Paloma Oceana

Curatenia, personalul, mancarea, bauturile, resortul in sine, totul este la superlativ, ar fi trebuit sa mai stam minim o saptamana sa putem sa ne bucuram de toate facilitatile hotelului. Plaja este superba, nisip fin precum catifeaua si pe plaja si in apa, intarea in mare foarte lina.

singurele minusuri : paharele de la barurile piscinelor si al plajei, unele sunt foarte uzate cu aspect matuit si de murdar, strica imaginea hotelului, iar al doilea minus calitatea slaba a prosoapelor de plaja.

Tot resortul este foarte bine îngrijit, facilitățile sunt uimitoare. Personalul foarte amabil, profestionisti in adevaratul sens al cuvantului. Camerele in cladirea principala sunt foarte confortabile, curatenia exemplara. Mancarea a fost foarte gustoasa, proaspata, diversificata, prajiturile foarte bune. Bauturile foarte bune, Sezlonguri disponibile la orice ora in tot resortul, la plaja deasemenea. Plaja senzationala, cel mai frumos amenajata de pe toata sectiunea plajei Kumkoy. Multumim pentru o vacanta minunata!

Paharele de plastic de la barurile de la piscine și plaja s-au matuit tare, acesta fiind primul impact si imagine pe care le-am avut la sosire. Fiind imitație de pahar sticlă si au fost utilizate foarte mult timp acestea par extrem de uzate și au aspect de murdar , chiar strica imaginea hoteluilui. Si al doilea minus prosoapele de plaja sunt decolorate, subtiri si in totala neconcordanta cu acest minunat resort. Acestea au fost minusurile, in rest totul foarte

5 yıldızlı bir otelde konakladık ve gerçekten her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Otelin temizliği, yemekleri, hizmet kalitesi ve personelin ilgisi harikaydı. Her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve gerçekten bayıldık. 👏 Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel. Emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederiz. ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die sauberkeit! Wir waren 14 tage dort…under zimmer war immer dreckig Als wir ins zimmer gingen war es noch nicht saubergemacht worden, dan meintr die dame hatte viel zu tun usw, wir sollten warten, aber im 3 minuten war sie mit dem zimmer fertig…das war an fast jedem tag so…ich habe auch 3 mal in der rezeption angerufen das under boden nicjt nass gewicht wird…es hat sich nichts geändert! Das schlimmste war der arzt im haus.. ich habe ihn aufgesucht weil ich beschwerden hatte…er hat mich 2 mik angeschaut und dannach mir tropfen aufgeschrieben die ich bezahleb musste, ABER als ich auf meine kreditkarten abrechnung sah hat der 145€ abgebucht! Für was!!! Ich war daraufhin bei der rezeption und ihre antwort da können wir nichts machen!!! Ich werde auch rechtlich rangehen! Was das betrifft! Ich hane 6000€ bezahlt für das ich weiter abgezockt werde! Ich werde dieses hotel niemanden mehr empfehlen!

Beds where not the confiest

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Mehr konnte man nicht erwarten. Die Sitzbänke waren jedoch häufig nicht vollständig von alten Speiseflecken gereinigt. Außerdem wurden die Tischsets meistens einfach umgedreht, anstatt durch saubere ersetzt zu werden. Auch die Tischdecken bzw. Tücher waren trotz des Waschens nicht vollständig sauber und sollten daher aussortiert und durch neue ersetzt werden.

Die Zimmertüren verfügen über keine Türpuffer bzw. Türdämpfer. Jedes Mal, wenn ein Gast sein Zimmer verließ, fiel die Tür mit voller Wucht ins Schloss. Das war sehr unangenehm, insbesondere wenn sich dies morgens, mittags und abends im Abstand von etwa 30 Sekunden ständig wiederholte. Außerdem waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Gespräche anderer Gäste konnten problemlos mitgehört werden, da die Wände offenbar sehr dünn sind.

Well rounded resort. Contains most entertainment you would expect in a typical resort. Everything was clean. The beach was huge and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not a place for group of young friends; demographic is nearly entirely old couples and families with small children. I believe we were the only friend group in the resort during our stay. Building can feel a bit old but still decent for the price tag. Sometimes it felt like the facilities were there just to check off booking website checklists; quantity of facilities were prioritized over quality of facilities.

Beachfront location, spacious grounds, generally excellent food.

Ich hatte vor dem Einchecken einige Fragen, die mir leider nicht beantwortet wurden; die Antwort kam sehr spät und war zudem nicht sehr verständlich. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel erhielten wir nicht das Zimmer, das wir über Booking.com gebucht hatten; das bemerkten wir erst, als wir das Zimmer betraten. Ich beschwerte mich, und wir bekamen unser Zimmer mit zwei Stunden Verspätung. Es war eine schlechte Erfahrung.

