It wasn't as close to the beach as advertised.

The room was very hot. I told the front desk and he came and looked. He then said he would send maintenance and nobody ever came. I had this room for 3 nights. I am not happy at all. I honestly wanted a refund and to stay somewhere else.

The free breakfast could have been better. No bacon, no egg, no protein. Just bread, waffles, and cereal. I needed more towels for four guests. They supplied enough for two. Windows need better curtains

The front desk staff was a scammed. She lied to me about breakfast being closed, and she did not reimburse me the 2 $100 deposit fees she charged me for after checking out she said I would get it back within 24 hours. Also, the few days I stayed there me nor my family ever saw the so called pool that was advertised.

Having to pay a deposit I wasn’t aware of before going on top of the cost of the hotel. I got the deposit back but it was still inconvenient and I had to pay an additional 40 for an early check in which was only 1.5 hours before

The rooms were dirty, bedding had stains. Floors had stains and dirt. One room never got cold and the door wouldnt lock. Breakfast consist of cheap foods and not alot of options.

Literally nothing

The place was not clean at all. The bed had a roach on the bedding. The other room that they ended up putting us in had scuff marks on the bedding. The floor was not clean. The towels had dirt of some sort in them. Not to mention the AC worked, but every time it would turn on it would have this irritating rattling sound that never stopped. The shower had no cold water. All in all for the amount we paid it was terrible.

The staff were friendly

The rooms had a strong mold smell and we had to change our room because both beds had big stains on the sheets, one stain looked like blood.There was two of us and we didn’t have enough towels and had to ask front desk , they should have come by and ask us. Breakfast was mediocre., for the price that we paid we should have gotten some kind of protein (meat) with our breakfast.Just all in all the room just felt dirty.

We got a room with the kitchenette, did not look like pictures. The room smelled very musty. The chairs to the table were all stained and old. The kitchen appliances and kitchen itself were all rusty dirty looking very very overpriced. Never stayed in a place this bad that charge so much.

Location was good and safe.

Unexpected $100 deposit was told as we arrived. There was no cold water from the tub facet, flea in the bed and saw a cockroach crawling up the bed too. Customer service was not too friendly.

We got there and we’re ready to pay and they charged us a 100 dollar deposit on top of the amount for the room. They said it’s refundable but takes a few days. The deposit was not listed anywhere on the website. There were a couple bugs in the room but nothing crazy. We had to go back up front to ask for a shower curtain because there was not one in our room. The bathrooms didn’t have any sort of ventilation either and were really hot on the inside. Also the AC units were leaking on the outside and most of them were rusted and the pipes were broken. The AC seemed to work fine while we were there though. Breakfast the first day was pretty bland but I didn’t mind it until the second day when they had not replenished or replaced anything. It was a mess and the door to the muffins/bagels was wide open the entire day so they were stale on the second day. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Right after checking out my fiancé realized he left his sunglasses and asked her for the key back for a moment. She basically rolled her eyes when she gave him the key and when he got back from the room and tried to give her the keys she ignored him. He tried to get her attention by saying hello and she wouldn’t look at him or take the key so he just left the key on the counter. We will not be staying here ever againc.

How continent and close it is to the beach. Friendly staff and clean amenities, and a very good price.

I liked the property

No mention of the $100 dollar incidental. When asking for receipt of the incidental not friendly. Only 3 towels for 3 guest. No hand or wash cloths. Door was not sealed properly. Bright light coming through the door all the way around the door. When addressed with staff they never came back when asking for another room. I don’t recommend this hotel at all especially for the price of $342.00 for one night

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds. I had very little sleep. It was noisy, people outside partying until 3am.

Easy check in & check out! Great customer service! Very expensive for a 2 star hotel, I paid around $425 a night for 4th of July weekend, they charge extra for every person. Has a regular continental breakfast waffle, cereal toast, muffins, and English muffins. There were baby roaches in the bathroom area. The room smelled like bleach when walking into it but the floor was pretty dirty. It is a 2 star hotel so didn't expect much! If there was nowhere else to stay again I would stay again😁 Last resort stay!

Breakfast could be better quality and quantity. Toaster did not work. The Breakfast room area had a mold smell and outside the room was a sewer smell.

Disappointed Excellent location, but cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities fell well below expectations. Disappointing stay.

