We messaged for an accessible room on booking and they didn’t have one when we got there. The info does say on Request but we are both disabled and my husband cannot climb stairs. Facilities and accessible rooms are a necessity they should not be on request ! My husband walks with a stick with great difficulty . Booking .com should have this facility or at least tell us if an accessible room is not available. Fortunately the staff helped him climb the flight of stairs and carried our bags as we both had to hold the rail in order to get to our room. A hand rail by the toilet is also essential. We managed the best we could but it was extremely difficult. No air con was a nightmare. Nothing in bedroom or in the reception where we had the pizza and drink.

The room booked according to the Booking.com description had airconditioning. On arrival at reception we were told we would have to pay extra for the air conditioned room so we had a standard room with a portable fan during the heatwave. This was not sufficient as it was very noisy during the night. Also traffic noise during the night and early morning. Not a comfortable night due to the heat and the noise! Also no lift so be prepared to travel light and walk up the stairs to your room!
