Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The location is outstanding, with the shopping centre just adjacent to the hotel. All the hotels and malls are within less than 1 km, making everything extremely convenient. The place was truly worth it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and supportive, and the service is good. Overall, great value for money.
Nothing much, except that the restaurant has limited options, although it is quite manageable. The breakfast could also have a few more choices, as it gets a little repetitive over the course of a week.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Housekeeping completely failed to perform even the most basic responsibilities. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and used tea cups and food trays were left unattended despite repeated requests. The housekeeping staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern for guest complaints. The breakfast service was equally unacceptable. Staff stopped serving exactly at 10:30 AM, refusing even a brief 10 to 15-minute extension despite guests waiting to be served. Such poor hospitality and lack of customer care are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that we discontinue using this hotel for accommodating our fresh graduates during summer workshops until service standards improve significantly.
