The location is in the heart of the city, near to attractions.

The facilities are a little old and seasoned style. The room is also old and a bit smelly. The bath tub was dirty and smell like poop. But already asked the staff to clean it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pool area landscape and the pool and spa. Room was spacious and well furnished. Variety of food was good but not all items were tasty. Nasi Lemak rice was a disappointment as it had no flavour of coconut milk.

Very poor Wifi. Had to use my mobile data at a huge cost after paying for WiFi . It was important for me to complete some work and check in for our flight, but staff couldn't help- disappointing. Sauna area was out of order but we were not told when booking. Couldn't get a simple but important thing such as a weighing machine to weight our luggage for the flight overseas. After much persuasion on the second day, I managed to get it. Appreciate the late check out given on request and the card was extended, but were locked out at 12 noon and no one cared to inform us. Had to wait out with wet cloths from the swimming pool and was not. good experience.

A very comfortable, large room with a big window to look out at the park. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and there was a great choice a different foods on the breakfast buffet. There was also a good size pool to enjoy.

Comfy bed, older Hotel but clean and comfy. Bit out of the way and was nice and quiet. Grab cheap to get around as required. Staff lovely. Would stay again.

Pool area was reasonable

It advertises it is a 4 star hotel but is far below that level. Main problems included: 1. Appallingly slow wifi internet - it was so bad I could not reliably watch video or streaming TV. This is quite unacceptable for 2026 2. The safe did not work in the room and talking to many guests who stayed there, theirs did not work either so it is hard to believe the management is not aware of this problem despite advertising they have rooms fitted with a safe. I asked for mine to be fixed. They said they couldn't so offered to find another room. After a long time the finally came back to me to say that they will replace the safe instead. Then after a wait a person came and replaced the same with another safe that ALSO did not work. So they used up my entire afternoon waiting around for responses and fixes that did not actually work. 3. One of my room key cards didn't work. I went down to reception to fix it and they said it was fixed but it still didn't work so needed to be changed again. Then on a daily basis the key card would stop working for no clear reason needing to be fixed each day. I never knew which of my key cards were going to work at any given time on any given day. 4. A relative was very sick and I had to take her to hospital. Because of this I asked for a late checkout. They declined then after much resistance they finally only gave me just 1hr late checkout knowing full well why I needed it. This I felt showed a lack of compassion and understanding. I know late check outs are not guaranteed but most places you can usually get 1hr late checkout with minimal fuss at no cost if needed. For them to make such a fuss to finally give me only 1hr late checkout despite me having to take a sick relative to hospital was very disappointing. It created a lot of stress while I was at the hospital. A service focussed place would usually bend over backwards to do what they can to accommodate a guest who is truly in need on compassionate grounds.

2 levels of basement parkings should be sufficient if there's no major events or weddings. Quick checking in and vehicle's no plate recognition. Hence, there is no need to validate your parking ticket every time you exiting the premise. Very bright lighting, and you could choose your preferred ambience. Air-conditioning works very well, not too cold or warm, even though the temperature control system looks outdated. TV had been upgraded to HDTV with Google TV plus Netflix, PrimeVideo, etc. Lifts were quite fast and available. Breakfast came with a good spread of local, western, and vegetarian dishes.

Everything was okay for me. On weekends evening there might be some functions at the hotel and the parking space might be limited.

I am just staying 35 KM away from this Hotel. My wife and I have chosen this Hotel for our Baby moon before her EDD. To my surprise, this Hotel offered a very good value for money experience. The cleanliness, facilities, and most importantly the breakfast is something that everyone should look forward to. I will highly consider to come again next time.

The room layout, furniture and electrical appliances in the room are a bit outdated. Probably can be improved with modern layout and furniture to meet current demand. However, the room is clean and cozy.

Location as it is close to my family

The room cleaning policy - There will not provide daily cleaning, rather there have change the policy to only clean the room every 2 days. But when request to change the towels etc, it took ages. i.e., One or two occasions, i left the room at 0800 and request my room to be change or replace on items, by the time i return at 1700, it was not done. Parking - The hotel stated that free parking. However, most of the spaces are rented out and used it as PAYG for other publics. On many occasions when i return to hotel during the working weeks (Mon-Fri), I could not get a single space and sometimes have to tour rounds and rounds for at least 20 mins in order to get a space.

When we arrived, the check in process at the front desk was smooth. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good, lots of Malaysian specialties.

Some of the younger staff are a bit clueless. For example there’s a staff member at breakfast who is always hovering and circulating ready to take away your dishes as soon as possible. It would be better if he was more unobtrusive. In addition , the two bellboys who came to the room to fix the safe had no idea what they were doing and were trying to google how to do it on their phone. As I saw it was going to take a long time doing it that way, I suggested changing room, and then they immediately gave up trying to fix the safe. In the first room they gave us the safe was broken, so they moved us to another room, where the safe was out of battery so they moved us to a third room, which smelled faintly of cigarettes, the toiletries needed refilling (we got housekeeping to do this) and was next to a room which they decided to do noisy maintenance on between the hours of 9:10 and 9:25 pm (sounded like banging nails into the wall). Therefore, first impressions were not great. After that, the next day, things were constantly better.

