Centro Sharjah Hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the dinner at C Taste restaurant. The food was delicious and varied, but what truly made the evening special was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Nejat, was an absolute delight. She was not only highly efficient but also genuinely charming and attentive. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she added a personal, warm touch to our meal that elevated the entire dining experience. She is a true asset to the restaurant and the hotel. Beyond the restaurant, the overall service at the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful. The staff at reception and concierge were prompt and courteous, contributing to a seamless stay. I had a really great dining experience at Centro Sharjah Restaurant. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and very clean, and the whole place felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, well presented, and honestly tasted even better than I expected — everything came out on time and the quality was excellent. What made the experience even better was the service. A special thank you to the hostess Nejat — she was genuinely kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. We had a wonderful stay at the Centro Sharjah, on a business trip. The beds were very comfortable, and the meals were superb - particularly the seafood night (with thanks to Mosin). The staff (including Keerthi, Roshini, Angus, Peeter and Najat) were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. I will definitely recommend the hotel to colleagues.

We had a hood time at the hotel and the service was great. Especially the server called “Nejat”. She was pleasant to talk to, did her job well, kind ane overall pleasing.

Paing did an excellent job cleaning the room. Everything was done very nicely and with great attention to detail. The room was spotless, well organized, and smelled fresh. Great stay with awesome staff! Big thanks to SU & Grinish from housekeeping for always keeping the room clean. Ammar from Laundry was super helpful and fast. Thanks to all the District staff, especially Said, Arun, Arthur, mohcine, xavier and Shafey— always friendly, welcoming, and great vibes. And Karim at reception was very professional and nice, always ready to help. Really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely come back!

The Hotel is in a strategic position for who is traveling from/to SHJ airport. The hotel itself is very nice, but the extra mile is because of the People working there. The hotel staff is amazing, all of them without distinction. Strongly recommended!

We spent about 4 hours here between a late and early flight. The staff were helpful and cheerful and the room quiet and smart. Only downside is that it isn’t really walking distance from the airport, you need a taxi, as there are no pavements and it is 15 minutes walk. It was a $50 ride from Dubai airport.

We were only at this hotel for less than 8 hours, but we were pleasantly surprised and wished we could have stayed longer. Great hotel location if need to stay near airport.

All in all. Its good and recommended if you want to stay near the airport

The hotel is very organised and well taken care of. The staff is very professional and friendly, especially the lady that services my room was very attentive and polite, she respected my sleeping and my room was always spotless and with all amenities replaced. From reception staff to restaurant staff, everyone I interacted with was very helpful and made my stay very pleasant.

Enjoyable three night stay. Breakfast is lavish and delicious. My room was compact but perfectly fine. Staff were generally helpful. There’s nothing around the hotel, except the airport, so be prepared to taxi if you want to see anything.

The staff at the reception are welcoming. Once you arrive at the hotel there is someone who helps you with your luggage. Sharjah airport is 5minutes from the hotel. The rooms are fairly clean and the breakfast has a good selection. You can request for transport to and from the hotel to the airport

I stayed at this hotel during a busy period, and overall, it was a very good experience. The location was perfect—just a short drive from the airport and very close to the Xposure event, which was super convenient for me. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool, which I really appreciated. The staff were kind and helpful, and the service was generally good throughout my stay. The only downside was the price—it was a bit expensive during that time, likely because there were several events happening nearby. Still, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back in the future.

Not worth for price. Reduce price or provide more space on room. Feeling so comjusted. Also it’s closed around. No views out.

My welcome was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at the front desk. My room was very nice, the condition is great, even if slightly dated in style. In order to accommodate modern power demands a few extra power points/usb charging points would make the room even better. I always carry multi-point charging devices, so not a problem for me. Overall, extremely satisfied with the hotel, room and facilities.

First of all, I want to thank Lucy and rest catering team very much for made my day.I didn’t expect to receive a birthday cake without telling anyone.And it’s just showed up to my room when I made a call request for water.Really appreciated for all of them. Room wise,the room was cozy,but a bit small,for solo traveler is okay.because of the construction nearby, I could hear trucks passed by which made a bit noise. Location wise is good,it’s a pity there is no side walks outside,even 500m,I have to take a taxi. All in all,it’s a pleasant stay.Thank you to all the team.

