Spa wasn’t particularly good Struggled to get taxi to cruise port despite being close to it. I understand being so close would be easy however staff told us that taxi drivers wouldn’t come to hotel because too close. Suggested we walk down cobbles to flag taxi down. In the end we were lucky as a driver did drop off so agreed to take us. I found staff dismissive and unhelpful. I would not stay here again if cruising found it stressful

Staff was ever so friendly and it was within walking distance to many sights plus easy transport links too.

The lobby was the only nice thing

The price is extortion in relation to the quality. The hotel stinks of sewage and there is mold throughout the bathroom. The location is horrible with a lot of strange people in the area. On check out we asked for help booking a taxi and the reception said we can do it ourselves

L'emplacement de l'hôtel plutôt bien, faire quand même gaffe le soir car le quartier n'est pas très fréquenté et il n'y a pas vraiment de commerces ouverts...etc.

On a eu une chambre qui était collée à un immeuble en travaux, vu le prix que nous avons payé, je trouvais ça inacceptable de nous lever chaque matin avec les bruits des marteaux et différents engins..., leur réponse : Nous ne sommes pas responsables des travaux, ok je veux bien mais trouvez moi une solution, ayez au moins la logique de ne pas mettre une famille avec bébé dans une chambre avec des nuisances sonores importantes non ?! Deuxième chambre, problème de canalisations, une forte odeur désagréable mais on a rien dit car on ne se voyait pas encore déménager surtout avec un bébé et ses affaires.... Pour résumer, vu le prix que cela coûte, vous pourrez trouver beaucoup mieux, cela n'a pas été notre cas et on le regrette, la réservation était non remboursable sinon on serait partis ailleurs. Ah oui, un dernier point assez curieux d'ailleurs, quand vous réservez sur booking, vous introduisez logiquement les coordonnées de votre carte pour payer (vu que c'est une réservation sans annulation gratuite), et bien ils ne débitent pas la carte, et ils vous envoient un mail avec lien de paiement en vous disant de régler au risque de perdre votre réservation

La ubicación maravillosa muy cerca del puerto, ya que nosotros al día siguiente teníamos que coger el barco, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, el personal de recepción muy amable.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem - ganz im Gegensatz zur Aufbettung. Das Bad war sehr schön groß. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker, der Service zum Teil sehr freundlich.

Im Zimmer kein Stauraum, kein einziger Stuhl - ungünstig für drei Personen. Die Aufbettung für eine erwachsene dritte Person für mehrere Nächte nicht akzeptabel. Das Sofa war sehr durchgelegen, die Federn somit deutlich spürbar. Flasche Sekt als Entschädigung erhalten, sehr nette Geste, aber leider nicht hilfreich. Schlechter Service im Restaurant am Abend, das Essen für den Preis nicht angemessen (falsche Gertänke oder diese ganz vergessen, das bestellte Medium-Steak gut durch gebraten...) Die Bezeichnung "Hotel und Spa" etwas irreführend, 50 Minuten kosten 19€.

Можно было выспаться и днем и ночью тихо и спокойно. В номере все хорошо. Чисто, вода в холодильнике. Лифт, зона ресторана с террасой во внутренний двор, где тень и есть интернет. Мы были в городе в очень жаркие дни. В номере было комфортно. Предложили заехать раньше времени, что было очень кстати в жаркий день.

Ковролин в коридоре совсем износился и ухудшает вид всей гостиницы. Рядом парк где живет много бездомных. Но у нас не возникло никаких проблем с поздними возвращениями в гостиницу.

El personal ha sido muy amable durante toda la estancia. Manoli estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras en todo momento por el tema de la celiaquia, y Raúl en la recepción nos ayudó a gestionar la pedida de un taxi a pesar de haber una huelga

It was definitely very clean and secured. The staff was so friendly and we got a free upgrade during the check in! The beds and the bath were comfortable.

The only downsize was being a bit far away from the main attractions in Barcelona other than the montjuic.

De bedden waren prima en de airco werkte goed. Locatie vond ik prima, je kunt wandelend (ca 20 min) naar het centrum (Rambla) en/of het strand.

Dit hotel is echt geen 4 sterren hotel. Kamers zijn klein. Er staat geen stoel of bureautje oid. Wastafelmeubel is niet in de badkamer maar in de slaapkamer. En alles is erg verouderd (versleten vloerbedekking in de gang, verroeste scharnieren, vochtschade aan wastafelmeubel en schimmelplekken in de badkamer. Incheck vond ik ook niet erg vriendelijk.

