Radisson Blu Hotel, Greater Noida

everything good

all was comfortable

Room size is good Breakfast is nice

Most of Staff does not even have smile, they do not seem courteous compared to many places where service is the highlight.

The Hotel Staff were superb and were so welcomimg to the guest and were always ready to serve better. Thanks to the top management for nurturing them. The location was good as it was near to Venice mall. Rooms and Breakfast were very good. Special thanks to Mr. PRINCE, who always was so smiling and welcoming, a true PRINCE.

Nothing

The hotel is a fair distance from DEL airport, but travel time depends on time of day. If the Noida airport becomes fully operational, that may be a better option. The hotel is generally quite clean, the staff are quiet welcoming. Food options are also good, though there is only 1 restaurant and no separate lounge or bar. Didn't find the noise level high while in the room and was able to sleep quite well. There was only 1 real shocker. The room curtain was really filthy and completely covered in fungus (see photo). For a premier hotel that charges such a high amount, this is unacceptable. I got a throat infection during my stay and was wondering if it was because of this. Some of the shelves in the wardrobe were dusty and I actually had to clean them before putting my clothes in. Other than this, there were no other complaints.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. I would happily stay here again

Very nice staff and excellent breakfast choices

One of the best hotels in and around Greater Noida area. I've stayed here multiple times on my business trips. I find the staff very responsive, helpful and curteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Business class rooms are luxurious and are well maintained. The buffet breakfast at their restaurant has a fairly lavish spread. I strongly recommend this property if you're looking for a luxury yet value for money option in and around Noida/Greater Noida.

This was one of the best hotel stay till now. We also had breakfast which was extraordinary.

The rooms and the service was awesome and the breakfast was the most enjoyable thing. All over it was a great experience.

The hospitality of the hotel was amazing u was welcomed by the front office team which so professional and warm welcome I appreciate the team The brunch was wonderful the taste was mesmerising I really loved the food

Breakfast was good. Moong Dal Halwa was awesome.

Quality of Bathware is not good. Also the carpets in lobby are worn off. Welcome drink is too less a shot.

Everything

Well kept

We were given an information sheet regarding “slight noise” due to construction work. Was supposed to take important meeting from the room and there was literally too much of sound due to construction. Meeting was called off because of the noise, these meeting were highly important to me. The staff was like ‘please check the note on your table’. Giving this information on the reception so that we can choose at the moment of allotment would have been appreciated, also the note said slight noise that was nothing close to being ‘slight’. So, while leaving my experience was completely ruined. This was my visit right after my wedding for which Mr. Price was very nice.

Its a great hotel
