Rooms were so spacious and breathable it also had a balcony and even a bathtub which was very impressive. Too many restaurant options as well couldn't get to try all of them but the food was amazing the breakfast was good. And the staff was very very helpful and courteous ready to help you out anytime specially the reception team

We had a wonderful breakfast experience, and the food was superbly presented and beautifully laid out. A special thanks to Chef Rajesh for preparing such a delicious and well-balanced meal according to our health requirements. From the fresh salads to the delightful desserts, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent balance of taste, nutrition, and variety. Great place for staycation. Good food as well

Pretty good and nice stay with good service n nice ambience

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war ein ausgesprochen angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Beautiful beautiful property and was very serene. Rain made it so much more beautiful. Service food room everything was good

Nice and comfortable stay. Liked the hospitality.

e peaceful, clean, comfortable resort staff, very cooperative food. Good. Clock before location from my transportation

Had a great stay at the resort away from crowded hustles.

It was amazing.. spacious and clean rooms .. service was good Food was also good We wish we would have stayed longer

Staff is good, and hotel is huge, but their policies are not supportive. My booking included dinner, but I was not feeling well and requested room dining, explaining that I was unable to come to the restaurant. Instead of trying to help or offering any alternative, the incharge refused and told me to come downstairs to have dinner.

I am surprised with the room service. When I checked into the room, there were old towels and pillow covers. It needs maintaince at multiple areas Food is good 👍

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff was very polite and helpful. Drishana helps us for smooth check in and check out.

My parking experience was below average they did not allow to Park on completely empty area the hotel valets took lot of time I expect a more organized and convenient parking experience

I had higher expectations from this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and some maintenance issues were noticeable. Service was slower than it should have been, and it often felt difficult to get timely assistance. The food quality was average and did not match the price. While the staff was polite, the overall experience lacked the level of hospitality I expected. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the service and maintenance.

Very disappointing experience the room was not properly maintain

I expected a much better experience from a luxury property. While the surroundings are beautiful, the overall service did not meet expectations. Check-in took longer than expected, housekeeping was slow, and the room showed signs of poor maintenance. The staff was polite but not proactive in resolving issues. The food was average considering the price, and the overall experience did not justify the premium rates. I hope the management focuses more on guest satisfaction and service quality.

Best experience and good view rooms

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hospitality was good, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The food was also good.

Very very nice and good experience and rooms was very beautiful

I like all services or location is very good

Starting in the breakfast restaurant I was particularly pleased with the service from Manish, Umesh and Jatinder. Also the lady host on arrival was very pleasant. All were very attentive and also took time to help me extend my very basic knowledge of Hindi!! Your team members in the spa were also fantastic too. Namely Seshi and I don’t know the gym instructor but he was always on hand with a towel when I needed one! Reception were again very consistent and there for any of my needs. Lastly and by no means least are your room service/cleaning teams. It’s here where hotel points can be won or lost. Whoever was tasked with my room did a superb job and went above and beyond. Apart from the usual making of beds etc. the wires for my phone were even tidied. I also lost a couple of socks I had put on my balcony as they were wet after the gym and the wind had blown them onto two separate balconies below. I put these down to being lost as I didn’t want to go and start knocking and disturbing other guests. Your cleaning teams on their own decision collected them and returned them to my room. Attention to detail like this, the wires to my phone and helping me with Hindi may seem like small things but shows what an amazing team you have here.

The stay was very calm and pleasant, we also tried Tamaya Couple Soa! It was really great experience
