Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Sure — I’d add it as a personal local tip near the end: I had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Tuy Hoa. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay even more relaxing. One thing I particularly appreciated was the range of complimentary services offered, adding great value to the overall experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. And one little tip — don’t forget to try the draft beer at the nearby restaurant! It’s definitely worth a visit and a nice way to unwind after a day exploring Tuy Hoa. Overall, TUI BLUE Tuy Hoa is a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tuy Hoa.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Vị trí hơi xa biển nhưng yên tĩnh và có hồ bơi. Gia đình mình rất thích suất xông hơi được tặng kèm, thư giãn và giảm nhức mỏi rất tốt. Gia đình mình hoàn toàn hài lòng với khách sạn này.
Không có điểm gì để chê cả.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026A truly 5-star experience in Tuy Hoa, starting right from the beginning with a very warm welcome from the bell desk and reception. Everywhere in the hotel, the staff—whether receptionists, bellmen, security, housekeepers, spa therapists, pool attendants, or managers—always greet guests. This really makes a difference compared to other places. We stayed here with two other couples, and they both gave the highest scores to this hotel. We will definitely be back next time we return to Tuy Hoa. Thank you very much for such excellent service. The hotel should be proud of every single staff member. They are true diamonds, demonstrating genuine hospitality!

Bể bơi thoáng rộng sạch sẽ,nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình, có phòng xông hơi rất đáng trải nghiệm,rất thú vị, ăn sáng ngon lắm,món nào cũng rất ngon dù mình là người kĩ ăn. Mẹ mình bảo lâu lâu chạy ra Phú Yên chơi và đặt lại chỗ này nhé. Nghe nói tầng thượng có ăn pizza hay cà phê j đó,mà về nhà mới biết. So với giá thì quá rẻ nhé. Chắc chắn sẽ quay trở lại.

Thang máy không hoạt động tốt, chất lượng thang máy hơi ọp ẹp. Có bị lỗi Đồ ăn sáng thứ 7 Ok, còn sáng cnhat dời lên lầu 1 khách đông hơn mà đồ ăn còn ít hơn, đồ ăn dở hơn, ít món hơn. 10h30 sáng mới hết buffet mà 9h kém ghé ăn đã hết nhiều món (hết sup, hết bún bò…)

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Kính gửi: quý khách sạn Tôi đến đây ngày 25/6/2026 cũng là lần đầu nhưng tôi thật sự thất vọng vì nhân viên làm việc tại phòng xông hơi, tôi để quên cái chìa khóa phòng trong tủ đựng đồ cá nhân số 9, nhưng khi quay lại xin vào lấy được nhân viên tiếp tân trực tại quầy báo mất đề nghị đóng phí 200.000 đ, tôi đã đóng nhưng tôi nhận xét nhân viên không trung thực, không bảo vệ tài sản cho khách hàng, tôi xin nhận xét đề quý lãnh đạo khách sạn biết về trường hợp này, xin cảm ơn

Frühstück s.o., aber die Auswahl bot zu wenig "westlich" für ein internationales Hotel (Eier, Toastbrot). Schreiende Kinder auf den Fluren und im Frühstücksraum. Lage etwas abgelegen, aber immerhin gibt es 11:00 und 16:00 ein Shuttle ins Zentrum.

The Jjimjilbang was a source of delight and I could have spent my whole 4 days there! I'll certainly be back for more. Thank you to the entire team.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025Tất cả đều tốt - trừ dịch vụ ở lầu 2 - Trước khi xuống gội đầu dưỡng sinh mình đã gọi điện trước. Mình có nói là mình xuống liền -lễ tân OK và ko nói gì. Tới khi xuống tới nơi thì đợi 15’ . Đợi lâu quá mình quạo mình có hỏi đợi bao lâu nữa thì bạn nhân viên nam kêu đợi 30’ nữa. Nếu ngay từ đầu nói mình đợi tầm đó thì sẽ khác. Nhân viên không linh động - không chủ động . Làm dịch vụ như vậy là quá tệ.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Wow, what a beautiful hotel 😍 We stayed here for 3 nights whilst motorbiking round Vietnam 🇻🇳 The hotel was perfect to chill for a few days with a great pool, lovely restaurant and the staff were amazing 🤩 We felt like the only guests and were spoilt rotten. The rooftop bar has great views and is perfect for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Cannot recommend this hotel and their lovely staff enough, would definately return. Thanks for a fab 3 days! ⭐️
