Excellent location right opposite Leela Palace and next to Manipal Hospital, bang on the old airport road. Very close to the restaurants and pubs esp in Indiranagar and other areas close by! Very Friendly staff at the front office as well as the restaurant. There's a daily tea and coffee counter in the lounge area between 4 and 6 with light snacks - gratis for the residents - a lovely touch if you happen to be there! The breakfast was superb - at a level compatible with the best 5 stars. Excellent fresh entrees from quick eggs to Dosas, pancakes and waffles and a fantastic choice of buffet items in the bakery section to the Indian breakfasts and non-veg choices (loved the citrus fish bake!). Cheeses and cereals, and even fresh juice. Highly recommended.

It was a really nice experience staying here, the breakfast can be better for North Indians but housekeeping service is top notch, saurav, kamrul and asraful from housekeeping staff did a really great job

Property is good

Had booked a twin sharing room with 2 separate single beds. On checkin we were given the keys to our room. We found out that the room didn’t have the requested beds. We went back to the reception and they told us to wait, after 15 mins of waiting they again gave us another room with the same mistake. We spent nearly 30 mins late night doing this. The staff was not knowledgeable

This is a very quaint hotel with a lot of old world charm. However, once you enter the rooms, they are huge especially the suites with a Modern fully equipped bathroom! :-)

Very happy staying at Sterlings Mac Bengaluru. Food was delicious Room was kept very clean. Ashita from Housekeeping did a very good job in maintaining the room.

I've got severe food allergies after having dinner. Stayed 2 nights but they kept towel one day. Ok service food need improvement its spoiled my whole trip

I must admit that this was one of my best stays in Bangalore. I simply loved every bit of this hotel - its services, the room, amenities inside the room, prim and proper service and on point, the infrastructure and most importantly the location.

Very well maintained, well equipped & considerably large rooms, similar to some of the 5 Star properties. Very courteous & helpful staff. Excellent food served at the restaurant.

Location of the hotel is nice. Next to the highway & opposite Leela. The vibe of the hotel is nice. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious depending on where you stay. Mine was extremely cramped being a corner one but the others are bigger. The package offered was value for money and the booking and checkout was seamless. The service is excellent and prompt. The food spread for breakfast is also OK with multiple options. Only issue I faced was in the Gym where both the treadmills had problems. One made a weird screeching sound after a while and the other kept braking intermittently. Though I highlighted the issue to the customer service lady there, there were no repeaters within the next three days I stayed there. But if that’s not a priority, the hotel is a great place to stay in Bengaluru

It was a great experience with Sterlings Mac Hotel during my recent visit to Bangalore. I stayed in this property for the first time. Starting from their services like security team, reception team, catering team and on ground team, everything was great. The rooms were very comfortable, well-maintained, spacious and beautifully cleaned, which made the stay even more pleasant. The best part of my stay with Sterling Mac was the quality of food (Breakfast). I would highly recommend this place for accommodation. Environment of hotel was great. Location is prime. Cleaning is top notch. No noise. Value for money.

This is a local hotel so provided great value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast buffet.

The bed was very hard- not my preference so i didn't sleep that well. Also the hotel rooms are atrium style around the main lobby and it was noisy at 6am in the morning when the staff were setting up breakfast (lots of banging)

Not at all a good stay. In some rooms there are airconditon issues and some days they dont serve food at midnight so please confirm with the duty manager before you book your stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The general atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were clean and well furnished. It was good value for money. The service was very good. I had some difficulties with wifi and TV which were immediately attended and sorted out by the staff, who were very professionals. The restaurant was clean, very good with a good variety of menu especially from the south. The restaurant staff were very prompt and attentive to my needs and very helpful.

A little old as a property.

Good clean ambience and helpful staff. The overall stay was fantastic spl the F&B and Mr Umesh was very cordial and accommodating. The house keeping response was quick though the hotel is short of hand towels I guess with fresh arriving after wash daily at 6 pm only and not while the housekeeping was done. The only irritant was number of security persons on C floor and constantly asking you who you are where r u going etc. they are a nuisance to say the least. The swimming pool should have wire mesh net around it. There r hundreds of pigeons sitting taking bath in pool most times.

The fresh food served was also really good and definitely added to the overall experience. The access to the suites feels a bit disconnected at first, but it works fine overall.