The cleaning service is good. Thanks Jay Parkash for the proper clening of our room! Also the breakfast and pool is very nice. The location is close to the airport, and there are a lot of free transferts to reach different tourist sports in Sharjah.

The hotel was good, but the food quality was very poor. I suggest not going for the buffet and ordering food from the outside.

This was my first time in the UAE I felt right at home. The staff was amazing and made sure I was taken care of. It is super close to the airport maybe 2-3 minutes which as helpful being my first time here. Overall 10/10.

Warm welcome on arrival and room spotless. Comfortable stay whilst on business for 2 weeks. Staff can’t do enough and address your every need. Room service was impeccable as was the food. Preferred this to dining in the restaurant as solo traveller. Local shuttle bus to the mall was a real bonus - highly recommend.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The staff at the check in counter are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has good variety options to choose from. It caters for sorts of people. They have a shuttle that takes you to a particular mall at different timings

Nice getaway hotel for Eid. This hotel is obviously outwith the city centre and is in an area where it was easy to drive without traffic hold ups. We loved the pool and we loved the food. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. There were malls nearby - within a 10 minute drive. We went to 06 mall. We also went to Fujairah which was only an hour’s drive away . Overall I enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

An excellent hotel for a morning flight out of Sharjah airport

Very good

This is a modern hotel property and the closest hotel to Sharjah airport. You can see it from the terminal, but it´s difficult to walk there from the airport. No shuttle bus and I got swooped on by a taxi driver who charged me AED45 for a 2 minute run. Apart from the taxi ripoff, the hotel itself is OK and has a good buffet restaurant and a tiny Starbucks.

The Room was good and clean but hand towel is dirty and don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste

Mahmoud the receptionist manager was very welcoming and supportive ,he made our visit very pleasant. Nagaraju the cleaner is very cheerful and cleaned our room perfectly according to our instructions. It was a nice stay.

Every thing was good and I enjoyed staying in hotel, I will always choose it when I come back.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The last 2 days the housekeeping forgot to replenish the soap, towel and water etc. On calling the housekeeping they promptly sent it over.

The hotel is very nice, i always stay there. Just one small suggestion that the hotel should provide lotion and dental kit for free like other hotels. Everything else is good.

Room was very small and service was very poor. Had to wait 40’ for a steak although restaurant was empty and they forgot to bring the me starters, we were left completely unattended. At the moment of paying they pulled out the credit card too early and transaction was declined but I received notification from the bank I had been charged. They insisted I made a second payment saying I should be happy they didn’t charge me for the starter that never came....appalling!

On arrival the check in was relatively fast. I was offered a room with two twin beds and My reservation was a queen bed. They asked me to take double twin bed and they switched it on the same floor to a room with queen bed when I went out. The room was small for a hotel near Sharjah airport compare to other Rotana Hotels that II have been in Al Ain and Dubai. That was ok for me but you should know the room I had was not spacious at all. Breakfast was great but if you stay longer than 3 days it can be repetitive. Again I had better breakfast in Rotana in Al Ain. Not much is going on around the hotel other than University city and Sharjah Airport. If you intend to visit Dubai not Sharjah do not stay here. Only One bus goes to Dubai Mall and one bus goes to the beach which is not good. As a result I did not use it. If you would like to commute to Dubai it can get pretty cost full. I did not have lunch or dinner but I checked the price and they are pricey. I asked for moisturizer and travel size toothpaste they referred me to the store inside the hotel. I tried to book uber to airport and uber is not available in the area. When I asked for s taxi they only accepted cash. I checked with the staff at the reception and they gave me 20 Durham’s charging my credit card which was amazing help and The lady was extremely helpful. I was on my way out of country and did not want leftover change from uae. Overall a three star hotel and very clean and comfy.

Everything was fine, my only recommendation is to upgrade the WiFi internet service. It was not reliable at all and I had to stay close to the room door to have a good access to make Skype calls. New items and better quality for breakfast would be also great
