Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Das Häuschen war sehr nett und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Die Lage war fpr unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut.
Leider hatten wir beim Self-check-in Probleme - und wir waren nicht die einzigen. Es wurde uns zwar telefonisch weiter geholfen aber wir waren lange in einer Warteschlaufe. Es dauerte jedoch über 1 Stunde bis wir dann schliesslich die Türe zu unserem Häuschen aufschliessen konnten.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Lage ist super, In der Nähe bzw. unterhalb der Öresundbrücke. Herrlicher Blick auf Meer und Brücke. Sehr gut für spaziergänge geeignet. Waren zum 2ten Mal dort. Kurze Übernachtung auf der Rückreise nach DE.
Dusche etwas in die Tage gekommen, könnte sauberer sein., riecht etwas muffig. Jedoch für 1 Übernachtung ausreichend.

Vensterbanken vol met stof en beestjes, plinten vies, keuken niet schoon, afzuigkap erg vettig en stoffig, aantal pannen klopten niet, gordijnen slaapkamers hingen los en gingen niet dicht (zelf opgelost met aluminium folie tegen het raam). Receptie erg vroeg dicht voor zo grote camping.

Müllplatz direkt an der Hauswand: Gestank, Lärm, Wespen --- Müll-Lkw während des Frühstücks .. Terrasse zur Straße, Durchgangsverkehr, keine Halterung für WC- Papier, fehlende Ablagen in der Dusche, verstopfter Abfluss beim Waschbecken, keine deutschen Fernsehsender, Check-in Infos per SMS: vorherige Infos per Email ...eine Ankündigung dass man eine SMS erhält wäre sehr hilfreich

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Vi har været hos First Camp rigtig mange gange, men syntes at standarten er meget faldende. Desværre beskidt, men spindelvæv både ude på terressen og inde i lejligheden. Lyset over bord virkede ikke. Manglede bagsiden af fjernbetjeningen. Beskidt på badeværelset. Køleskabet i vores venners lejlighed slog til og fra hele tiden.
Manglede grundigere rengøring.

Mäuse Ausscheidung im Schrank, Ratten und (Kaninchen) auf dem Gelände. Betten von schlechter Qualität, Doppelstock Bett, oberen Betten sah man wie alles Kaputt war. Fensterriegel in Schlafkabine auch Kaputt.

Il Cottage era molto sporco, i coprimaterassi molto sporchi, molte attrezzi erano rotti come un coltello, il lavandino, il telecomando, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Nonostante io abbia chiesto alla reception di risolvere i problemi questi non sono stati risolti. Alla reception lo staff non è stato cordiale. Il Cottage era molto trascurato ed era facile essere visti dai vicini. Nel cottage non c'è né una scopa né il asciugacapelli . Molti servizi erano a pagamento tipo il minigolf , la palestra, le biciclette

Hacia un poco de calor dentro, teníamos que abrir puertas y ventanas para renovar el aire dentro de la cabaña. Algunas duchas estaban tapadas, el agua no corría bien

Vi hamnade precis framför lekplatsen så när vi satt på uteplatsen fick vi in bollar på oss. Vi har en blind hund som var med, hon blev mycket rädd när bollarna hamnade på vår uteplats. Det fanns heller inget parasoll på uteplatsen. Kontentan blev att vi inte satt ute. Vi kunde själva bett om att få byta stuga men gjorde inte det. Kanske personalen ska fråga de som bokar om de har barn?? Får oss blev det ingen bra placering.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Dobre kempingowe warunki. Domek na 4 osoby na jedną noc wystarczający. Materace miękkie. Kuchenka, czajnik elektryczny, odkurzacz - działające. Łazienki wspólne, ale zaopatrzone w papier i mydło, czyste. Miejscówka blisko plaży z widokiem na most Ostersund - szczególnie wieczorem warte oglądania. Do mostu samochodem ok 10 minut, więc rzut beretem do Kopenhagi.
Jak na warunki kempingowe - nie można się do niczego przyczepić.

Das Haus war in einem extrem schlechten Zustand. Wir haben eines der großen Häuser mit 40qm gemietet. Das Haus war verwohnt, vieles kaputt, vermackt und dreckig. Auf die Sauberkeit haben wir die Rezeption direkt angesprochen. Man schickte uns zwei Damen zur Kontrolle. Die zuckten nur die Schultern. Mikrowelle war defekt, was für uns bei einer Übernachtung nicht schlimm war. Ein Fenster war defekt, ließ sich nicht öffnen. Hier war ein Hinweisschild als Info angebracht. Die Liste ist lang: Flecken auf dem Sofa, Brandlöcher im Stuhl, Terrassenmöbel abgenutzt. Servicehaus haben wir nur einmal benutzt, da.eigenes Badezimmer. Das war jedoch auch dreckig, WC verstopft.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The location of our accommodation was beautiful. It was right across the bridge, close to the water, which was great. However, on the day we checked in, Sunday, August 2nd, at 7:30 pm, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Their behavior and attitude were definitely not normal, probably because we were foreigners. They didn't help us with the baby cot either. The next day, August 3rd, the staff member helped us very politely. Generally, there are a lot of spiderwebs and spiders on the outside of the building. We saw a few spiders in the first section as well. The location is very nice, though. The bungalows turned out to be a little different than expected. In terms of cleanliness and spiderwebs...
I think the staff, especially the short, blonde employee on duty at 7:30 PM on August 3rd, should be trained on how to interact with customers. Also, cleaning the excessive spiderwebs outside the bungalows will prevent spiders from getting inside. In terms of cleanliness, a little more attention could be paid to the exterior.

We arrived on Sunday evening and the park around was full of people and trash and garbage everywhere🤦🏼♀️ Our room looked like was not clean properly before. Value money I think is quite expensive, since we have to pay on top: bed linen/ towels, plus clean in order not to be charged for cleaning. I think, it is quite a lot. No cleaning article were available to clean properly, ex. The toilet. A huge refrigerator, tv.

The stay was fine, but a few things could be improved. We didn't realize that the bathroom was shared, and it would be a good recommendation to add a hairdryer for guests. We also noticed some bugs, like ants and spiders, in the cabin.

Alt for dyrt at spille minigolf det skal der rettes op på. Der kunne godt være flere udendørsstole på terrassen der var en. Men alt i alt er det et rigtig godt sted for pengene . Nemt at komme rundt . Venligt personale . Det er absolut ikke sidste gang vi kommer på denne camping.
