المكان جميل والأجواء كانت أجمل طاقم العمل متعاون ومتفهم ، حدثت لي اشكالية بسيطة في عشاء أول يوم وتم حله بإحترافية عالية كذلك وقت الخروج ودفع الفواتير وبعد المراجعة تم إكتشاف مبالغ زائدة وتم حلها على وجه السرعة وتقديم الإعتذار الشديد على ذلك. ايضاً تعاونوا بإضافة سرير اضافي بدون مقابل مادي.

Once you arrive at the hotel, it’s a gem, especially at the rates being charged. The rooms are comfortable and offer nice views across the lawn. The bar, billiard room and restaurant are wonderful. And the staff are entirely helpful and delightful.

The only downside is taking the walk back to the hotel from the town center. It’s not very appealing.

Amazing location, well maintained garden.. cozy rooms with soft bedding, balconies with beautiful views.. Staff members were friend and helpful with all possible ways, we will definitely visit again.. Jetwing will never disappoint with its offerings ❤️

Had a really lovely stay here for our honeymoon. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a nice, peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it. ❤️

A lovely stay in a beautiful hotel and gardens as was as being well looked after by all the staff with some nice touches to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. A fun evening playing in the snooker room with Kamal giving us the help to achieve some success!

Our stay at Jetwing St. Andrew’s in Nuwara Eliya was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a unique colonial charm, beautiful gardens, and a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly matches the character of Nuwara Eliya. The room was very comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We would especially like to mention Kelum at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a genuine smile, kindness, and great professionalism. He was always attentive to our needs and happy to help with any questions or requests. His warm and thoughtful service really made a difference and made us feel truly welcome. People like Kelum are what make a good hotel experience truly memorable. We would also like to congratulate the entire Jetwing St. Andrew’s team for their wonderful hospitality. A special thank you to Kelum for his exceptional service and for making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return one day!

Jetwing St‑Andrew’s is an incredible heritage‑style mansion hotel in cool‑climate Nuwara Eliya. Well‑preserved British‑colonial architecture, lush landscaped gardens and cosy lobby fireplaces deliver an authentic old‑world British highland getaway. Every member of staff is warm, thoughtful and responsive. The breakfast spread is plentiful and delicious, and the on‑site bar with signature drinks makes evenings relaxing. Rumours about supernatural noises are merely old‑wood creaks from this historic building. We enjoyed our peaceful, comfortable stay deeply and would highly recommend this landmark mountain hotel.

The location was lovely, but a bit remote. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very nice and clean and the giving of hot water bottles at night was a lovely touch as the climate is rather cooler than other parts of Sri Lanka.

What an amazing hotel in a great location. All the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are lovely and cool. Amazing big bathroom. It’s is an old style building and had a log fire burning in the evening in the bar area. Also has a large snooker table. Easy to walk into the main area.

I stayed at the Jetwing St. Andrews for 2 nights and I cannot fault the staff. They welcomed us with a little cup of soup which was peculiar but with the rainy weather it felt cosy and perfect. The room was set perfectly and my favourite part was towards the end of the day they left a hot water bottle in the bed! This area is high up in the mountains so is naturally cooler. This was our first time here and the cold and rainy weather was unusual to us. Do bring a raincoat and some warmer clothing for during the day and night. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff will go above and beyond for the guests making each on feel like they have thier own personal assistant. Thank you to all the staff of St. Andrews Jetwing. My experience will be shared to all my friends and family too!

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Nuwara Eliya and enjoyed our stay very much. There is so much to do both at the hotel and in the surrounding area. The hotel is located very close to Nuwara Eliya town, making it very convenient. The rooms are cozy, and the beds are comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice rooms and a calm atmosphere

The staff were amazing and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful, nestled among the misty hills of Nuwara Eliya. The food was the cherry on top! Thank you to all the lovely staff who looked after us :)

Location is perfect Rooms are cozy. Service was good and very hospitable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, however the hotel and grounds are truly spectacular. The food selection was really varied to cater for all needs. What makes this hotel special for us is the rooms are grand with beautifully high ceilings typical for this period and the service is second to none when it comes to looking after its guests.

Lovely heritage feel from when we arrived with welcome drink until we left. The buffet was over priced compared with other places we stayed. But they had a reasonable al la carts menu and we enjoyed a break from buffets! Not a budget stay- but if you enjoy being spoilt probably worth it.

Excellent Hotel . Great buffet breakfast and dinner. I needed a fridge to store medication and the reception obliged with a mini fridge. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Special thank you to Gowry who seems to be every where👍. Excellent location just a short walk from the township.

Outstanding place to stay. Very clean, comfortable stay with helpful happy staff. The snooker table is a bonus, and the breakfast is the best and most extensive I've seen, some (hoppers, omlettes) cooked to order. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and stunning place, furnished so stylishly and it felt like we were experiencing Victorian England times BUT with Sri Lankan hospitality, friendliness and openness! Loved it. I enjoyed the location The hotel location definitely reminded me of home.

I loved the old world charm and backdrop. The staff also were very friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and tasty. The proximity to Horton Plains is what makes a visit to Nuwara Eliya a must.

It is in need of renovation. The rooms a very ‘tired’. The floor in my room sloped toward the wash basin. The carpet in the hallways was worn and coming away in places.

We loved the quiet of the location. It was inviting and the room was lovely. Dining was very very good. The traditional Sri Lankan dishes were exceptional.

Our shower drain did not drain properly and we ended up with water on the dry areas making it a little slippery. Also water temperature kept going from hot to cold. Also there were no flyscreens on the windows and even though staff told us because we were up high and there were no mosquitos, we did find a few in our room.

Service og ansatte helt fantastiske. Komfortable, romslige, rene og fine rom. God kapasitet på varmt vann. God og prisverdig mat. Fantastisk frokostbuffet. Vi hadde en koselig afternoon tea. De hadde egen glutenfri meny - tipp topp for en med cøliaki.

Pretty property and lovely rooms. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

For the price point per night and rating of hotel, expected slightly more facilities such as gym, spa, pool which it did not have.

Rooms are very nice but there are no bright lights and your washroom are very small I think it should be large. The location was very beautiful . The staff are very good and the way of service is good and talking is really good
