On checking in the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, telling us that room we booked was not available. I asked for a refund for the difference but she refused.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Andrew at the Front Desk was wonderful to speak to. He helped me with an early check in which I was so grateful for. Cynthia was wonderful as well in the breakfast room. Very friendly and hugged me when I was checking out. I will recommend my friends and family to stay there when they are in Estevan.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025N/A I had to be at the hospital early so we just grabbed an orange and a muffin for later, but it looked good what I saw.
The bar in the bathroom was too high in the tub and it was very difficult for us to get out. When you have four pillows on the bed there should be variation . I found them all too firm. One light burned out.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Overall our stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and a clean room. My issues were when we arrived we were demoted from my booked king bed to a double queen which didn’t make a lot of sense considering how few people were staying at the hotel. The bed was comfortable but incredibly small. And the rooms are so outdated. There wasn’t a single USB port to plug our phones in. We rarely tote out wall outlet chargers and simply pack the USB cord because we haven’t come across a hotel that didn’t have USB chargers. We were surprised to say the least.
