Henkilökunnan asenne oli erinomainen, varsinkin siivoojamme ja juomakaapin hoitaja - vanha tuttu (oli kolmas kerta, kun majoituimme samaan hotelliin), sekä tarjoilijat. Huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa, merinäköalalla, sekä muutenkin hienot maisemat ja intiimi parveke, joka tarjosi yksityisyyttä.

Kahvila alueen tarjoilijat voisivat panostaa enemmän asiakaspalveluun, eikä toistensa viihdyttämiseen. Edellisellä kerralla oli erinomainen palvelu kahvineen ja silloin palvelleen naisen kera. Nyt ei kiinnostanut mennä enään uudestaan, vaikka oltiin yhdeksän vuorokautta.

Nachts konnte man schlecht schlafen, da die Musik auf den Straßen bis 2 Uhr morgens extrem laut ist. Zumindest trifft das für die Zimmer Richtung Mall of Side zu.

Szép, kényelmes szálloda, nagyon jó helyen, közel a vásárlási lehetőségekhez, közel Sidehez. Az ellátás kitűnő, egész nap lehet valahol ételt találni. A tengerpartra kis golfkocsi szállít, de gyalog is csak 5-6 perc séta. A part finomhomokos. A parton sok napozóágy, zuhany és étkezési lehetőség van. A medencék hőfoka meleg, de még frissítő. A szálloda alkalmas egy pihentető vakációra. A recepción Baha és Gökhan segítőkészek.

Az All Iclusive ellátás keretében reggel lehetne többfajta gyümölcslé. Mi a lobby bárból vittünk magunknak ice teát.

Amazing clean property, super clean! Good tasty food and excellent attentive staff! Beach is also amazing. Sandy and a shuttle which is available every 5 mins and takes less than 2 mins to get there!

Would be better if their was more diffident food each day!

Le personnel de la reception et celui de la relation des clients est médiocre j’ai pris une chambre vue sur la mer que je n’ai PAS eu je suis allé voir la reception ils m’ont dit que c’est une chambre « côté » mer j’ai contacté booking qui m’ont renvoyé vers l’hôtel qui m’ont affirmé au depart que c’est la bonne chambre j’ai payé un surplus pour rien ensuite l’hôtel m’a dit qu’il n’avait plus de disponibilité il m’ont proposé du vin et une assiette de fruits ! J’ai répondu que cela était inadmissible puis le dernier jour de mon séjour ils m’ont proposé la bonne chambre mais devinez quoi en me laissant une courrier dans ma chambre que je n’ai vu que tard le soir car par terre sous la table … du f..tage de tete quoi ils m’ont aussi laissé un courrier de bienvenue a 00h le dernier jours j’attends de voir avec booking L’animation c’est pas sa toujours les mêmes chose les animateurs ont la flemmes pour pas dire autres choses Le menage n’a pas été fait la veille de notre départ En bref mon séjoura été vraiment gâcher par le fait de pas avoir eu la chambre que j’ai choisi

Ежедневно почистване на стаите. 🔝 На разположение са магазини вътре в самия хотел,които са на изгодни цени! До плажа се стига изключително бързо с голф коли- няма и половин минута... стига да не се чака, разбира се!

В пика на сезона хотелът в един момент се оказва изключително тесен - басейн и особено ресторанта... Нивото на развлеченията вечер би могло да бъде доста по -добро! Басейнът е с прекалено хлор!

Very friendly staff. Good alcoholic drinks. Food was also good, I liked the fish and the barbeque made every day at dinner. You could eat at the beach at noon. I find it very good for people who want to enjoy the sea and sun for a long day. The beach is around 300 meters far from the resort but they also provide a shuttle service. Good prices and good services. The hotel was fully booked but the staff kept everything clean and in order.

The beach boy was a little bit rude to us because we moved the sun beds after the sun, it happened on our last day, problem solved after complaining to the reception about his attitude.

A beautiful, comfortable hotel almost on the beach, great service, cleanliness, excellent food. Always plenty of everything, even later in the day ( last breakfast, last lunch ). We had a beautiful room with a sea view. I recommend paying extra for a Deluxe room. More place, more freedom.

The room was not very soundproof, but it was bearable. People spend most of their time by the pool or at the beach.

A perfect place to relax. Great location with a well-maintained, clean beach. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a spa center that’s perfect for unwinding. I would definitely come back – highly recommended!

Hotel was nice and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach was close by with a shuttle available to drive you there and back. Guest relations very helpful. Hotel taxi VIP taxi car was very nice.