Royale Chulan Seremban is a huge, spacious hotel with a nice classic charm to it. It's located very close to Seremban KTM Station, although I'd still recommend taking a Grab instead of walking. Since it's probably one of the few proper upscale hotels in Seremban, it tends to be busy with weddings, events, and functions, so it's best to book early. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, and for the price, the room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The amenities were complete, the bathroom was large and even came with a bathtub, and there was a proper work desk if you need to get some work done. Instead of bottled mineral water, the hotel provides mugs and a filtered drinking water tap, which is a nice eco-friendly touch. The highlight of the stay is definitely the breakfast buffet. The variety is excellent for the price, and the nasi lemak was one of my favourites, the rice was fragrant and the sambal was really delicious. Their signature cakoi (a Chinese-style fried dough stick) is also worth trying, especially with kaya or butter. I've stayed here twice now, and breakfast is honestly something I always look forward to. The hotel is also very family-friendly. The swimming pool is designed almost like a mini water park, making it a great choice if you're travelling with kids.

The service was generally good, but there was a small issue during payment. I had to go back down to the lobby because the staff needed my physical credit card instead of the one on my digital wallet, which wasn't mentioned when they called me. It wasn't a major issue, but it could have been communicated more clearly.

Breakfast was quiet and had a decent spread of local taste along with some continental flavour. Not super wide variety but all's good.

The signage could be clearer to get to the lobby from the carpark. As well as the breakfast area. It wasn't too bad but I think it could be clearer. The rooms and common areas also looked a little worn and could use a little refreshing. Overall, it's fine for a short stay.

The hospitality was good.Staff help to accommodate to my request.We were happy that there was snacks for executive lounge.

The food was just ok not as expected.Sunday breakfast was better than the Monday breakfast.The single beds was too close together.

Room was very spacious, quiet, clean. We received a nice welcome fruit basket with fresh fruits upon arrival. For executive room we had free teatime at the lounge and really enjoyed the little canapes and smoked salmon. Bathroom water pressure and temperature good. Parking was free for our stay, easy to park as well, plenty of spots. Good location within Seremban city. Breakfast spread was decent with all the local cuisines - Malay, Chinese, Indian. Fast service from staff to help us get seated in the morning crowd.

Room style quite outdated, can be updated :) But that's it, everything was really good.

It’s a established name of hospitality in Seremban.

There were cockroaches in the room the first night we checked in and we squashed it, thinking it was a one time occurrence but the next day, it was more cockroaches crawling ok our pillow in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. When we spoke to the reception, the first response was, “ do you have a picture of the cockroaches?” as if it was our priority. They then said that they were fully booked and can only clean the room for us. Moreover, the room card that was provided kept breaking thay everytime we want to go into the room, we have to downstairs to ask them to reset the card. When pointed that the card was not working, the staff just said “you should not keep the card next to your phone, the battery would disrupt the key”. The card is always separate pocket and never kept near a phone. Therefore, we checked out the day itself and transferred out to another hotel and they refuse to give us any kind compensation. We rather have a peace of mind then stay in the same hotel.

Good location nearby to all your needs in Seremban especially close distance to the Hospital Tunku Jaafar. 2 levels of basement parking, should be sufficed fir all guests. Good parking system, where it used car number plates recognition system. Once you register your car during check-in, you can come in and out anytime without tge needs to validate your parking ticket or TnG card.

The food reakly let us down. Once we ordered fried kueh tiaw, and it was super salty. Another time we ordered their beef burger, and the meat patty was tasteless.

The hotel is old but cleanliness has been maintained. There is a tap for drinking water in the bathroom which is great- less use of plastic bottles. Bed was comfortable. Service staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a deal breaker but the televisions didn't work well. This is an old hotel so don't expect modern facilities or fancy breakfasts. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Tip: When booking our rooms, we didn't check the hotel's official website and only realized later that their prices were lower. Might be worth doing that before you book this hotel through this site.

The hotel is a well known hotel. The front doorman was really friendly. The breakfast and pool were great, at least for my family. The room was spacious with king bed plus the huge bathroom. The aesthetic of a proper luxurious hotel was there.

Its old. A few decades old. Expect the comfy of the 90s to 2000s. With the layout of the room, the brands for the toilet and sink. Its good for a nostalgic callback but not if you want modern stay. The thermostat for the air conditioner should be improved as sometimes it can be too cold or too warm inside the room even when adjusted.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by lush greenery and located directly opposite the Taman Tasik Seremban, offering a calm environment away from traffic noise.

It would be even better if the water dispenser nozzle had a protective cap for improved hygiene, especially since it is located inside the bathroom area. One of the treadmills was out of order and could benefit from maintenance.