Het zwemmen was heel leuk

Het was elke dag hetzelfde eten dus niet echt iets speciaal. En het zwembad was ook heel koud.

alles war ausgezeichnet – von den Reinigungskräften bis zu allen Mitarbeitern. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Herrn Şiyar im Massagebereich, er ist wirklich professionell und freundlich. Außerdem danke ich Herrn Taleb, Kellner im Restaurant. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie bei unserem nächsten Urlaub wiederzusehen.

Спасибо всем. Мы провели январь в отеле, погода нас не баловала в этом году. Но нам все понравилось. Персонал доброжелательный, улыбчивый, ненавязчивый., особенно в ресторане и Спа. Браво!!!!!

Waren zum Wiederholten mal im paloma Oceana. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen war sehr gut, allerdings war es schwierig abends einen Tisch im Restaurant zu ergattern, da das Hotel gegen Ende Oktober sehr voll war. Sind aus dem Grund oft nach 20.00 Uhr Essen gegangen. Leider waren die beiden Zimmer die wir gebucht hatten im Dachgeschoss, zwar mit Balkon, aber wenn man sass, schaute man nur gegen Wände. Man muss schon stehen um das Meer zu sehen. Leider hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Zimmer sehr dunkel und etwas abgewohnt waren, was wir bei vorigen Besuchen nicht so empfunden hatten. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Strandbereich sehr schön und gepflegt, auch das mittlerweile umgebaute Strandrestaurant ist sehr schön geworden, man kann a la carte bestellen. Poolbereiche sehr schön angelegt, haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt.

Zimmer

Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Paloma Oceana. Sehr schick und gepflegt sind die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Empfang, Poolanlagen und die Bars. Unser Dreigang - Menü um WabiSabi war sensationell in Qualität und Service. Vielleicht sollte man nur zwischen Vorspeisenplatten und der eigentlichen Vorspeise ein bisschen mehr Zeit lassen, damit man jedes einzelne Element genießen kann. Aber so muss sich Gastronomie anfühlen!!!

Leider ist der Lack in den Zimmern ab. Uns erwartete ein Appartement mit abgenutzten Möbeln, schmutzigen Böden und ungepflegtem Gesamteindruck. Die Böden wurden nicht ein einziges Mal nass gewischt ( wozu stehen eigentlich die Warn - Aufsteller vor rutschigen Böden herum ???) Für ein Haus dieser Klasse grottenschlecht! Das Essen war vor 2 Jahren noch wesentlich erlesener und besonderer.

Buffet was excellent. So much choice of food. The a la carte restaurants were also good. I booked all 3 when I checked in and got a reservation no problem. The beach restaurant was particularly good, followed by the Turkish. Lots of bars and plenty of activities going on. Location excellent. Beach lovely, sea was so warm and lovely soft sand. We went on a boat trip and that was great. Arranged by Billy's on the beach. Side town only 10 minutes taxi ride away to see the Historical ruins. There were lots of cats in the hotel (I'm a cat lover) and a cat hotel. The cats were all very behaved and got lots of attention. A lovely hotel, but in need of a few tweaks as pointed out below.

The beach in terms of cleanliness wasn't great. There should be someone monitoring the litter and brushing down sun beds when they become vacant. I had to use my towel to wipe the sand off on a daily basis and dispose of the litter left behind in the already over brimming bin. Beds by the pool went very early and most of them had towels on with no-one sitting on them! This really needs to addressed by the hotel. The cleanliness of the buffet tables could have been better, one waiter was wiping the table with a wet wipe that we were given for our hands. A proper cloth and anti-bacterial spray should be used and a broom/pan to sweep up the food on the floor. The alcohol wasn't great. I appreciate that they are local, but the Vodka didn't taste like Vodka and neither did the Tequila. The hotel in general and my room could really do with some maintenance. The trim of the toilet door was hanging off, the mastic in the shower needed re-doing. The buffet area and the hotel in general could do with a lick of paint.

التنوع في البوفيه ولكن اللحوم ممكن تكون أكثر. بشكل عام البوفيه أفضل من فنادق بمستوى أعلى. موظفات خدمة الضيوف محترمات موظفة خدمة الغرف لطيفة كذلك بعض العروض الليلة ممتازة (الخالية من التعري) ولكن منظقة الجلوس حارة

