They don't provide me Room even I was book room 2 days back

There was no breakfast at the hotel. No good options for even tea or breakfast nearby. Very poor in this respect.

Rooms / beds did not seem clean, we saw cockroaches crawling and requested that the room be cleaned again.Limited water kettles. Water pressure inadequate in the bathroom. Unclear hot water instructions. No Ac remote provided in one of the rooms. No pantry or breakfast area.

The stay was terrible, they didnt even came to clean the room . We had to ask them to clean it everyday. DEspite asking they didnt even clean it properly, the washroom was not at all clean, nor did they clean it while we were staying. The tv didnt work, the wifi was terrible and the staff was not at all cooperative

Room was big and good, it was clean, and bed was comfortable. Smooth check in and check out.

They did not provide us with a water bottle until we asked, lift not working for 3rd and 4th floor, room service is little slow.

They are not providing service, tv is not in work off, AC remot is not given, cleanness not , servent are hopless nature , lady woman are very dengerous

The place claimed to be pet friendly on this website, and finally when I reached there with my pet after a 6 hr drive, they didn’t not only allow me to get inside but also spoke very rudely to me. I had to cancel my booking and go to another place

No proper lift facility to the third floor.I paid double the charge, but basic amenities were also not provided. I am planning to claim refund, as this is certainly not expected from such a High cost rooms

The location is the only good thing about the hotel

Dirty room, dirty floor and walls, stained linen, dirty pillow covers, everything is dated and lacked basic maintenance. Very disappointed with the hotel.

The beds weren't hygienic. There was hair everywhere in the sheets. We booked beds for 3 people in each room, we had to take an extra bed instead. Water in the bathrooms and taps were rather slow. Overall the place wasn't hygienic. Wouldn't suggest it for families or even couples. Only worth a last minute booking

We had confirmed our hotel booking on Booking.com 2 days in advance and even received a room confirmation email. However, upon reaching the property, we were informed that all the rooms were full and that only customers who had prepaid had their bookings secured. This put us in a very difficult situation, as the confirmation email led us to believe our reservation was guaranteed, and we therefore had no backup plan. Thankfully, the hotel staff arranged accommodation for us at a nearby hotel. Nonetheless, Booking.com should clearly communicate any changes or issues with a reservation and notify customers immediately so that necessary arrangements can be made in time.
