La chambre est vraiment très confortable, tout comme la literie, ce qui nous a permis de passer une excellente nuit. L’accueil a été parfait, avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’hôtel, très reposant. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied et profiter pleinement des alentours sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel !

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Super schönes Hotel mit ganz nettem und für Motorradfahrer verständnisvollem Personal. Gepäck entladen direkt vor dem Eingang, geparkt wird in einer nachts abgeschlossenen Garage keine 50m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Essen kann man direkt im Hotel (beim Einchecken reservieren, da begrenzte Platzzahl). Das Essen war sehr gut.
Als erstmaliger Gast ist mir das Finden des Parkplatzes unmittelbar vor der Hotelrezeption etwas schwergefallen. Statt einer Badewanne wäre mir eine Dusche lieber gewesen.

Se trata de una casa-palacio del siglo 16 donde cada habitación es diferente y todo el hotel está decorado con estilo barroco dispone de parking cerrado a 100m del hotel, aunque no hay muchas plazas y conviene reservar. Disponen de otras opciones algo más lejos y a diferente precio El desayuno es de calidad. Aunque no dispone de huevos revueltos, bacon o similar, si tienen croissants excelentes, embutido y pan riquisimo

Bathroom was a little dated and showing signs of age, shower was over the bath, and rather slippery when wet.

La salle de bain , pommeau de douche inutilisable ça fuit . Les toilettes collées au radiateur , compliquées pour un adulte même un enfant d' être assis bien , heureusement pas eu besoin de l' allumer sinon tu te brûle quand tu vas aux toilettes . La cuvette des toilettes retombe fort quand on se relève .

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026L’emplacement et le caractere de l’immeuble Situé dans le centre meme de Castres, rues principalement pietonnes, donc silencieux. Immeuble ancien magnifique aux chambres decorees de maniere originale (je me suis retrouve en Chine imperiale 😎)
Le batiment etant ancien il est a souhaiter de ne pas avoir des voisins de chambre trop bruyants ! Pas pratique ni concu pour personnes avec handicap moteur

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026La situation de l'hôtel au centre de Castres est parfaite. Le bâtiment, ancien, est très confortable et offre un environnement "hors du temps" très appréciable. Douche et baignoire!
Le sol n'était pas très propre et personne n'est repassé faire la chambre lorsque nous l'avons quitté en fin de première matinée, c'est dommage : du coup, pas de lit fait, pas de capsules de café ni d'eau remis.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Brilliant location, near the main square and Francisco Goya museum. Themed rooms were fun and tastefully decorated. Staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and hospitable. We travelled with a group to watch rugby, they kept the bar open on our return and celebrated the victory.
The bed in the Polar room is slightly short/small. This is a very minor observation, on what was a perfect hotel/weekend.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025The young woman who checked us in and then pretended that someone would carry our bags up the stairs - but actually did that herself - and then served the drinks in the bar and the food in the restaurant. She seemed to be running the place completely alone on a Saturday night - congratulations and thank you!