التعري بكل مكان البوفيه مزدحم جدا والخدمة بطيئة جدا وكثير من النادلين تعاملهم غير لطيف ولا ألومهم لقلة عددهم مقارنة بعدد الزوار منطقة البوفيه حارة لأن الأبواب مفتوحة للخارج. آخر القاعة مقبولة. والنظافة دون المستوى الفندق يعلن عن توفر مدينة مائية وباص مجاني للتنقل لها. ولكن فعليا لم يكن هناك حجز إلى اليوم الأخير توفر مطعم واحد مجاني قائمة آلا كارت. ولكن الجلسة خارجية وحارة والخدمة غير احترافية كل مكان في الفندق تقريبا غير مكيف بشكل جيد عدا منطقة البوفيه الداخلية والغرف. حصل لنا موقف سيء حيث أثناء زيارة نادي الأطفال الكبار كانت الرائحة سيئة، تكرمون عرق ورطوبة خاصة أن المكان غير مكيف بشكل كاف، قام ابني الصغير لا شعوريا بتغطية أنفه بقميصه. لم يرق الفعل للعامل المسئول عن المكان وبدأ يستجوبني لماذا ابني عمل ذلك. لم أتجادل معه وتجاهلته.

Très beau complexe hôtelier avec tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. Grande plage avec de nombreux transats, personnel chaleureux , diverses possibilités de restauration. Proche de Sidé.

L’hôtel est adapté pour l’accueil de touristes allemands, le personnel ne parle pas français et les explications,notamment des plats servis au restaurant, ne sont pas en français, ce qui est très dommage. Concernant les piscines, impossible de trouver un transat car ils sont tous réservés dés le matin. Nous étions venus il y a 5 ans et nous avons trouvé que l’hôtel a légèrement baissé en gamme, surtout au niveau de la nourriture.

Cok cesit yemek var evet ama yemekler ortalama - yediginizde cok lezzetli diyebileceginiz gercekten pek yemek yok. Cesit cok ama tatlari daha ortalama ne yazik ki.

Приятно удивила кухня, блюда не повторялись, официанты быстро приносили напитки. Хороший аквапарк, до котрого возили автобусом. Персонал старается помочь и решить любую проблему. Есть развлечения - волейбол, боча, лук, теннис. Сеть Paloma стоит для посещения, попробуем теперь и другие отели этой сети.

1) Бары на территории один и тот же коктель делают разными. 2) Все рестораны алякарт забронированы на 4 дня вперед, а мы были всего 4 дня. Посетить не удалось. Если вы бронирование сделали через приложение, то ограничьте его одним днем, что бы у всех была равная возможность забронировать. 3) Запись в автобус до аквапарка забронирована на 4 дня вперед. Пустили второй автобус и только благодаря этому случайно смогли посетить его один раз. Если есть доп автобус, то пускайте его постоянно и расширьте запись.

Great place with lots of facilities for kids. Food is really good as well. Our kids loved the animators, especially Handan and Iulia always did their best to make sure everyone was having a good time.

When the main restaurant is full, it becomes a challenge to get drinks. The staff is too busy collecting dishes and you should consider yourself lucky if your drink arrives halfway into your meal.

5 üzerinden değerlendirmek gerekirse Yemek kalitesi 3,5 fakat servis hizmetleri 2 (özellikle hijyen, masalar sadece restaurant kapandığında siliniyor maalesef) Mini club 5 Bar hizmetleri 3.5 fakat içecek kalitesi 2.5 Resepsiyon hizmetleri 4 Odalar 5 ama temizlik 3.5( Bir gün temizlik yazısı asmamıza rağmen kimse gelmedi ve yazıyı alıp içeri bırakmışlar, ki isteğimiz sadece havlu değişimi ve çöp alımıydı) Doğa ve bakım hizmetleri 5 Bunun yanı sıra genel olarak bizim en çok dikkatimizi çeken şey ortak alanlarda hijyen gerçekten kötü. Bir masa bir ortam toplanırken sadece boşlar alınıyor. Bir bez ile masa silen görevli neredeyse hiç görmedim. Barlarda kollarınızı masaya koyamıyorsunuz o kadar yapış yapış. Her yer kapandığında temizlik yapılırken silinip temizleniyor fakat %75 doluluk olan bir otel için bu yeterli değil. Son olarakta çalışanlarda genel bir kültür sürekli bir araya gelip bir sorun tartışılıyor. Yabancı misafirler anlamıyor olsa bile Türk misafirde oldukça fazla ve bütün sohbetlerini dinlemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ve bu olumlu bir sohbet değil mutsuzlukları çok yansıyor. Türkçe bilmeyen biri de vücûd dillerinden aynı mesajı alıyordur. Çalışan insanlar tabiki sohbet eder, merhabalaşabilir, bir sorunu çözmeye yönelik konuşabilir ama uslüp misafirleri etkiliyor. Bunun şahsi değil tesis kültürü olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü genel olarak her alanda çalışanlar bu şekilde. F/P olarak tekrar gider miyim? Başka uygunluk bulamazsam %40 ihtimal tercih ederim.

Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again. Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great. only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy. Other than that love it here

General: It was all inclusive, staff is very helpful, there is a communication barrier because of language but you can manage its not a big deal. Food & Restaurants: Food is good. Plenty of options available. Once breakfast, lunch or dinner time is over they have piano bar which is 24hrs open. You can have unlimited drinks, cocktails, tea coffee etc. activities for kids and families to enjoy. Snack bar at beach opens once main restaurant closes. So you will never be hungry, there is always something to eat 😍. Beach, pools and Spa: Beach is at your footsteps. And also plenty of pools outdoor, and in winter they have indoor pool at basement level which is kept at 28 degrees warm enough to enjoy in winter also. Steam, sauna, turkish bath, hamam all available for you. Transport: And also one most important thing not mentioned anywhere but we discovered only staying there. In front of hotel there is a bus stop. They have mini buses there every 5 minutes in both directions. You can hop on for 45 lira it will get you to nearest main town which is manavgat, you can explore there, also you can take bus from mangavat to antalya city. There is another minibus from hotel stop which goes to the side ancient historical remains very beautiful scenic place, must visit there. Airport: Book a private taxi around 30 euros to the airport from Paloma Oceana. Good value for money, definitely coming back there again with children.

Otelin konumu yemekleri, odaların temizliği personelin ilgisi her şey güzeldi tek sorun ve bence büyük bir sorun Kids Club hijyen adına hiçbir şey yoktu. Yerler çocukların oyun matları ve hatta oyuncaklar kirliydi oyuncaklar çok eski ve çeşit olarak hiç yok denecek kadar azdı. Gerçekten bizim için hüsrandı sadece bu sebepten bile bir daha tercih etmem.

Otel Ultra her şey dahil sistemiyle çalışıyor. Odalar temiz, geniş ve sıcaktı. Personel çok çalışkan ve iyi niyetli. Çok güzel bir kumsalı var. Otelin etrafında gezcek yerler de var. Çok memnunuz. Teşekkür ederiz.

Overall it is a good hotel. We spent one week in August. The weather was really hot, but in the rooms and restaurants air conditioning works good. The beach is really big , the sea was very warm so we spent all the time by the beach, didn't use the pools (they are very nice). The staff is working hard, the food is good.

As the beach is sand, the water in the sea is not perfectly clean, especially when it is not calm. But that is not hotels problem.

It's clean.. after complained they made sure our room was cleaned well daily. The gourmet steak restaurant was impressive. The pools were nice and big.

Entertainment really lacking esp in evening, not much to do and shows were like high school performances.. atmosphere lacking. Main restaurant could be much better, food mediocre, staff mixed of friendly and not friendly - restaurants seemed understaffed to get a drink. Our "balcony" we were very unlucky 5th floor and a concrete box, wasn't good for the kids. Spent alot of money to get 5 star to be disappointed with main restaurant and bored in the evenings.

That was my second time in this Hotel. Very clean, very good food and excellent staff.

We had a gastrointestinal infection that affected the whole family, but my daughter had a sleepless night vomiting. I don’t understand why the doctor, who is always available at the hotel, asked me to take her to Anatolia Hospital when he knew she had an infection that would pass with time. The hospital scammed me, especially since they knew I had insurance. I advise avoiding this hospital

We had an excellent stay, very correct and friendly staff.

We had an enjoyable stay at Paloma Oceana.Lovely pools and beach area, lots of food options including lunch restaurant at the beach. We arrived at noon and our room was ready what was a great gusture. All staff are friendly although speak little english.

Food selection was great, events and program for kids and evenings we enjoyed, number of pools and it was not crowded, seats always available, never in queues, great tobogans, staff very friendly and quick in serving drinks, helping with requests

Das Hotel der Extraklasse, wir sind nun das 2 te mal dort gewesen und würden es immer wieder buchen. Der Service ist Weltklasse, vorallem im WabiSabi durch Erdogan und an der Loungebar mit den besten Cocktails von Kadir. Alles wurde hervorragend organisiert und hergerichtet. Wünsche wurden ausnahmslos berücksichtigt.

Overall we had a fantastic stay, food was superb, staff lovely. The only fault I would add is that much to my surprise they allow smoking in the restaurants. It didn't affect us as we could move tables but I find it unacceptable. Didn't spoil our holiday though. Drinks are premium and the prosecco is the best I've had in a hotel. Great stay.

Lovely Hotel stayed here with my 1 year old and wife and their partners and 1 year olds! There is multiple things to do good food and really calm and relaxing vibes even for the little ones. Nice cocktails and mulitple soft drink choices. Would definitely go back!

Garden view room. Spacious room. Small but adequate bathroom. Balcony. Lovely, well kept gardens. Friendly staff. Excellent food and many choices. Different food each day. Lovely cakes, croissants, etc in patisserie. Went January 2023. Lots of cosy areas to sit, relax, read, etc. Would not hesitate to book again.
