Great location and views. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Bed very comfortable and room fairly spacious.

It was not made clear that only the water on the table is free. We got charged for cold water in the fridge that you drink first due to it being cold!!

when we left our baggage at the lobby on the last day, the staff wanted us to sign something before reading it. he pushed us to sign and we felt uncomfortable. we would wish for a little patience for us to read it. other than that, it was very nice there!

Incredible location, with a great view of the dragon bridge and in walking distance to amazing food! Staff were friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable.

While the breakfast buffet included a range of different cultural choices, it lacked basics like cereal, milk and fruit.

chúng tôi là khách mới đến , ks đang sửa chữa , chúng tôi không biết vào ks lối nào , lẽ ra ks nên cho bảo vệ đón khách nhiệt tình hơn , chồng tôi bước xuống xe đạp ngay tấm lưới và trượt chân té rất đau , tôi sợ bị gãy chân nhưng cuối cùng không sao . chúng tôi được chỉ leo lên xe nhích tới một tí để vào ks ... bỗng dưng bị tuộc cảm xúc .

한시장이랑 정말 가깝고 조식 식당 뷰가 미쳐버렸습니다 그리고 생각보다 조식이 진짜 먹을거 많고 맛있었어요 ㅋㅋ 이 가격이면 진짜 괜찮은 것 같아요 욕실도 깨끗하고 좋아요!어매니티 알차고 벌레 없음! 아 선라이즈 호텔이랑 선라이즈 호텔 앤 아파트먼트랑 헷갈리지 마세요 전혀다르고 심지어 멀리있음 ㅋㅋ

에어컨 약간 부실해요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 창문 없는 방 생각보다 약간 답답할지듀... 사진 볼 땐 괜찮았는데 영원히 자게 되더라구요 ㅎ 욕실에 비해 침실 조명 같은 데가 약간 낡아보여서 그런가 먼지는 좀 있어 보였어요 저는 예민한 편이 아니라 그냥 자는데 빈대나 먼지 예민하신 분들은 좀 불안하실수도 있을 것 같아요

ハン市場の近くにあってとても便利です。ホテル費用もリーズナブルで朝食もついてて満足です。 昼間は観光してホテルは寝るだけの 方におすすめです。 夜中に空港に到着しましたが ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親切でした。

窓がないです。 寝るだけの方は特に問題ないと 思います。

朝食ビッフェは思ったより種類が少なく非常に残念でした。

Breakfast was awesome - lots of choices, a good mix of Vietnamese dishes and Western breakfast options. Location was good - right bythe river and close to Han market, money exchange, cathedral. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The mattress was not that comfortable - sunk in the middle and was not good for my back and neck. Bathroom had a shower that was too low - had to hold the shower head to wash my hair. It could do with a refresh. I assumed incorrectly that it was a non-smoking hotel, because the booking site said the rooms were non-smoking. However, there is a smoking area on each floor, very close to the rooms and you could smell the cigarettes from inside the room - possibly from the vents. I would not stay here again as this irritates my throat.

Хороший отель, отличное расположение на набережной реки, с видом на мост Дракона где мы с удовольствием гуляли каждый вечер. Магазины, рестораны, все в пешей доступности. Отличный завтрак с достаточным выбором, ресторан с прекрасным видом на реку. Уборка номера, смена полотенец, доставка воды в бутылках ежедневная. Имеются места для парковки байка и автомобиля. Два лифта работали безупречно. Хорошая шумоизоляция. У нас был ночной вылет, персонал любезно заказал нам такси.

可以完整欣賞龍橋，隔一條街就是漢市場很方便

facilities were clean. breakfast was good with a wide and varying selection of dishes (stir fries, soup noodles, bread, eggs), ample space and nice views.

hotel is located on a one way road, so we had to walk across the road everytime we had a 16 seater charter van. slight sewage smell on the smaller entrance close to reception.

ห้องอาหารเข้าปิดเร็วไปหน่อย ไม่ค่อยสะดวกสำหรับคนพักผ่อน พอขึ้นไปช้าอาหารเหลือน้อยและต้องรีบกิน เพราะ พนง. ทะยอยเก็บทุกอย่าง ยิ่งถ้ามีเด็กเล็กเดินทางไปด้วย ควรเลือก รร. แบบไม่รวมอาหารเช้า เพื่อได้พักผ่อนเต็มที่ แล้วไปหาทานเองแถว รร. ดีกว่า

・グラブのマップにホテル名が表示されず、近くのホテルで降ろさる。グラブのマップで乗車地をホテル前の路上を現在地にしても、タクシーと出合えない。 ・バスタブ付きだが、湯が10cm位溜まると後は水しかでなくなった。連絡したらスタッフが来て対応してくれた。10分待って湯を出すよう指示されたが、やはり最初だけ湯がでて、後はぬるま湯しか出なかった。湯船に浸かることは出来ない。 ・早朝出発なので朝食を30分早く摂らせて貰う確約を予約時に取っていたのに、レストランスタッフに伝わっていなかったようで、押し問答になり時間をロスした。 ・レセプション、レストランスタッフに笑顔がない。

Bel hôtel parfaitement situé au bord de la rivière Han. Nous avions une magnifique chambre panoramique. Salle de bain très moderne. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique, professionnel et efficace.

The view of the river and the dragon bridge was fantastic! Good proximity to many cafes and restaurants.

It was all a little dated. The 2 car air fresheners hanging conspicuously in the room didn’t help.

朝食はロケーションも内容もどちらも素晴らしくて驚きました。部屋も無料でグレードアップしてくれました。

Posizione ottima, vicino a tutto, e facilmente raggiungibile anche grazie al noleggio gratuito delle bici. La stanza era bella pulita ordinata e profumata, ma sopratutto silenziosa. L’unico hotel che ci ha permesso di riposare bene in tutto il Vietnam. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile.

Location was great. Very close to many places. Market was 3 min walk. Everything was very close. Plenty of restaurants, walking distance to beach front. New and clean spacious rooms. Friendly staffs, lift access.

Die Lage, nahe der Drachenbrücke, ist ideal. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Restaurants mit verschiedenen Anspruchniveaus. Das Personal war sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück im 9. Stock ist ausgesprochen reichhaltig. Unser Mietroller fand in der Hotelgarage eine sichere Unterkunft. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würden es ggf. wieder buchen.

Zwei Tischlampen waren defekt, die Bitte, sie mit neuen Leuchtmitteln zu versehen, ist irgendwie auf der Strecke geblieben. Das ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit.