Huele mal en los pasillos y en la habitación, mucho ruido por los pasillos por las noches y no pudimos descansar. El hotel necesita una reforma bien grande. Lo encuentro muy envejecido, mucho peor que en las fotos de publicidad. Toallas viejas y desgastadas. Almohadas que huelen mal. Lo siento pero para el dinero pagado no vale este hotel. 👎

Lo único que no nos convenció fue la tele, que es antigua.

En premier lieu, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, qui nous a surclassé, ensuite l'excellente qualité et l'abondance du petit-déjeuner, la qualité exceptionnelle de la literie.

Nous avons été très surpris de la mauvaise qualité de la moquette sur le sol des couloirs, et de l'isolation sonore insuffisante des chambres.

Próximo aos pontos turísticos, dez minutos andando na "La Ramblas" (área pedonal cheio de restaurantes e lojas). Fora do coração do Bairro Gótico mas achei muito melhor pois o centro está todo em reforma e os veículos não entram em todo lugar. Vi muitas pessoas arrastando malas na rua no vexame. No Hotel de bom nível, com um Restaurante/Bar e SPA (só massagem, mas preço bom). Quarto grande cama muito confortável, cofre, Localização ótima para chegar e sair, muito próximo a tudo sem estar no meio da confusão. veículos por aplicativo na "Freenow" eram baratos e tinha acesso fácil ao hotel. Está localizado em local tranquilo e bom, cheio de barzinhos para café da manhã, próx. a grande avenida "Paralela"..fica mais distante dos bairros novos (sagrada família e parque guel) e perto de onde a maior parte do turismo acontece, inclusive, aquarium e praia de barceloneta (3km andando na orla). Staff educado e gentil, qualificado para o nível do local. Restaurante com boas opções de pratos simples.

A recepção falava inglês, espanhol e "persa" mas não conseguiam se comunicar em italiano e português, culturas que tanto acessam Barcelona. Custo do café da manhã alto sem variedade (22€). Pode Melhorar! O que mais me incomodou foi chegar ao local e descobrir que minha reserva havia sido "cancelada" segundo a recepção, apesar de no site demonstrar "confirmada", após me informaram que ainda tinham um quarto disponível e que iam nos "auxiliar", assim, foi cancelada no booking e tudo pago diretamente no hotel. Jamais imaginei que este nível de hotel faria isso.... possivelmente a taxa do booking e minha pontuação na plataforma não foram contabilizadas. Difícil!

We stayed at this hotel this month (August 2026). Communication by email prior to our stay was good. Questions were answered quickly and clearly explained. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The ladies who took care of breakfast were truly lovely and very service-oriented — the breakfast itself was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel generally looks well-kept, but the bathroom was a letdown. There was clear limescale buildup at the entrance of the shower cubicle, and the tiles there had black, moldy grout lines — despite everything being clean. The carpet in the hallway was also completely worn out and in need of replacement. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much better maintenance, especially given how much we paid per night. The rest of the room was good, and the beds were comfortable as well. The rest of our stay at this hotel was good overall.

Le restaurant, le menu était assez atypique (pas pour tous les goûts). Et la terrasse du restaurant est cernée par de grandes tours qui ne donnent pas vraiment envie de manger.

Un très bon hôtel, calme, au restaurant raffiné et délicieux. Le personnel est très attentif à toute demande, le parking est spacieux, le spa est un vrai régal.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel le met entre plusieurs rues à sens uniques actuellement en travaux, donc il est un peu difficile d'accès selon par quel côté vous arrivez.

Struttura bellissima e ben organizzata in un punto piacevole di Barcellona. Drink all ingresso ottimi e camera stupenda ben sistemata e organizzata . Bar e servizio ristorante ottimi e molto accoglienti insieme all reception.

Il servizio pulizie ottimo ma male organizzato . La signora abbiamo provato a comunicare ma non ci siamo riusciti gli avevo chiesto anche degli accappatoi che ci aveva lavato il primo giorno e non ce li ha più messi per i restanti giorni successivi.

Struttura situata un po’ fuori dal centro, ma con fermata della metro a 5 minuti a piedi. E a 10 minuti dalla Rambla.

Poca attenzione ai dettagli. Non ci sono state date le ciabatte da camera. Presenza del piumone anche ad agosto. Condizionatore difficile da impostare. Piscina e Spa presenti ma a pagamento. Il terzo posto letto era in realtà un divano, non comodissimo e situato proprio sotto il condizionatore.

The carpet in the hallways are totally wornout. You have the feeling that you are in a 2 stars hotel. On the othere hand, the room was nice. However, there is no electric socket near the nightstands and the sink is within the bedroom. Strange design...