Food was repetitive. Not much entertainment going on, especially for teens, so they got bored easily. Had to pay extra to use the billiards table.

This was my 4th stay in Luna Blanca. As each time it’s been very very positive. There was some mix up with the rooms but manager AliJaan was very help and did whatever he could to accommodate us. Reception staff were very helpful too

The disabled room has a pungent smell. I believe this needs to be fixed

The hotel building is well organised and clean. There are two pools that offer good water surface.

Everything outside is squeezed in very small space. My biggest problems were: the hotel does not have beach front even though is advertised like this. You need a few minutes drive to the beach. The package I bought was ultra all inclusive, yet I had to buy the fresh juice for breakfast. The food was very bad. The beach was very badly organised with very unfriendly staff (Suleiman). The entertainment team and program very weak, making the stay pretty boring. Booking.com should check these things before listing the hotel as beach front and ultra all inclusive.

Requested rooms were average, Paid for sea view rooms, given side sea view. (there were better rooms in the hotel)

We were disappointed on arrival our check in took around 3 hours or more they gave our room to another guest we had to prove to them that our bookings with bookings.com then they apologized so we had to except what they gave us for 1night the next day they then moved us to our correct booking we tried to ph bookings.com but we had no one answer our ph calls so we had to settle for they gave us

The swimming pools are good and the entertainment is enjoyable.

- the hotel room is not furnished according to a 5-star hotel. -the mattress is very bad, a bonnell type in which I feel all the springs in the structure in the back. - even if we had the ultra all inclusive regime most of the time you didn't have access to the restaurant or snack bar. - the serving period of the meals was very short and in general there were long queues for serving. - cheap canteen-type food where stew-type dishes predominated without having the opportunity to eat a good steak even if you have to pay extra. - most of the food is recycled into other varieties at the next meal, two members of the family had health problems because of this. - insufficient sunbeds at swimming pools and where at 18.30 you are obliged to leave the pool even if you are there on vacation. - the serving of drinks left much to be desired. with the exception of coolers at the dispenser, you had no options (water with a lot of sugar). - one day I had 2 family members visitors for 1 hour and a half, for which I had to pay an extra 70 euros. - the transfer to the beach is very precarious and unsafe with overtaking cars parked over the curbs of the road , they say only 200 m to the beach reality is comming 1 km. - a lot of mess both at the restaurant and at the snack bar.

the hotel has it all, u want nice beach with food and drinks , you got it!, u want pool with nice music and pool, here you go! its good resort with a lot of things that makes ur family trip very good, the housekeeper fatos was very nice and generous she helped us with whatever we asked, will def come back here

the food was good but the repetition made it boring sometimes in the main restaurant but you still have the pool snack bar and caretta so it all completes each other

We arrived at 1pm and they provided us lunch, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cocktail and the wine was below standard, the cocktails was missing ingredients, the beer was good.

Wir raten strengstens ab vom Luna Blanca. Wir haben die Aufenthalt abgebrochen und streiten gerade um die Rückerstattung. Starke Hygienemängel, unseriöses Personal, Sicherheitsbedenken. Diese Bude wird einem 5-Sterne Standard keinstenfalls gerecht (höchstens 3 Sterne). Ein paar Beispiele (siehe auch Fotos): - Insekten im Obst (bei uns war es ein Käfer, beim Nachbartisch am Vortag ein Wurm) - ein Zimmer stank weil kein Siphon in der Dusche war. Die Katzen waren auch im Essensraum. - Bei der Begrüssung wurde bereits dringend der Safe empfohlen (weil mal wohl dem Personal nicht traut). - Der Minibar-Chef (Minibar ist nur Limonade) hat uns ernsthaft gefragt ob wir ihm Kleingeld in einen Schein wechseln können (Trinkgeldtechnik). - Der à la carte-Gutschein ist stark eingeschränkt weil das Restaurant ja so gut wie nie auf hat - Das Internet fiel häufig aus - Das Personal ist äusserst unseriös, die Massagegutscheine (10 min) dienten nur dazu aggressiv weitere Stunden zu verkaufen - Zimmer dreckig (Spinnenweben, unter dem Bett) - Lippenstift auf Tasse Ich empfehle aufgrund der Erfahrung dieses Hotel zu meiden. Wir haben Hotels.com auch empfohlen Luna Blanca zu blockieren. Es erscheint wie Betrug, dass Luna Blanca unter 5-Sterne verkauft. Für das gleiche Geld gibt es viel bessere Alternativen. Die Umgebung ist industriell. -

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden,nur schade das zum Schluss nur noch wenige Gäste im Hotel waren wodurch die Auswahl weniger wurde.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Für Familien toll gemacht, nicht so gross. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Auswahl war für uns super. Der Strand war sehr sauber und der Sand sehr fein. Super Weiterempfehlung.

