Das Frühstück, die Lage, das saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem Seeblick. Abends und in der Früh genoss ich die Ruhe und den Blick zum See und sogar einen Teil der Stadt. 👍

This is our 7th time to Lourdes but our first staying in this hotel. We will absolutely return to this hotel. The location is located on the river Gave and near to bars and restaurants and most importantly very close to the Sancturies/Grotto. The hotel smells amazing on entry and is spotlessly clean in the main areas. Staff who checked us in were polite and friendly. Rooms were spotless and as a sufferer from OCD it really made a positive difference in not having to clean the room when entering with dettol/anti bac etc. I loved the hardwood floors (one of reasons we chose this hotel as carpets are so unhygenic) and that there was no decorative pillows or runners as they harbour germs and are an issue with my ocd so not having these really did help my anxiety and stress levels! The bathroom was a good size and clean. There was plenty of toilet rolls which were replenished throughout our stay and hand soap and shower gel was provided. Hairdryer also provided. Clean towels in bathroom and bath mat provided. Shower slightly small (my husband is 6ft 4 so tall) but again for 2 nights and 3 days there it was fine! The room size was good and the beds were extremely comfortable. We did request a double bed when booking but we ended up with 2 single beds but it didnt matter too much for the 2 nights we were here for. Plenty of storage for clothes etc and a good sized dressing table. Full length mirror was appreciated too. A few hooks behind the door for coats etc would have been useful.

We requested a double bed and had 2 singles ... it was fine for 2 nights we stayed. Shower slightly small for my tall husband but again didnt bother us too much and he managed.

j'aime cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années tout me convient, le personnel est très sympa et lors de mon prochain déplacement à Lourdes bien évidemment je réserverai de nouveau cet hôtel

nous avons passé un agréable moment le bémol était le jet d eau de la douche pas de pression et que quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait des cheveux longs noir dans la chambre et a notre départ ils étaient encore mais ça s est le service d étage et non l hotel car la réception elle est top et nous conseil je reviendrai merci pour tout

Very good location. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless.

Rooms are small, especially when sharing. No toiletries in the bathroom.

Le personnel est gentil et très accueillant.

La chambre. Ne reflétait pas le standing d’un 4 étoiles. La salle de bain , les serviettes, le gel douche. Bref en dehors de la deco extérieur , rien n’était au niveau des 4 étoiles. Même pas un 2 étoiles. Je ne fais pas souvent ce genre d’évaluation mais la déception est vraiment grande.

It was centrally located. Parking very close and free only 10 mins walk. It was basic but very clean and comfortable.

I think breakfast was a little expensive at 16 euros pp

Le style de l'hôtel (hall d'entrée et le bar). Le personnel sympathique. L'emplacement qui est très bien sur les bords du Gave .

Le prix du petit déjeuner (16€ par personne) est tout simplement honteux ! Nous venons nous recueillir et prier pas nous faire escroquer ... L'hôtel est beau mais manque d'une rénovation au niveau des équipements (coffre fort H.S, salle de bain veillote - une douche serait préférable à une baignoire pour les nombreuses personnes agées), surtout au vue du prix demandé pour une ville de pèlerinage.

The rooms were a little dated with wood chip paper on walls and ceilings. Could do with a makeover and a little TLC.

Lo mejor del hotel es que está cerca del Santuario y el edificio es bonito. Además, partiendo de que en prácticamente toda la localidad el alojamiento es de pago, enfrente del establecimiento suele haber sitio para aparcar (aunque insisto que es de pago). El personal es amable

La habitación es pequeña, aunque si es cierto que tiene todo lo necesario y que está limpia. Digamos que si vas a pasar el dia en ella te vas a agobiar. Pero si la quieres para hacer turismo está perfecta.

nous avons apprécié la proximité du sanctuaire;

la chambre très petite, pour un 4 étoiles pas de bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café, pas de produits salle de bains, un bruit incessant toute la nuit, la télé en panne, constatée par une personne de l'accueil,,,, sans suite !!!! Et le tarif excessif !!!

Chambre minuscule avec petite fenêtre d'angle . Salle d'eau années d'époque 90 , inondable. Mauvaise insonorisation intérieure. Pas de plateau de courtoisie ou de prestations normalement proposées en 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner composé de produits industriels bas de gamme.

It is prime riverside side location. Our room was in 4th floor with beautiful view at night time! Hotel is short walking distance to religious site. We have had a comfortable overnight stay. The beds and pillows are quite comfy. Breakfast did not dissapoint. The hotel was quite busy during our stay yet the staff especially, Ms Aya is welcoming and quite attentive.

It was an oversight on my side that I did not book for room with aircondition yet it is not an issue, as it was raining overnight during our stay so we left our window slightly ajar which made the room cooler.

Old style decor. Nice. Clean and staff lovely.

Breakfast too dear at €16.

Struttura accogliente e comoda, è vicina ai parcheggi e in centro al paese. Si raggiungono la basilica e la grotta in pochi minuti a piedi

The frontdesk staff were exceptionally kind and professional.

Breakfast was not exceptional. They shouldn't be serving those eggs. The room did not meet my expectation- They didn't provide a single bottle of water. You had to get some from the desk.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la gruta. Destaca la.atencion de Amandina en la recepcion , muy amable. La habitación correcta y limpia pero un poco pequeña. Tiene parking el hotel, es de pago pero tambien se puede estacionar en el parking público frente al hotel.

Pésima atención del personal del restaurante del hotel, muy groseros en especial el barman, muy mala experiencia.

Emplacement , litterie, propreté , un petit frigo aurait été le bien venu ,3 femmes à l'accueil, sourire, à l'écoute, et en cas de petits litiges sont là pour résoudre vos petits soucis, ça etait mon cas , réglés d'une main de maître, en un mot je recommande cet hôtel. C'est le top . Si je reviens sur lourdes je les appellerai à coup sûr. Alors foncez chez eux .

Chambres bien, mais pas climatisées et donc avec la chaleur de ce mois d’Aout, c’etait un peu compliqué. La pression de l’eau dans la douche au 6eme étage n’était pas top.