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Sie sind mir schon beim Einzug aufgefallen, danach wurden es immer mehr. Das Hotel hat keinen Pool, sondern nur einen Spa-Bereich, der nichts Besonderes ist. Den Spa muss man buchen und die Dauer beträgt 50 Minuten.

La chambre était agréable, avec une belle terrasse et un lit très confortable. L’hôtel est également bien situé, ce qui permet de visiter facilement Barcelone. Le ménage était globalement bien réalisé et le spa est appréciable une fois le créneau réservé.

Le principal point négatif concerne l’insonorisation. Les chambres sont annoncées comme insonorisées, mais nous entendions très facilement les voisins, notamment leurs conversations et les nuisances lorsqu’ils étaient bruyants. En revanche, nous n’entendions pas du tout les bruits de la rue, ce qui était appréciable. La première nuit, des clients se sont disputés en pleine nuit, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir correctement. Heureusement, cela ne s’est pas reproduit avec la même intensité les nuits suivantes, même si nous avons continué à être réveillés par des bruits provenant des chambres voisines. Nous avons également eu un peu de mal à réserver notre créneau au spa, le personnel étant parfois absent de la réception. Enfin, lorsque j’ai signalé les nuisances sonores la première nuit, une intervention a bien été effectuée, mais j’aurais apprécié un peu plus de considération pour la gêne occasionnée.

Airco supergoed, heerlijk koel met ruim boven de 30 graden buiten. Grote kamer. Rituals zeep. José van de receptie erg aardig en meedenkend. Legde alles goed uit, en gaf tips over de metro en te bezoeken plekken. Supermarkt Lidl om de hoek. Bedden heerlijk. Goede douche. Ontbijt uitgebreid en goed.

Habitación muy amplia y camas muy cómodas. Desayuno muy completo y riquísimo. Ubicación perfecta al lado del puerto, donde acudimos al concierto de Alan Parsons al lado del mar. Fue genial, así como el fácil acceso a todos los transportes y los monumentos cercanos.

Hubiera agradecido un baño con ducha ya que al dejar la habitación por la mañana y aprovechar el día en Barcelona, una ducha hubiera ido genial.

Während dem schlafen hörte man von anderen Gäste welche in andere Zimmer waren viel Lärm, das heisst die Wände / Türen sind nicht dicht genug. Ausserdem gab es kein Balkon.

Der Etagenflurteppich war fleckig und verschmutzt, das Zimmer eher spartanisch - ohne Kofferablagemöglichkeit und nicht ansprechend Eingerichtet. Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt.

Nos ha encantado la estancia, es nuestra segunda vez y sin duda lo recomendaremos, ya que nunca nos ha decepcionado. La habitación estaba súper limpia, era muy cómoda y no le faltaba de nada, viene totalmente equipada con los amenities necesarios. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y había mucha variedad tanto en salado como en dulce. Lo mejor, sin duda, ha sido el personal. Todos han sido muy amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Da gusto encontrarte con personal así, porque hacen que te sientas a gusto durante la estancia. Sin duda volveremos a repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!

found it a bit odd that the sink isn’t in the bathroom but it is sections off and in the end didn’t really matter. Although it’s a short walk from the beach end of the Ramblas I wouldn’t want to walk it alone at night .

Chambre humide. La propreté pourrais être mieux, fourmis dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. Il faudrait refaire la peinture et/ou le papier peint. Concernant le spa on réserve pour se retrouver avec du monde donc c’est inutile la réservation. Il y a mieux comme hôtel 4 étoiles à Barcelone.

Tive dois problemas que aqui relato - Uma semana antes de minha chegada comecei a recever e-mails do hotel atraves do booking que meu cartao nao era valido. Finalmente apos varias tentativas falar com meu banco, ( nenhuma solictacao de pagamento tinha chegado a minha conta. Cheguei a conclusao que tem algum problema nas verificacoes de segunraca. Bom toda aquela tranquilidade que tenho em reservar com booking desde faz mais de 10 anos assim vai agua baixo, Solicitei apoio a Booking pelos canais que outras veces funcionaram mas tambem nao recebi resposta nenhuma. Isso foi muito ruim mas nao sei se todo o problema foi responsabilidade do booking o do hotel. - Reservei para ver um show de flamenco a partir de uma das propagandas expostas do hotel, que aparentava ser no palau da musica , mas nao fim nao era. Outra das tuipicas trampas que barcelona tende aos turistas. Bom acho que e responsabilidade do hotel cuidar o tipo de atividades que publicita.

The location was perfect for watching the Tour de France, but otherwise the area is a bit gritty and worn down. Hotel is lovely though.
