Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Vi er en familie på fem, med tre ungdommer, som var på togferie i Kina i 4 uker. Vi reiste med hurtigtog ca. 7000 km rundt i kinesiske byer, og bodde på mange flotte og fine hoteller. På Courtyard opplevde vi det desidert beste frokostbordet. Den beste maten fra både kinesisk og vestlig kjøkken. Nydelig lokale, stort og trivelig, hyggelig betjening og fantastisk god mat. I tillegg var det veldig behagelig at den hyggelige betjenten på hotellet var så flinke i engelsk. Da blir det mye enklere å være turist og travveler/ reisende.
Ingenting å mislike. Hotellet var helt topp.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026La colazione era buona e anche il buffet nel vicino JW Marriot è stato ottimo; il personale è stato gentile e la camera pulita e silenziosa.
Per i turisti individuali l'hotel non è in buona posizione perché è lontano dal lago e la metropolitana dista un chilometro. I taxi sono economici ma il traffico può essere intenso.

Colazione pessima, di occidentale poco e vecchio Pulizia scarsa Avevamo un bonus per frigo bar ma il frigo bar era vuoto, e quando abbiamo chiesto ,non capivano di cosa stessimo parlando Il peggior Marriot in cui ho soggiornato nessuno parla inglese come in quasi tutti gli hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Cina ma almeno negli altri hotel facevano lo sforzo di capire un po’ d’inglese ed erano gentili, non lo consiglierei, ci sono strutture a stessa tariffa ma di qualità superiore

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025La habitación amplia y las camas cómodas. Aunque las camas dobles podrían ser un poco más grandes. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a comunicarse de la mejor manera posible. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad, es muy completo y en un horario un poco más amplio que otros hoteles de China. Se nos perdió el peluche de mi hijo en algún cambio de sábanas y lo encontraron, y nos regalaron un osito de peluche como disculpa.
Al no pagar el desayuno al contratar la habitación, fue un poco costoso pagarlo a parte. Tuvimos que pagar un deposito de 500 yuanes al llegar que creemos no es algo muy común. Luego hicieron la devolución. El servicio de comida a la habitación es mejorable, las cantidades son demasiado abundantes y la comida puede estar mejor.

The room was a bit dark with the type of wood being used for the drawers and wardrobe. Also it was carpeted which made the room less cosy.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2024Stayed two nights at this property. The rooms have been renovated and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hotel is next to JW Marriott and they share the same gym and swimming pool (which comes with jacuzzi, steam and sauna) managed by JW Marriott. One of the better pools that I have seen in China with the changing room directly connected to the pool. Breakfast was decent. Would recommend this hotel as room rates are decently priced and it is centrally located in the heart of Hangzhou.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2024Stayed here with points. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Same building as JW Marriott. Check in and out process was quick and fuss free. All amenities provided like slippers, toothbrush etc. Location was convenient for us to get around the westlake. There is a bus stop about 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you straight to the west lake as well as main touristy areas. That being said you can also take a taxi. Couldn’t comment on breakfast as we did not bother to eat in the hotel.

Laundry service was slow... for which the hotel apologised... so - I can't really criticise too much as things occasionally go wrong. All in all an excellent hotel with lovely staff.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2024The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2024We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The hotel shares facilities with the JW Marriott next door, such as the wonderfully sized pool. Be wary though, you need a swim cap to utilise the pool, they sell one in their store on the pool floor. Our room was lovely, upgraded to the Exec Lounge floor, with nice skyline views. The lounge offered a generous afternoon tea and happy hour incl free flowing booze for 2 hrs each day. The breakfast was also lovely and tasty. Overall, recommended as it’s a great deal for the price you pay. Would happily stay again.
