Phenomenal experience here at Sala Grand! I booked the Pacific Ocean Double with balcony, the room was enormous, huge bed, beautiful bathroom, ocean view was amazing! So many details have gone into this room, from the 3 mirrors, wardrobe, shelving and the multiple lighting options, this room really felt like a luxurious stay! There are 3 elevators that are all very fast. The restaurant was gigantic and the breakfasts had so much variety! The rooftop pool was always clean, lifeguard on duty, and the bar/restaurant at the top floor was great - the food and drinks were delicious. Room service is available from 6am - 9:30pm, and seeing this was the end to a 5 week long solo trip, I used this service each night I stayed. Lâm really made my stay that much better, he was polite, kind, quick to get things organised for me and it was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by him during my stay! There is a restaurant and beach club right on the beachfront which is fantastic, the food and drinks there were great too. Absolutely a must stay if you’re planning to visit Tuy Hoa! I’m from New Zealand and this was definitely my favourite stay in Vietnam. Quiet, little to no other westerners, a great place to rewind / reset!

The only small negative I encountered was the pool at the beach club was constantly dirty. A lot of dead dragonflies / dragonfly wings and small bits of plastic were floating in the pool. I completely understand they can’t help the insects from flying in, but considering the amount of staff working I was surprised it wasn’t being cleaned throughout the day / days I was there. I used the pool twice and then only used the rooftop pool of the hotel as it was always clean. I also had about 1.5-2kg of laundry done and it cost 500k, very shocked by this at checkout as everywhere else I stayed was 50k per kilo. I asked the receptionist about it but he didn’t quite understand what I meant. Perhaps just the price you pay at a nice hotel.

Ks sát bờ biển, cũng gần trung tâm nên đi lại ăn uống đều tiện. Nv ks rất lễ phép, thân thiện, từ nv lễ tân, bảo vệ, dọn phòng đều chào khách rất lễ phép. Đây là điều mình thích nhất. Bữa sáng đồ ăn khá phong phú.

Everything!! Warm greetings even from bellman and security, staffs took really good care of me and my family. The room is spacious and the view was even better than i expected. Great location also, you can cross the street and enjoy some coffee at the coffee shop on the beach.

De kamer was zeer goed, Personeel zeer vriendelijk, maar bijna niemand sprak Engels, soms lastig om iets uit te leggen als je Google translate niet graag gebruikt. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Iets meer westerse dingen konden wel.

De taal, bijna niemand verstond Engels, maar ze waren wel zeer vriendelijk.

A lovely clean, modern and stylish hotel. It has a great rooftop pool with sun lounges in either sun or shade as you like. The breakfast catered to both Asian and Western tastes. The staff were ever so helpful and friendly. Free bikes was an added bonus.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hotel is newly built and the ocean view facing room was gorgeous. I forgot to close the blinds before sleeping and we woke up to the most beautiful sunrise I have seen in a while. The staff was amazing and we did something we don't normally do, we ate at the hotel restaurant. The staff recommended their sea bass to us and we tried it at dinner, it was really good. There are lots of other restaurants nearby to try and we had a great time.

Loved being so close to that stunning beach - water was clean and clear. Wonderful to have 3 pools at our disposal, too. Tons of wonderful choices at the breakfast buffet, and really great staff there - the restaurant manager Tu could not have been more kind. We also had great help from very busy front desk staff, who made time to help us extend our stay, make an onward booking and give local travel tips. We were so grateful to have access to bikes, so we could explore this gem of a city. Beds are comfy, bathrooms spotless and stylish. Thanks all - expectations exceeded!

Vị trí tiện lợi. Nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương, lúc nào gặp khách cũng cúi chào. Buffet sáng nhiều món, ngon. Tiện nghi luôn mới và sạch sẽ. Tôi đã ở cách đây 3 năm, nay quay lại mọi thứ vẫn được duy trì và chăm sóc tốt. Sala vẫn luôn là lựa chọn của tôi mỗi khi đến Tuy Hoà. ❤️

staffs in dining area were very attentive in cleaning our table when completing our dishes. Front-desk staffs were friendly and able to check-in and check-out quickly efficiently.

Mirna, ne preveč obljudena lokacija, kot nalašč za zaključni počitek po predhodnem potepanju po Vietnamu. Vredno vsakega centa. Toplo priporočam.

Without doubt the best hotel I stayed in during my 7 weeks in Vietnam and one of the best I’ve stayed in. Room was excellent, dinner in the restaurant was superb and very reasonable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wunderschönes Hotel! Wir haben hier drei Nächte verbracht und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Die Zimmer sind super sauber, Frühstück ist lecker und Abwechslungsreich und auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr bemüht!

Das Frühstück ist für Allergiker eher schwierig und somit sehr einseitig - da wir aber trotzdem etwas gefunden haben hat es für uns keine Auswirkung auf unsere Bewertung
