El wc separado del lavabo. Lo normal es que cuando termines en el wc te laves las manos, aquí había que abrir la puerta y entrar en el otro aseo. Muy incómodo y poco práctico. Sé que en Francia hay esa costumbre pero me parece mejor en el mismo sitio.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The hotel is in a good location if you're in Lourdes to visit the most well-known tourist attractions. The reception area was clean, bright, fairly modern and the staff were friendly. I was very pleased to be able to park my motorcycle securely in the underground car park.
My room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel and has other tall buildings directly opposite. The result of this was that every sound made in the street below was amplified day and night. The windows offered almost no sound insulation. In addition to this, during the hours of darkness, the front of the hotel is lit-up. Unfortunately, this meant that light flooded into my room throughout the night as the curtains didn't block it out. As such, I struggled to get any sleep.

Special thanks to Andrew and Brigette, who were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Our taxi was cancelled at the last minute, and we only had a 1.5-hour window to get to the airport. As soon as we informed reception, Andrew immediately called an alternative taxi and made sure we would not miss our flight. We were so grateful for his quick thinking and assistance! 👌😀 We also had a very early flight, and because my dad and the kids were extremely tired, we asked reception if it would be possible to check in earlier than the standard check-in time. They did their very best to arrange an early check-in for us, which allowed us to rest properly and enjoy our pilgrimage stay in Lourdes. Thank you, Eliseo, and huge kudos to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and kindness. You truly made our stay special! ❤️

Par ailleurs, les joints autour de la baignoire étaient noircis et mériteraient d’être refaits. La chambre gagnerait également à être davantage modernisée afin d’être plus en adéquation avec le standing annoncé.
L’accès au parking extérieur non sécurisé, ce qui est assez décevant au regard du tarif de 20 € demandé.

La distribución del baño y no funcionaba bien la ducha. Entraba mucha luz desde la ventana a pesar de las cortinas. El desayuno no es malo, pero podría mejorar. El parking del hotel hay que reservarlo y pagarlo aparte, no está incluido. Quizás habría que explicarlo mejor aquí en Booking.

The bar area is also very convenient to wind down in the evening. The A/C is also a blessing especially since my visits are always in mid-July when the temperature is unbearable.
There is absolutely nothing that I do not like about this hotel... maybe the fact that I only managed to stay here for 2 days out of the 4 that I was in Lourdes due to there being no availability for the full 4 days. Next year I plan to book earlier.

Heel erg duistere kamer, verlichting was ook maar heel erg sober. Er ging een licht 'muffe' geur.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Excellent location within easy walking distance of the Sanctuary. A television in reception relays broadcasts in HD from the Sanctuary. Very clean and comfortable. Not cheap but not extortionate like so much of the commercial part of the town. Very friendly helpful staff; particular thanks to Andrew for making our arrival so smooth. Good strength Internet. Parking at 20€/night might seem expensive but it compared favourably to the locale.
Our party of 3 had 2 with mobility issues and struggled with the short but steep incline up to the front of the hotel. In the exceptional heat, a fridge in the room would have been appreciated.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La ubicación, lo mejor del hotel. A escasos metros de la puerta de San José de la Basílica. El lobby es espectacular. Las personas de la recepción y los camareros que nos atendieron en el desayuno, muy serviciales y amables. El entorno para desayunar es muy cómodo. Estaba en la primera planta, alejado del ruido de paso de las personas, y te invitaba a estar cómodo. El desayuno buffet, sin pretensiones, pero tenía de todo y muy rico. Había tortitas y crepes (no solo crepés) y también salado. Lo básico, pero muy rico. Las camas muy confortables, las habitaciones nada ruidosas. Como teníamos dos habitaciones reservadas y teníamos la habitación contigua con personas con mascotas (por tanto, ruidosas lógicamente) nos movieron a otras habitaciones alejadas de las mascotas sin problema. Lo agradecimos mucho.
Por decir algo menor, si bien la habitación y el lobby es nuevo, los baños están limpios pero resultan muy anticuados, con baldosas de color salmón y poca luz, en comparación con el resto del hotel que es espectacular y que es lo que sale en las fotografías. La bañera resulta especialmente alta para entrar (en especial para personas de más edad puede resultarles muy incómodo) pero sí sé que tienen habitaciones con baños habilitados para personas con movilidad reducida. Por ello, no es que no nos gustara, es porque choca con la calidad de las otras instalaciones. Seguro que lo acometerán para próximas reformas.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Hotel and room are clean and spacious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available in the hotel. It is a short walk to the Grotto.
The atoulet has a separate room. Which is fine. But there is no sink which makes it a little inconvenient. You have to go to the Bathroom to use the sink. I just hope the cleaning department has a very good sanitation protocol.

That I didn’t stay longer! Mushrooms and tomatoes with the hot buffet would be a good addition.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The hotel is a short walk from the Sanctuary of Lourdes. It is extremely practical and feels safe even at night. There are multiple restaurants and shops just at the entrance of the hotel. The staff are wonderful. Kudos to the Manager Françoise for her professionalism, warmth and customer centricity. Thanks also to Andrew and Brigitte, who displayed amazing customer service and were accommodating for a pilgrim who came from very afar to do a pilgrimage to Lourdes. Many thanks for having played a part in making my pilgrimage to Lourdes an impressive experience.
There is not much to not like. The only improvement in the room would be a mini fridge. Otherwise, the room has all the necessities.
