De badkamer, als je gedoucht had was alles nat! De airco was niet te bedienen en zoemde dag en nacht door.

E' un albergo low budget molto vicino alla metro e comodo per visitare Little India e il quartiere islamico. Essenziale ma c'è tutto, lo staff molto gentile, paghi direttamente all'arrivo, tengono i bagagli al sicuro dopo il check out.

Gestione dell'aria condizionata: quando togli la card, resetti il sistema che riporta la temperatura a 19°C (praticamente il frigo). Bagno a disposizione dei clienti che tornano a prendere le valigie veramente piccolissimo!

Honestly, this is very much a budget hotel and that’s all you get. Our room was not at all like the photos, and did not have any windows. The bathroom was not clean when we checked-in and had the most awful smell.

It’s just near to all the attractions.

Hotel Manager was greeting me. The basic requirements were complied with very well, and the room was comfortable and maintained according to the required standards. all went well

The location is quiet, and a non-smoking room facility is available.

I am most impressed with the great professionalism, empathy and help given by Jasmine.

This hotel room is clean, front desk staff are friendly. Especially Alvin, Jolin and Manager Jasmin.

Hanno dato camere senza finestre anche se sulla descrizione di booking non veniva segnalato. Non era possibile regolare l'aria condizionata. La stanza era nonostante 'aria condizionata molto umida.

The hotel is conveniently located in Little india, with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Good for short economical stays. The front office accommodated us in ground floor as per my request and gave us adjacent rooms. The hotel is hardly a few steps to MRT & Bus stand.

the price compared to the room sizes is very expensive. But this is Singapore. The room has no space for luggage storage. also AC settings are handled by the front desk. we cant change in the room. thats bad.

Emplacement pratique, personnel très agréable. La chambre convient bien.

Les chambres sont plutôt mal isolées, on entend beaucoup le bruit du couloir et d'autres chambres. Il y a régulièrement des odeurs de cigarettes, bien que l'hôtel soit non fumeur.

La posizione abbastanza vicina alla metro.

Stanze con muffa e puzza di stantio, assenza di deumidificatore e ventola in bagno fondamentali dove non ci sono le finestre. Polvere su mobili che si riappoggia dopo nostra pulizia a causa dei filtri neri impolverati della ventilazione. Specchi, mobili e pavimenti sporchi anche dopo richiesta di rifare la stanza al secondo giorno. Personale da formare: in 3 non riuscivano a completare la nostra accettazione e hanno dovuto chiamare la responsabile.

Windows are not possible to open

The location was beautiful. However, the room was very compact and had no window at all, which made it feel quite enclosed and suffocating, especially after staying for some time. I would not recommend this type of room for a longer stay. Overall, the location was a positive, but the room could definitely be improved.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and very nice staff always with a smile. Highly recommended Near MRT station
