Great location, friendly & helpful staff. Aircon was functioning and very much appreciated.

Room had no windows and very very limited space, not enough to store two large suitcases comfortably.

The location is very convenient. The Parliament, Supreme Court, One Fullerton (the Merlion), and Chinatown are within walking distance.

The location is super convenient, the room is clean and the bed comfortable.

Reception area is depressing, lighting in room is rather 'cold' and depressing too. Corridors are worn and gloomy.

The hotel was in a great location, close to train stations, shopping malls, food and bars. The price was outstanding for Singapore. The room was all I needed it to be, just a bed and private bathroom facilities.

Not much, it met my expectations.

Chambre propre et confortable. Accueil agréable et ménage fait quotidiennement. Bonne climatisation. Emplacement idéal à deux pas des transports en commun et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Position centrale dans Singapour.

Façade et décorations intérieures un peu défraîchies. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre mais nous étions au courant.

El tamaño de la habitación, se estropeó la cerradura y me tuvieron una hora en la puerta para arreglarlo. Cómo no podían arreglar me pusieron en otra , ninguna disculpa

Hotel location is perfect for nightlife ,which is easy to go to MRT or Bus. Clean bed , Clean toilet .

I think suitable for couple not for family because it small room size. I have 2 kids have a bit problem to take a shower. but It's ok.

The check in area was very stark and unsettling but the room was nice and clean. Bed was good but I couldn't get any sleep because of the thin windows and all of the street noise and building construction right next door. I would not stay here again because those are big issues.

The location was absolutely fantastic- easy access to transport, food and night-life.

Unfortunately the construction nearby, although there was a warning email from the hotel after we booked. We didn't expect it to be 6 days a week from 8am to 6pm.

Naapuritalossa oleva remontti aiheutti suurta meteliä aamusta alkaen, johon heräsi pakosta. Hotelli oli yleissiisti vaikka päivitystä sen sisustus kaipaisikin. Huoneessa myös muurahaisia joka ilta sängyllä.

Extremely small claustrophobic room. Very inconvenient if you try to work or use laptop. No windows. Each time I opened the door to enter the room I got a cold “shower” of water pouring from the air conditioner located just above the door. Perhaps it is considered a good value for money in Singapore, but in world standards it was one of the worst hotel I stayed.

Отель замечательно расположен. От метро идти минут 10, хотя в первый раз я пару раз свернул не туда. В буквально шаговой доступности барные улицы и набережная. Также без проблем пешком можно дойти до Марины Бэй и дальше - до садов. В номере есть кондиционер - только он и спасал ночью от жары и духоты. Касательно персонала - одна из девушек на рецепшне действительно вызывает вопросы, но к другим никаких нареканий нет! Более того, там есть милейшая горничная, которая настолько обо мне беспокоилась, что оставила мне у двери бутылки воды в пакетике, и всё потому, что я вешал знак «не беспокоить», и она не могла обновить мне воду в номере:)

Номер буквально крошечный, мне чем-то напомнил большую ванную комнату, в которую дополнительно занесли кровать, стол и стул) Впрочем, за такую цену я бы в этом номере без проблем жил неделю:)

The hotel and room was good, had everything I needed. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. There are lots of shops, restaurants and MRT station is close by. The hotel is very close to the sights.

Es un cuarto compacto, moderno y tiene buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando a Lau Pa Sat y al Merlion Park. Además está cerca de Rafles place.

La habitación era pequeña y la fachada principal necesita urgentemente una remodelación porque está sucia y vieja, la fachada que aparece en la foto es la parte trasera del hotel, así que espero que esmeren la próxima vez.

Positive. Convenience and price. Near to Chinatown. Clean and comes with facilities eg toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, body wash, slippers etx. Bed is comfortable and clean.

Room is very small. Good for transit or short overnight stay with minimal luggage.

Good location, AC worked well. Small fridge in room. Water pressure in the shower was good.

Could have been a bit cleaner, white sheets were yellow stained. Lady on the front reception was a little unfriendly when we checked in. Would have been good to have a drinking water dispenser available to guests.

Clean room, and the individual decorations were a win. I liked the pictures on the doors that matched the internal decorating - a good way to help people remember their room. Good location. Great value - quite a small room, but reviews made this clear, and I was willing to have that in order to save money. Water bottles in the room - a great benefit after an international flight.

Receptionist was brusque, but did answer my questions. No milk available for in-room complimentary tea.

Its in a pretty nice area in Singapur, everything is close. Check-in and out process is really fast.

We had some small bugs near to the bed. The place looks a bit old, some of the walls and the ceiling has some mold. And the receptionist is not really friendly.

Great location! Close to multiple MRT stations, in the city center, and relatively quiet street. Rooms are small but well insulated and clean. Staff are very friendly.

・クラークキー、ラッフルズプレイスという２つの鉄道駅から近かった（それぞれ徒歩5分と10分） ・シャンプーとボディソープ、石鹸が備え付けだった ・部屋の内装がかわいかった！

・小さな虫が冷蔵庫内と机の上にいました。私が紅茶を飲み終わったカップを少し置いていたからかもしれませんが、たくさん虫が寄ってきてびっくりしました （ホテルの過失ではないとは思いますが）

Very small, we woke up to a flooded room. Apparently the Aircon spills water 💦

Good location and easy to find.

Staff don’t talk to guests. They talk amongst themselves and give dirty looks when talking through.

Está ubicada en un sitio central. No tomé desayuno. Aunque la habitación es pequeña, los espacios están muy bien distribuidos. Las personas de recepción muy amables y colaboradoras.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des femmes de ménage et de la réceptionniste qui nous a gentiment changé de chambre et tout cela sans frais

Smell on the bed linen was terrible AC was interrupting for no reason with ambient air temperature blowing and very noisy At least for the price, I would have expected a clean and well arranged place.
