Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Room was clean and the hotel was near a supermarket and bus stop. Good location and friendly staff.
The smoke alarm in my room kept me from getting a good night’s sleep. The issue was that the battery needed to be replaced, and the alarm beeped throughout the night. The lobby was closed, so I couldn’t ask anyone for help. The next morning, I spoke to the front desk, and they replaced the smoke alarm in my room. The hotel front door instructions were not very clear. I had to call them and ask to open the door for me when I arrived. They gave me code for the front door but the instructions on how to get in the building should be more detalied.

Le petit-déjeuner est très cher pour ce qu'il y a ; les horaires du petit-déjeuner sont anormalement tôt ; il n'y a pas de réasort .... Le personnel de la réception n'est pas très avenant (sauf un seul jeune homme) et celui du dèj encore moins !

V prvý deň som písala správu či si môžeme priniesť batohy skôr ale nikto mi nereagoval. Kartu sme si vyzdvihli podľa pokynov lebo na recepcii už nikto nebol, ale druhý deň keď sme večer prišli na ubytovanie, karta nefungovala. Pomohli nám problém vyriešiť telefonicky, ale bolo to nepríjemné, keď prídete unavení z výletu a nemôžete sa dostať do svojej izby.

The biggest drawback of this hotel/apartment is its location. If you're traveling with family for sightseeing, be prepared to rely on taxis, as the nearest railway station is too far to walk comfortably with children or elderly family members. Overall, I would not recommend this property for families visiting for tourism.

Premesso che siamo a Parigi e quindi si sa che se si prende un alloggio economico (130€ a notte in 4 a Parigi lo ritengo economico) non ci si può aspettare chissà che. Sorbo che non c'era l'aria condizionata ma ho avuto anche la fortuna di arrivare durante l'ennesima ondata di calore in Francia. Per fortuna nella camera e nel salotto dove c'era il divano letto c'erano 2 ventilatori che ci hanno permesso di dormire sennò sarebbe stato impossibile. Ambiente molto piccolo, Sarebbe ideale per una o due notti. noi ci siamo stati 5 notti ma se devi mangiarci, ogni volta devi chiudere il divano letto. Noi a causa del calore interno partivamo la mattina e tornavamo la sera per doccia e andare a letto col ventilatore puntato addosso. Poi un'altra cosa, mettere in conto che per arrivare in centro ci vogliono minimo 45 minuti. Per cui conviene non avere bisogno di tornare all'alloggio durante la girata in Parigi altrimenti si perdono 2 ore di vacanza. Insomma, per me la posizione non è così eccezionale come dicono molti. Se uno riesce a trovare anche a 100€ di più un po' più vicino ne vale la pena

La salle de bain est spacieuse, et le lit ainsi que le canapé sont confortables. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer. le parking pour la voiture fut très pratique. Le personnel de l’accueil est très accueillant, souriant et aimable.
Petit bémol : il manquait de la vaisselle, pour 4 personnes nous n’avions que 2 fourchettes. De plus, les plaques de cuisson chauffent lentement, ou ne chauffe pas du tout

Ein kleiner Markt direkt um die Ecke und die Bushaltestelle über die Straße waren super. Die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr gut.
Es ist nicht übermäßig komfortabel. Es ist weniger ein Hotel, sondern entspricht einem Hostel. Kleines Zimmer, kleines Bad, immer recht laut von draußen und nicht klimatisiert. Zimmerservice nur gegen Aufpreis.

Leider ist die Rezeption am Wochenende nicht besetzt so dass man sich mit Notnummer rumschlagen muss. Zimmer ohne Strom, Zugangskarten die nicht funktionieren. Blackbox die nach korrekter Eingabe nicht öffnen. Alles in allem war ich mit der Situation äußerst unzufrieden.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026If what you really need in the Paris area is a place with a lot of comfort and where you can sleep tight without any noise, this is not a bad choice at all. Some nice touches in terms of sleeping tightly is that there are a set of double doors between the bedroom and the hall and there is also a standing fan, which is a nice touch. It's nice to have a genuine reception as in a hotel. By Paris standards, these accommodations are quite roomy and would serve as an apartment for a couple weeks.
The main disadvantage is simply the extra commute with the bus. We are talking about just 15 minutes from la Defense if you get lucky, but it could be longer and you might have to stand on the bus. Nanterre is a perfectly safe part of town with genuinely middle class people but there is little that is historic or interesting here.

Reviewed May 31, 2026It was really nice and clean, there were a lot of towels and pillows, complementary drinks and biscuits in the kitchen, shower gel, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location is great, close to a bus stop, McDonald’s and other local restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy- anything you could possibly need. The check in and the checkout were easy and fast, our late arrival and early departure were not a problem.
Our neighbours were a bit noisy Sunday night, but it was probably because of the PSG’s win