SPA excellent, Food looked almost same everyday only little change, Staff at service good but could be better trained with guest hospitality, Room cleaning team very, very nice and a cute touch of Swan deco i liked it. Airport transfer should have been included in price even cheaper travel agency provide it, I had to pay 120 euro for transfer. maybe i will travel next time with other agency. I would give 7.5/10

Hôtel très sympathique, avec tout de même quelques équipements qui ont bien vieillis… Attention le personnel n’est pas Polyglotte, ils parlent l’Allemand et pas l’anglais malheureusement. Le service est sans plus mais les commodités très bien.

Gefallen hat mir das Ambiente, die Umgebung. Die Service leistungen da war ich nicht zufrieden, die Kellner nahmen deine Bestellung an aber bis das Getränk da war, verging eine Langezeit😒 Sonst war es sehr erholsam…

there was a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool was clean and well maintained. Some Staff where helpful even though they couldn’t speak fluent English.

The property was genuinely lovely. We arrived at around 11.30 pm, placed in a smaller room than requested until 12am the next day and reallocated to a larger family room, but it was not the room we requested as we asked for a sea view. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The quality of the buffet was excellent and varied. furthermore, each day there was a speciality grill which changed daily. some all-inclusive hotels prefer quantity over quality, but the food was truly excellent and a good advertisement of the Turkish cuisine. The evening entertainment on the stage was also excellent and varied

The first impression of a hotel always sets the foundations, regardless to duration of stay. My first interaction with the hotel was at check-in, where it became immediately clear that none of the staff speak a word of English. The clientele are 90% German, so it is understandable that the staff will have a good handle on German language. However, the hotel does promote itself as 5* International hotel, welcoming clients from all over, but it became clear very quickly the staff are german speaking, geared for German clientele. the pools are decent enough, but there are only two of them and quite small, so can get very crowded. it is not easy to swim as such, as you will always be bumping into someone. there were daily activities in one of the pools, including water polo, volley ball, aerobics etc., which were very good, but they did take up most of the pool, further restricting ‘families’ with kids that are not interested in these things, and just want to play in the water. whilst my comments on the quality of buffet stands true - it was excellent throughout my stay - the restaurant is small and struggles to cater for the number of guests. the evening dinner is from 19:00 to 21:00, so is quite a small window to cater for all the guests. this is further compounded by everyone eating early - so at the same time - so they can then reserve tables at the stage area for the entertainment, which starts at 20:45. if you don’t grab a table one hour before the entertainment starts, then you will be out of luck.

The staff were rude we had go to reception to ask for toilet roll as there was 4 of us in 1 room and was left with 2 toilet rolls.

The property was in a great location the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and their service was second to none consistently. There is an option to take up a Hammam which is free! And we would thoroughly recommend to try the experience from the trained staff within the Luna Blanca we also followed up directly after with a full body massage from the excellent “Spa Team” led by Erkan which was a payable extra but completely worth it and made you feel so relaxed after! The food was excellent and whatever type of traveller you are you can go and eat 22 hours a day in one of the many restaurants on offer whether your an early bird or a late riser. The “all inclusive” part of the property was fantastic as the drinks alcoholic or non alcoholic were all of a good brand and no additional payment for most drinks (premium wine and champagne an additional charge) having said that the wines on offer red or white were of a top quality. Also Ice-creams available too! The rooms were serviced and thoroughly cleaned daily to a high standard with mini bar (non alcoholic) a part of your “all inclusive” All public areas immaculately maintained too! There is also a service which is great and part of your all inclusive which is pool/beach towels run under a simple but effective manner included in the “all inclusive” Thanks Luna Blanca!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe das Hotel bereits zum 3.Mal gebucht und würde es wieder machen, da ich sehr zufrieden bin. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Essen.

Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op zee geboekt maar kreeg een kamer met uitzicht op zwembad. Niet alle restaurants waren open. Ook keuzes in restaurant waren beperkt. Verder was service heel goed. Hotel heel netjes. Personeel heel vriendelijk.

We enjoyed our stay at Luna Blanca. Room was comfortable, food was good and the staff were helpful.

An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich an den ganzen Mitarbeiter des Hotels bedanken. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder wieder gerne dahin reisen.

