Die Elektrik scheint etwas defekt. Ein Föhn wäre schön ! Terrassentür sollte "instand" gesetzt werden. Ggf. Tassen mit Henkel, damit man sich die Finger beim Tee Trinken nicht verbrennt.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Die Unterkunft war direkt am See gelegen. Die Gaststätten und das Zentrum waren in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung in der Ferienwohnung war ausreichend.
Das Bett war für 2 Personen sehr schmal. Die Wände waren feucht und die Heizung konnte nicht höher gestellt werden. Vom Personal haben wir keinen gesehen.

Reviewed May 27, 2026The house was very comfortable and clean. It's close to a bus stop about a 10-minute walk and the beach is only about a 7-minute walk away. If you bring your dog, there's a very large park nearby.

Zu Kleiner Parkplatz, kein Fenster vorhanden, das man hätte öffnen können, Tür zur Terrasse defekt deshalb konnte Sitzfläche draußen nicht genutzt werden, die ebenfalls sehr klein ist und es kommt keine Sonne hin, Bett zu klein 140x 190/200 cm und Matratze/Auflagen unbequem, Ameisen im Eingangsbereich. Die Ferienwohnung sieht rundherum noch unfertig aus. Bilder stehen an den Wänden und verdecken dadurch die unfertige Elektroinstallation, Küchengeräte konnten nur mittels Mehrfachsteckern benutzt werden, der große defekte Schrank dient als Raumteiler und man fühlt sich als schläft man im Keller. Ein Haus weiter in dieser Str. werden die Räume von unserer FeWo als Garage genutzt:(

Odore sgradevole, letto posizionato in un corridoio senza finestra, la porta finestra nello spazio "sala" era rotta con cartello " non aprire", le prese di corrente non erano in sicurezza.Le lenzuola sul letto erano completamente stropicciate e non si capiva se fossero pulite.

Absoluut aan renovatie toe! Heel veel was kapot en niet bruikbaar. Kast was kapot, schilderijen kapot, terrasdeuren kapot, bedden versleten, stoelen aan de "tafel" zeer oncomfortabel, bank versleten en doorgezeten.... we hadden deze locatie geboekt voor de heenreis en de terugreis, maar terugreis geannuleerd en een andere geboekt.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026The area is quiet, close to the sea, with plenty of green spaces nearby, and it is well connected by public transportation. Overall, it offers good value for money, and communication with the owners is good and easy.
I think that some small essentials, such as a hair dryer, should be available in the accommodation. Also, perhaps some cooking oil for food preparation.

Det mesta i lägenheten är trasigt/smutsigt, icke fungerande! Exempel: Kök med högt köksbord men med för låga stolar, ingen köksfläkt, inga fungerade spotlight i taket. Enda ljuskälla i köket är en golvlampa som är trasig med glapp i kontakten. Dusch med möglig(?) duschraka, även den är trasig o pedalhink+duschdraperi har smuts/rost. Spotlight i badrummet är ej tätat, så vattenstänk från dusch- kan innebära fara. Summering: Det sämsta boendet vi någonsin gästat! Värden verkar ha noll engagemang att göra lägenheten mysig o framförallt säkert funktionell. Most of the fixtures and fittings in this apartement are damaged or non- functional. The host seems to have zero commitment to making the aparement cozy and, above all certainly functional.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025the apartment is an extension of the neighboring house (a former garage?). The works inside look a DIY job, made by somebody with limited skills. Moreover, some not so minor details show a careless attitude to the customers/guests. Examples: 1- the lights. There are several ceiling lights in the 3 rooms, but only 2 switches. One of them, close to the bathroom, operates no lights. The remaining one, in the bedroom, activates some of the lights in the sleeping and living areas. No way to switch on the lights in the kitchen. The situation has been already commented by other customers in 2023, 2+ years ago. and nothing been done by the host... 2- to compensate the above, there is a standing lamp in the kitchen, a table lamp in the sleeping area (note: a double bed, one table lamp only...), and a standing lamp in the living area. Nothing else. 3- the curtains in the living room to the terrace: this is a masterpiece. The DIY guy cannot get it strait. See the pictures. 4- the cupboard: the sleeping and living areas are separated by an IKEA style cupboard, with its rear facing the bed. The view of the cardboard has been 'improved' by gluing some white textile on it. On the other side, one of the sliding doors has a broken glass, 'fixed' by means of an adhesive transparent plastic sheet, already peeling off. 5- the said cupboard cannot be used: half of it has been filled by forcing inside 2 mattresses that prevent the opening of the sliding door of the other half. 6- the bed: it is small. barely accommodates two adults. we didn't use the kitchen and the shower. They might be in better conditions than the rest......

Keukenbenodigheden vrij beperkt, bewerkelijke voor- en tuindeur. Afmeting tuin In werkelijkheid kleiner dan op de foto. Locatie toch anders dan beschreven (niet aan het strand, wel vlakbij).

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Чисто. Тихий район. В домике есть все необходимое, одна большая двухспальная кровать и 2 односпальные ( но это все в одной комнате , разделенной перегородкой в виде шкафа). Своя бесплатная парковка перед домом и своя терраса за домом. В пешей доступности море и замечательный вид на мост. Ключи мы получили по коду.
