We did not have the breakfast we left before it was served

The rooms had a smell to them

Check in was a little confused, not as smooth as I had expected having done a pre arrival check in. Had to return to front desk twice to get a room that was unoccupied. All worked out fine and room was good. Breakfast was underwhelming.

It was fine wasn't the best hotel stay, wasn't the worst. Continental staff very slow.

Your continental breakfast stagg was very slow, we got breakfast at 8 and their wasn't a lot out there at the time. It took forever to get things re- filled and many people were waiting on items. No juice cups, coffee cups were no where to be had, lots of food items were not replaced just very poor service.

Room was dingy. Only one coffee. Tv hard to use. Breakfast was poor quality

It's very basic. No services were provided. Rooms were not done daily, coffee pouches were given for only one day stay only. Others day were not serviced. Continental breakfast were very basic and many items had out of stock.

We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi

BED BUGS!!! Woke up an hour and a half after I had checked in and went to bed....awoke with large bed bugs crawling over sheets pillows and was bitten... killed one that had fed on me and blood all over....took photos and reported to staff night manager didnt care and wouldn't even refund money as I WAS LEAVING IMMEDIETELY AND NOT STAYING THERE ... Seemed like she knew of infestation and didnt care at all

Had potential to be beautiful place. The rooms were not the cleanest and the maintenance was not good.

Room was clean. Beds were good. Breakfast was the worst part. We got down there at 8:30 (breakfast ended at 9:00) There was next to no food left. Waffle maker was “broken.” There was one muffin left. One apple left. Just expected better.

Well the room was just a typical standard room, it was clean. It would be considered as to be an economical place to stay, the front desk was great to deal with when we spoke with her, rooms were somewhat quiet. Would I stay there again…well I would have to say honestly, no . In my opinion, it would be a good place for a quick overnight stay. Otherwise not much else to say about this property.

There was no coffee in the hotel, really, for the entire weekend, and the morning girl just casually said it would come on Wednesday. Really, I am sitting on Friday, what do I care if it comes on Wednesday ... Go to the store and get some coffee ... You can't have the hotel running without coffee ..

They should invest in painting the hotel's facade; upon arrival, it feels like a run-down, low-quality hotel!

For a older Hotel it was in great shape and kept up. It was worth it.

Very good for a night stay

I booked for a 2 night stay. Was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, I was booked in a mobility assisted room by mistake and tried to get moved to a regular room in case some guest would require this room. The Hostess at the desk at check in seemed really confused on how to do this, so I told her that if a guest were to require this room, I would gladly move. Additionally, I heard another guest ask the same Hostess for recommendations of where to eat and she said she would not recommend anywhere in Estevan to eat. I am sure these tired travellers did not appreciate that answer. Train your staff folks!! Secondly, after returning to my room after a 15 hour work day for my second night, my key card would not work. I had to get the Hostess to reprogram it. Then, upon entering my room, I found it exactly how I left it in the early morning. The bed was not made, the coffee was not replenished and no new towels were there for morning. I was too tired to make a fuss and just tried to get some sleep. When I went to check out on the 3rd morning, I noticed a sign that stated that housekeeping only cleans the rooms every 3 days. Huh?? When did this become the norm? If I knew that housekeeping was sporadic before I booked a stay, I would have gone to another property. Hire some staff folks or let people know this BEFORE they book with you. Won’t go here again.

Conveniently located and easy to find on our travels.

I booked on booking.com, did an online check-in, which means enter your credit card and photo ID ( drivers license) so you just pick up your key and go to your room. We were late check-in. Well the person at the desk would not accept that. Even with the full conformation email in hand. So I had to do the full check-in again and another pre-auth on the card. Weather it's booking.com or the staff at the hotel, but a total lack of procedure and communication.

Room furniture might need an upgrade. Spacious room with good setup and appropriate tv size. Every room may not have all amenities - I had to request for a microwave

I am sharing two pictures of our room. One was the smoke detector light was on but hanging down from the ceiling. The second one two pipes on the wall beside the be. A attendant had to vine both days to turn tv in only had the access remote not tv. The breakfast was good but had it get an attendant both mornings for the coffee maker snd no plates or cups. I think they need more staff the same little girl did the TV worked the front desk and had to restock the breakfast rom as well and to leave the front desk . This same girl had to come to the third floor to put our tv on each day. When we got there the room was 10 C had to have the girl come up shut off the fan we could shut off the air but fan kept running. Her comment was yes it is cold. She did an excellent job but needed to have more help felt sorry for her. The room only had one chair no table. It was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Frustrated by the stay at this Ramada. Room was missing both the fridge and microwave. Mentioned this at checkout and no solution or comp offered. The desk agent was nice but just left to feel like it was my problem that the room was deficient. I’ve stayed at a number of Ramadas but this one was one of worst experience.

There was no water - failed to communicate this to the guests and when we asked, we were told “it will be on when it’s on”.

I like the access handicap room on the first floor very desirable for people that have mobility issues and also the front entrance was welcoming

The room was very good. The breakfast was less then mediocre. The sausages and eggs were not even warm, we had to go through your cupboards to find juice glasses, on Sunday a.m. there were NO yogurts, your plastic knives and forks are of the cheapest varieties (not strong enough to cut and hold a waffle), no muffins or danishes.
