Hotel centraal tussen alle mooie bergen. Hotel van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke sauna's en zwembad. Luca onze barkeeper was echt top. Bediening +++. Erg vriendelijk en leuke kleine gesprekjes. Altijd een hapjes plank bij de bestelling van een drankje. Bedden goed.

De slaapkamers hebben geen airco, op de hetere dagen en nachten wel warm. Balkondeur kon wel helemaal open.

Top hotel, centraal gelegen tussen de bergen. Vriendelijk personeel. Luca onze barkeeper was top. Bij elk drankje kregen we een heerlijk borrel plankje. Leuke gesprekjes. Op een koude dag gebruik gemaakt van de heerlijke sauna's. Fietsen konden we prima achter gesloten deuren zetten. Bedden goed.

Er was een grote tv op de kamer die deels voor het raam stond. Hierdoor kon het raam maar op een kier open. Bij helemaal openen van het raam moest eerst de tv helemaal weg gedraaid worden. Wat zeer onhandig was

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda a poche centinaia di metri da Bormio centro. E’la terza volta che ci vado e ho prenotato già per la prossima volta. Lo staff gentilissimo ti mette a proprio agio. Abbiamo provato la cucina e devo dire veramente ottima. Un hotel che consiglio vivamente 👍

Gli accappatoi della SPA troppo piccoli per me naturalmente. Ma il resto Top.

Spa, cortesia personale, piscina e posizione

Ristorante e colazione. Personale di sala non preparato e non gentile. Colazione finisce alle 10 ed alle 9 era già senza prodotti senza rimpiazzarli. Camerieri ovunque senza che nessuno chiedesse qualche cosa, presi nel preparare il pranzo. Uguale la cena. Sconsiglio vivamente mangiare lì al ristorante.

Sehr schön angelegt, Eingang auch hübsch. Betten waren bequem. Gratis Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Gute Lage.

Schade, dass das Schwimmbad nach 3 Uhr nicht mehr kostenlos betretbar ist.

Goede ligging

We vonden het familie hotel wel wat gedateerd. De kamers verdienen absoluut een update. Harde matrassen, 2 persoons dekbed en onze kamer op de 3e verdieping had geen airco. Douche viel bij verstellen uit elkaar. Wel was het hygiënisch en elke dag schone handdoeken. Het personeel was behulpzaam. Het bedienend personeel tijdens het ontbijt mag wat vriendelijker zijn!

The afternoon Marende we ordered was delicious! The front desk staff- day and evening was superb and solved a problem for us, but the problem belongs to the hotel. The ground floor is classic with antiques and leather couches- very comfortable.

They let people use the spa for free AFTER they check out, but charge them while they are registered, so everyone stays after, the parking lot is full at ALL times from today's guests and yesterday's guests. Since yesterday's guests arrived first, the current paying guests cannot park! This should not go on for more that one day. The lot "across the street" is also full with double parked cars! A nice night desk clerk moved her car into the bicycle spaces so we could park.

A reggeli bőséges volt. A szoba tiszta volt, és kényelmes. Mivel kerékpárral voltunk, fontos volt, hogy azt biztonságosan el tudtuk helyezni. A gépjárműnek is mindig volt parkoló. Közel volt a belváros, és a Stelvio hágóra vezető utat is könnyen megtaláltuk. A kisváros, Bormió egyébként nagyon hangulatos.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже второй раз, нам нравится. Но в первый раз в стандартном номере была дверь соединяющая с соседним номером, из-за чего была сильная слышимость. Во второй раз брали люкс - без такого «недостатка», гораздо комфортнее и все отлично.

Tutto. La struttura è molto caratteristica, curata nei dettagli e vicinissima al centro. La camera era pulitissima, ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. I servizi (come ad esempio il parcheggio gratuito) molto utile. La colazione era varia e molto buona. La nostra cagnolina è stata accolta con amore come non ci è mai capitato in altre strutture.

Non possiamo dire che ci sia stato un qualcosa che non “ci sia piaciuto”. La prossima volta chiederemo solo una camera con un altro affaccio. Consigliamo un menu ristorante un po’ più vario.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Aussenterrasse auf der man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Auch später bekommt man ganz selbstverständlich noch etwas zu trinken. Das Motorrad kann direkt im Hof oder der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden.

Die Essensauswahl ist sehr unübersichtlich und schwer zu durchschauen. Das Personal kann kaum weiterhelfen, da nur italienisch gesprochen wird. Abendessen mit Wein sehr teuer

Soggiorno di 3 giorni , tutto è andato perfetto gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff, ristorante perfetto personale preparato e gentilissimo Maddalena e Luca fantastici, SPA eccezionale.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Perfect ontbijt. Vooral een werkplek bieden aan medewerkers met een beperking. Fantastisch!

