객실 냄새

청결도가 살짝 아쉬웠음. 향에 예민해서 그럴수도 있지만 샤워부스를 열었을 때 오래된 곰팡이 냄새같은 게 느껴졌음.

The room was super comfortable, bed was amazing and the bathroom was 10/10.

Little far from the city center.

지하주차장이 여유가 있었고 위치도 좋았고 twin침대였는데 침대 사이즈가 넉넉했고 청결했다 직원들도 매우 친절했다 조식은 가짓수가 아주 많진 않았으나 한식양식이 다 있었고 맛있었다

세면대 수도꼭지가 높아서 물이 좀 튄다⁹

룸 상태가 최상이였습니다.

Very friendly front desk staff. Two young ladies were so helpful.

The location was in a business district and that wasn't optimal. My main thought was that the internal amenities were too expensive.

Staff are really friendly and kind. The room and facilities are excellent.

쾌적하고 좋았습니다 위치와 뷰가 좋았습니다

조식먹었는데 음식이 별로였습니다. 9시 이후에 갔는데 음식이 없는 것도 있고 메뉴와 다양성이 낮았습니다.

There is nothing negative I could say about the property. The room was a lovely size, bed was very comfortable. The staff were fantastic and incredibly good. Max, the manager was exceptionally helpful, thank you Max. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The food was also gorgeous. It is not close to the Center of the city but it is close to a subway - approximately 8 minute walk and it is only a few stops from the Asian Culture Center. Plus, if you prefer to take a taxi, taxi fares are cheap and easy to get via the hotel or Uber . The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are other good restaurants in the vicinity. We would definitely stay there again.

It was just slightly out of town but that didn’t bother us.

衣櫥門上有細刺，被刺到手

김대중센터역에서 대로를 따라 걸어가면 쉽게 나옵니다. 5성급에서는 드물게 1층에 있는 편의점이 편했고, 맛의 고장답게 조식의 가성비가 높았습니다

622호에 흡연자가 다녀간듯 묵은 담배냄새가 나서 힘들었습니다. 창문은 당연히 안열리지요. 방 이동이 귀찮았고 단 하루라서 참았습니다. 또한 USB 잭이 죄다 먹통이라 프론트에서 충전기를 빌렸습니다.

방이 깔끔하고 넓고 가성비가 좋았습니다.

1박 더 머무르고 싶었는데 만실이라 아쉬웠네요.

조용하고 여러 공원들이 주변에 많아 산책하기도 위치적으로 좋음.

사우나 편의시설을 이용하려면 따로 돈을 또 지불해야하는점과 피트니스 기구가 다소 아쉬움.

화장실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심해요 ㅜㅜ 주변에 아무것도 없음..

공연을 보러 김대중컨벤션센터에 갈 때 바로 길만 건너면 되어 매우 편리했음

침대가 진짜 넓고 침구들도 너무 좋았음~시설도 깨끗하고 방 크기도 넓고 좋았음~위치가 안좋게 생각하면 애매하지만 좋게 생각하면 어느쪽으로든 진출하기 괜찮은 위치.

가격대기 룸 컨디션이 조금 아쉬움

깔끔하고 넓은 방. 훌륭한 뷰(10층). 예식장 바로 옆 위치함.

전체 소등버튼이 입구쪽에 있어서 한참 찾았습니다... 보통 직관적으로 방 한가운데, 혹은 거실등 바로 아래에 있어야 하지 않을까요? 그리고 호텔 수영장인데 굳이 수모를 꼭 착용하게 해야 하는지 의문입니다.

조식이 매우 맛있습니다.

침구랑 방에서 좀 냄새가 났습니다.

침대,베개 모두 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 객실 내부도 청결했습니다. 욕실이 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 위치가 김대중컨벤션센터 앞이라 찾기가 편했습니다. 주차장이 넓어 좋았습니다.

9층에 머물렀었는데 복도에서 찌린내 비슷한 냄새가 났습니다.

It’s quiet and peaceful environment around the hotel. Only a short stroll to the subway. There’s interesting cafe and restaurants nearby which we enjoyed a lovely dinner. Although it’s not central but I don’t feel the inconvenience since it’s very near to the KTX station, and airport which serve my purpose. There’s also a brand outlets mall within walking distance. The bedding is comfortable and expected of a 5 star hotel.

The lobby can be refurbished to live up to the international brand, it feels a little tired and basic.

김대중컨벤션센터 가깝고 지하철역 가까움 침실 청결함. 편의점 호텔 카페 이용 편하고 가격 저렴.

일회용품인 빗 칫솔치약 샤워수건 없음 일회용품 비치되지 않았음을 숙지 하지 못한 나의 불찰.

매우 깨끗하게 청소가 되어 있었고 가격대비 침구 상태가 매우 훌륭합니다.

12월 방문했는데, 단 하나 이해할 수 없는 점은 각 방에서 온도를 컨트롤할 수 없다는 점이었습니다. 방이 너무 더웠는데 에어컨이 가동되지 않아 내내 선풍기에 의존해야 했습니다.

Nice hotel a bit outside of the city center

Ansprechender Eingangsbereich, freundliches Personal, Die Zimmergröße war ok.

Kein Bild im Zimmer, dafür wohl ein Spiegel, der nicht benutzt werden konnte, da er an der Längsseite eines Bettes an der Wand hing. Der Teppichboden hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

냄새 개선 시급함

Camera grande con cuscini e materasso comodi. Buona la piscina con temperatura acqua ottimale Davanti alla finestra della nostra camera c’erano le tubazioni dell’aerazione che facevano un rumore costante.

La sera mancava un ristorante per poter mangiare

조식이 아주 풍부하였습니다. 또한 처음에 환불 불가 로 예약하였지만 일정 변경으로 인해 환불하고 다시 예약 하게 해달라고 요청드림에 흔쾌히 응해주신 직원 분 감사합니다.

광주에는 이만한 데가 없는 듯. 전체적인 시설 깔끔하고, 객실도 쾌적하고, 조식 퀄리티도 괜찮은 편

가성비가 좋진 않다. 가격 생각하면 이 정도 수준은 당연. 호텔 위치가 다소 외진 편이라 근처에 커피 파는 데가 없다 보니 로비 층에서 아메리카노 한 잔에 12100원에 팔고 있음 (투숙객 할인 받아도 만원 넘음)

침대는 편안하고 깊이 잠들수 있었습니다.

인근 주변 숙소들에 비해서 가격은 높은데 객실 내 편의시설이 부족합니다.

Personnel très gentil, serviable et professionnel. Installations de qualité et séjour très agréable.

Le buffet de petit déjeuner est immense mais de qualité moyenne, gagnerai a réduire l'offre pour gagner en saveurs. Le gaspillage de debarassage est gênant.

Très confortable, le personnel au petit soin, pas trop loin du métro
