Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Le calme car nous étions coté jardins . le petit déjeuner était parfait Le stationnement est un peu juste mais nous avons pu être à l'intérieur de la cour de l'hôtel
le fait de devoir acheter des bouteilles d'eau à la réception vu la chaleur .Un minimum eut été appréciable. De voir l'homme de ménage, le lendemain matin entrer sans frapper alors que nous nous préparions .Nous étions dans les temps pour libérer la chambre .Une information à mal circuler , je pense mais c'est hyper désagréable car nous aurions pu ne pas être encore habillé .

Hay cafés y restaurantes y un parque alargado pegado al río. El hotel bien y muy céntrico. El señor en la recepción muy simpático. Nos dio recomendaciones que valieron la pena.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Das Bett war sehr bequem und es war alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann hinter dem Hotel gut parken - auch mit einem etwas größerem Auto. Der Herr am Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Der Boden der Dusche/ die Fliesen müssten erneuert werden. Oben links in der Ecke im Schlafraum ist leichter Schimmel.

La reception chiude alle 20, sconsigliato arrivare dopo.

There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is no restaurant at the hotel. There was free parking and a buffet breakfast which was simple but tasty.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Excellent emplacement en bord de canal, avec promenade en contrebas ( idéal pour notre petit chien) et aire de jeux d'enfants de l'autre coté du pont ( parfait pour notre petite fille de 15 mois). Au calme et pourtant à deux pas du centre ville, du donjon et de la place des halle, pour petits restaurants et cafés. Accueil très aimable, chambres communicantes et lit bébé à disposition. Parking gratuit et sécurisé, très bon petit déjeuner varié
Baignoire un peu exigue dans une des deux chambre avec paroi en verre inamovible rendant l' entrée et la sortie à l 'intéreiru de la vasque un peu périlleuse

L’information n’apparaît pas clairement sur le site de réservation et le prix final n’est plus du tout le même au final. De nombreux hôtels facturent un forfait supplémentaire pour le nettoyage.

De bedden zijn uiterst comfortabel en het ontbijt (niet inbegrepen bij de prijs) € 14,- p/p) is prima! Voldoende keus. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

En de parkeerplaats achter het hotel met camara bewaking en slagboom . De weg over en je bent zo met een paar minuten in het centrum dat erg leuk was veel winkels en restaurants.

Op loopafstand van gezellige centrum van Niort. Vlak naast hotel is havengebiedje dat is veranderd in culturele hotspot met gezellige horecagelegenheid. Vriendelijke gastheer, prima ontbijt.

Il personale davvero molto professionale, cordiale, simpatico e disponibile a darci le informazioni utili per il soggiorno in città. La colazione ottima e abbondante. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026We found the receptionist very helpful and polite, the room was lovely and cool as there were very high temperatures outside, and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed. We found a lovely restaurant which served excellent food just across the bridge from the hotel. We were also able to have a parking space at the hotel. The bathroom was perfect and the shower was amazing.
The only downside was the television as it had a very limited number of channels but it did not really matter as we had our own electronic devices and were able to use the internet/wifi. I would mention that the barrier to the car park was very sudden and could be risky and it also did not stay open for long, but that was a minor issue.