La cena è un po' cara

Kleine kamer, prima bed, mooie badkamer. Goed ontbijt. Prima hotel voor doorreis over de stelvio.

Voor een eitje bij het ontbijt moet je bijbetalen. Als je de kamer verlaat is er geen stroom zodat je je iPad of telefoon niet kunt opladen.

We good half board and the food was not that good. Breakfast it is great, but dinner all meat dishes were not for my taste. However pastas were good.

Location to centre of town Parking was ok

Room was awful, no air con, very small, not as described, old fashioned not 4 star! Felt like we had been provided with the worst room and its location outside the lift and in front of stairwell. The worst bed we've slept in. We booked believing we could use the pool facilities. But is only available before checkin at 3pm or after 10am checkout, so you have to pay! Not great for us as we were only there one night. Staff were not particularly bothered with us.

Essendo molto caldo alla notte e' stato necessario lasciare le finestre aperte. Vi è disturbo causa vicinanza strada. Se invece le finestre si chiudono non si sente nulla

Room was nice, good location. A shoutout to the bartender who spend his time to explain us about local drinks, and did a great margarita for my wife

We were staying only 1 night and effectively couldn’t use the SPA that is “included” into the price because it is open 10 am to 15 am. Other time you need to pay extra. It’s also the first 4* hotel without AC. We had to keep our windows open (night was chill) but then all the traffic noise from the street didn’t make our rest any good. Restaurant is something to skip as well.

L’accoglienza di Marelisa, la gentilezza del personale e la bellissima camera mansardata con vista mozzafiato. Struttura molto pulita, ristorante eccellente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo per chi volesse essere coccolato nella bellezza di Bormio.

Non uso dare recensioni , però questo hotel lo merita ! Davvero fantastico in tutto, non riesco a trovare un difetto , dallo staff cortese, alla camera pulita e confortevole, alla piacevole cena buonissima ! Grandi !

La gentillesse de tout le personnel... Je voyageais en moto et j'ai sollicité l'accueil pour faire une petite réparation et tout de suite une personne de la maintenance est venue pour m'aider. Super !

Pour dire quelque chose, la proximité de la route lorsqu'on profite de l'extérieur du spa qui est formidable.

La posizione è centrale, si raggiunge velocemente ogni luogo importante per escursioni, sportive e rilassanti, le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e silenziose, la colazione ottima e varia. Il personale molto gentile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante: cibi gustosi e ben preparati e presentati, anche con quel pizzico di fantasia che sorprende piacevolmente ( il gazpacho di melone con sgombro, il rotolo di branzino e verdure ) …

Nel bagno difficile la gestione degli asciugamani a causa della mancanza di portasciugamani vicino ai sanitari ( c’è il termosifone rack ma è un po’ a se )… a volte l’essenzialità è bella ma poco funzionale 😀

Very friendly and helpful staff Great location for the cycling passes of Stelvio and Gavia and just a few minutes walk to the town centre of Bormio. Wonderful breakfast and definitely hope to return.

Cibo accoglienza

Er was bij binnenkomst direct parkeerplek en dat was heel prettig omdat we met een lage sportwagen waren. We waren wat vroeg en we moesten wachten voor we in onze kamer konden. We hebben toen van de nood een deugd gemaakt en lekker wat gegeten in de stad.

De kamer was niet bijzonder groot en het was vrij warm. Uiteindelijk bleek dat de airco niet werkte omdat men er niet vanuit ging dat het warm kon worden in de zomer (sic.). Verder was er een bericht in het Italiaans gekomen via booking van het hotel waarin me werd gevraagd om de helft van het bedrag al over te maken, terwijl ik mijn creditcard gegevens al aan booking had doorgegeven, waarmee mijn reservering al was gegarandeerd. Uiteindelijk niet van te voren betaald en dat bleek geen probleem. Ook het ontbijt dat als zeer goed stond aangeschreven viel nogal tegen. De koffie was slecht en ik denk dat de kwalificatie "slootwater" meer op zijn plek was.

La cortesia degli operatori è stata meravigliosa: gentili, disponibili, pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Il ragazzo al bar (credo si chiamasse Luca) merita una menzione speciale. Colazione ottima, prodotti freschi, grande varietà e gentilezza nel servizio. Ottimo anche il fatto che si potesse portare il nostro animale domestico a colazione con noi.

La camera, nonostante fosse indicata come "Superior" era piuttosto piccola. La adiacenza alla strada ha creato una lieve rumorosità notturna visto anche che il caldo ci ha costretto a tenere il basculante aperto.