Our entire stay was amazing! We used the spa but noticed that the staff was not wearing masks during our 2 hour session. The spa experience was not as great as it could have been. They had children running around during the hammam and it was quite loud. The hotel and staff were incredible and all so friendly. Our room, the food, the pool and beach were all amazing. The one thing that needs upgrading is the WiFi. It kept going in and out and horribly slow. If you plan on doing some work on your phone or laptop, beware. Nonetheless, I would return and stay at this property again.

Propreté irréprochable! Par contre je confirme les commentaires sur le service et personnel très très décevant! Le service est vraiment très médiocre . Beaucoup d’employé du restaurant sont très très mal polis c’est inacceptable pour un 5 étoiles. Les personnes qui servent les repas dont celle qui fait les omelettes le matin est désagréable et impolie avec les clients! Le service au restaurant est inefficace, le personnel devrait être beaucoup mieux formé! La nourriture pourrait être plus variée et plus raffinée c’était pas très bon . Le personnel de la réception n’est pas sympathique. Je n’hésiterai pas à payer plus cher pour dans un hôtel où la qualité du service est supérieure. Par contre les femmes de ménage sont très professionnelles et gentilles l’équipe d’animation est également sympathique. Les spectacles sont super! La musique d’ambiance est agréable et la plage est magnifique.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Anlage Freundliches Personal Essen war sehr vielfältig Der Wellnessbereich könnte etwas mehr Ambiente vertragen.es ist zu laut wenn man sich nach der bezahlten Massage in dem relax raum entspannen möchte. Die Animation ist für die Tonne,sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Mann hatte das Gefühl das die selber Urlaub dort machen. Die sieht man überwiegend nur beim essen. Das Hotel eine klare weiterempfehlung.

We stayed 3 days in the Luna Blanca. Caters mainly for the German market, but unlike some of the hotels along in Side, at least most of the staff could speak a bit of English. Very clean hotel with co-vid safety measures in place. Just a pity not everyone followed them, both staff and guests. Food in the restaurants was varied and of decent quality, however it sometimes took an age to get served from bored looking staff. There certainly wasn’t any noticeable queuing system in place in the restaurant and there didn’t really appear to be enough staff to keep on top of the cleaning of tables. Overall, it was a good experience and we are booked to go back at Christmas.

Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Bar and entertainment are good . Meal times are very busy so better to wait for the rush to be over and eat a little later .

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Meer gebucht und bezahlt. Bekam es aber nicht. Auf meine Hinweise darauf am zweiten Tag an der Rezeption bekam ich als Antwort. Ich muss noch einen Tag warten und dann können sie wahrscheinlich etwas tun. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, Zimmer Upgrade oder sonst was. Bezahlt habe ich aber dafür( seeview) .Da wir nur 4 Tage dort waren haben wir es gelassen am dritten Tag ein anderes Zimmer zu nehmen. Finde solche Sachen sehr schade. Es hinterlässt einfach ein beschissenes Gefühl.

Her şey dahil yazmasına rağmen sıpa, hamam vb yerler ücretliydi ayrıca taze sıkılmış meyve sularınında ücretli olması kabul edilebilir değildi. Genl olarak diğer her şey güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgiliydi teşekkür ederim.

Buffet a volonté de tres bonnes qualités et diversifies. Snack (burger, gaufres, glaces) a volonte ainsi que les coktails. Serveurs disponible, souriant et competent. Hygiene irréprochable.

Sehr erfreut. Endlich ein Resort das exakt den Bildern entsprechend und sogar noch besser war. Das Restaurant hatte für alle viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten. Der Pool war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Auf jeden Fall bald nochmal.

Great place to stay, the hotel is 4 mins walk away from the private beech and well maintained. The service at the hotel is good, staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. The food selection can be seen as repetitive a bit. Overall, we (family of 4, two teens) had fun and would recommend this hotel.

Hôtel près des commerces, emplacement top. Superbe piscine (même si les transats sont été réservé dès 7h00). Pour les repas nous nous attendions à mieux. La wifi n’est pas terrible mais ça aurait pu être pire. Le personnel ne parle pas français . Pour la plage, tous les parasols ne sont pas installés comme sur les photos. Donc très peu de transat à l’ombre…

On a été en famille pour 8 jours j’aurais bien voulu rester plus!!😋 très belle emplacement pour celui qui veut profiter de la mer et le calme ,plein d’animations personnel très gentil ,serveur ,personnel du spa ferhat et photographe sado et ozi merci beaucoup le seul bémol la nourriture très peu variée et sans goût surgelé dommage et la laiterie tres très moyenne aussi pour un 5 étoiles ⭐️