Bugs- found a catipiller crawling across the pillows, bugs in the bathroom, a/c barely worked, 1/4 inch gap around the door that let in tons of light,heat and air. The breakfast room was cluttered with storage boxes. ALL the pics on the listing page are FAKE or AI, they do not reflect the actual hotel. If you need a dump to stay in- this is it. The room was so humid because of the door gap, they had a de-humidifier that had to be emptied out several times a day as well as the middle of the night or it would beep non stop. Will never step foot on this property again and will recommend the same to others. Literally ruined our “relaxing vacation” to an otherwise beautiful area.

I am writing this review to warn future guests about the unprofessional management and lack of accountability regarding this property and its booking services. I booked a three-night stay over a month in advance and paid approximately $500 upfront via OYO Booking. Due to severe weather conditions forecasted for that weekend, I canceled my reservation two days before the deadline stipulated in the booking agreement, fully complying with the terms. Despite this, I have not received a refund. It has been over a month and a half, and the situation remains unresolved. OYO Booking has proven to be the most frustrating service I have ever used; their support team has failed to respond to any of my inquiries, whether through their live chat or the numerous emails I have sent. Furthermore, my attempts to resolve this with the hotel manager resulted in a denial of responsibility. Given the complete lack of communication and the failure to process a refund that is rightfully due, I am now forced to seek legal advice to recover my funds. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise extreme caution before booking with this property or using this platform, as you may face the same lack of assistance should any issues arise.

The rooms are clean … they are very clean conscious… the staff is very friendly kind hearted and truly want you to enjoy your stay .., if you have any concerns they will remedy with out hesitation .. there is a continental breakfast available and coffee in your room … good value for the dollar .. the beach is just down the street and you can drive onto the beach .. fresh water showers available to rinse off .. a very good value for the dollar and there are a lot of choices to eat dinner close by .. very accessible has a clean pool with table and chairs available and very reasonably priced .. they earn their respect and they do a good job serving you … I absolutely recommend them granted it’s not the Taj Mahal but it doesn’t have to be .. the beds are comfortable and clean

That’s a tough question because I can’t think of anything to criticize… it’s clean and it affordable and it’s close enough to the beach so you don’t have to spend a fortune … you will appreciate their effort so honestly I can’t say anything that I didn’t like

Great location. The hotel itself is amazing. Very clean and roomy.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. The first 3 days were amazing. No issues. The last night the guests kept us up with their noise until 3am I called the hotel lobby a couple of times. And they did address the issue. However the noise continued.

We always stay here due to price, location and it's comfortable! They always take care of us and our group

This motel is close to everything. Just a 1/2 mile to the beach and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and the staff was really friendly.

Would've been a full 10 if there were some high-protein choices at the included breakfast, like hard boiled eggs.

Only half the lights in the room worked, TV's kept losing signal. Dirty towels and the "suite" was not what they are on the website!

The tub drained slow and the microwave did not spin the food, we were unable to use it.

No elevator. Would not give us a room on the bottom floor.

Handicap Room had plenty of room to move around, and bathroom extra big. We were aloud to wash dogs and shampoo was provided. Pool was clean and nice. Hotel personnel were extra friendly.

Kichenette, did not have a proper vent-a-hood that vented to outdoor, which caused room to fill with smoke.

The rooms are run down and the mattress covers stained. Also, the pet fee was raised from $30 to $50 dollars without our knowledge. When I booked the room, it was $30 and when I arrived less than a month later, it was $50! That’s a significant increase. Since I was already there with my family, I felt trapped to agree to the next price.

Lage ist gut. Personal war sehr freundlich. Badetücher sind täglich gewechselt. Zimmer ist genug groß für eine Familie.

Möbel ist sehr alt. Vielleicht neue Möbel ins Zimmer stellen.

The staff was very helpful and made checking in a breeze. Great stay, the beds are a bit hard but did the job. Breakfast was good, they had a variety to choose from.

The room appeared clean at first glance, but there was hair left in the tub, drain, on the towel, in the bed, and in the sheets. The floors felt damp. There was a sign saying a dehumidifier was in the room and we would be charged $300 of it was missing upon checkout, but our room did not have one. The AC unit would not work properly. I kept trying to lower the temperature and raise the fan speed but the buttons didn’t work more than half the time and the ac would just change back to the previous setting on its own. The was also a weird whiteish stain/spot on the sheets of one of the beds. I’m sure it’s a generally nice place, but it wasn’t a good experience for us. My truck was also hit in the middle of the night while parked in front of the front office, but their cameras were pointed at the ground and I was told there was no footage available.
