Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu by IHG

Perfect

Tudo

Highly appreciate the location near the airport, free transfer, comfortable rooms with all the necessary things, kind and professional team of the hotel

Her sene 1 defa bu otele giderim. Her zaman aynı kalite ve aynı hizmet devam etmektedir. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Kevin yıllardır bizi ev ortamında karşılamaktadır.

Siempre repetimos

Todo bien

A very nice relaxing room with comfortable and luxurious bedding. The breakfast and food overall was excellent, a nice experience after flying for so long.

Given its and airport hotel, the airport pickup times are too restricted and should be more flexible. We had to pay for two nights accomodation due to the flight times to ensure we had a room available, but stayed for only 14hrs or so - it wouldn’t have taken much to have organised a pickup as requested. Instead we had to get a painful taxi from the airport, a total debacle we could have done without!

Incroyable. Au goût du jour. Personnel irréprochable !

Bardzo miła obsługa Smaczne posiłki

———-

Super

Ambience

It was really delicious

When we arrived at the hotel our taxi driver took 180RMB from us for a 10min drive from the airport (should’ve only been 40RMB). Another guest at the hotel saw it and called the hotel staff. They spoke with the driver and made him return the money to us. They were very friendly and proactive in making sure our stay was comfortable. Staff that were particularly helpful were Vicky Lu and Jane Zhou. My 2yo child was with us too and they gave us toys, milk, etc for him, which we were so grateful for. Breakfast included was excellent as well. Huge variety, although we’re Muslim and there was no halal meat available, we had eggs, toast, spreads, cream, desserts, fruit, coffee, etc - it was great!

The room service closes quite early, so I was unable to order a cup of milk for my toddler at bedtime because we were a little late to come back from the city.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and is well connected by metro to both the airport and the railway station, making it very easy to travel around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality food. I would especially like to thank Ms. Jane, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Nothing.

Everything. Very pleasant stay. Very friendly staff with welcome gifts

Nothing

ottima colazione stuff molto disponibile

orari della cena dalle 17:30 alle 19:30. Troppo presto e limitato.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the airport. The metro is only 3 minutes away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful! Special thanks to Kevin Xu, Donnac and Forrest!

the staff was super helpful and kind

Big clean rooms, with all the equipment needed, super comfortable bed. Close to the airport, free transfer goes every hour starts from 6am what is very convenient

Great shower

Good Breakfast. Nice rooms

The room was clean and comfortable.

A little far from airport. To get to terminal 2 is a bit long way since the bus firstly drives you to terminal 3, so to get to terminal 2 takes 40 minutes from hotel.

We’d like to thank you for a very enjoyable stay. We shall certainly recommend your hotel to our friends and family. We’d especially like to commend Jane Zhao who made us feel very welcome and gave us very good information about the area - and a surprise birthday cake for Adrian! With thanks again Megan McGrath and Adrian Gray

Great room. Great service.

Best location for transfer, very perfect breakfast

The staff were exceptional - from the great welcome and check-in assistance from Kevin to the swimming lifeguards and the friendly staff at breakfast we loved the hotel and the staff made our visit truely special.

Great option for layovers, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and good facilities. My 3 year old enjoyed the indoor playroom, and there are some food places within walking distance. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Had some lovely conversations with the staff, (Jane Zhao, who helped us with breakfast) and the other restaurant staff were very warm.

Airport shuttle has limited running times, which unfortunately didn't cover our arrival. All the taxi drivers refused to take us on the meter, so I ended up paying a much larger fee to get there.

There was some smell in the room, we stayed only one night so we managed

Best hotel staff

The food is excellent in the coffee house. It is really value for money.

Nothing to pick on

Staff was super helpful

Push shower needed like crowne plaza Guangzhou city center

I like the location, environment & the beautiful view.

There is nothing!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thanks to Olivia and Jerry for their support during my stay. A special thank to Jane at the restaurant for her exceptional support, Jane is so kind and she is always ready assist. Jane will always welcome to the restaurant with a smile and make you feel at home She is the reason I will always come to the hotel anytime I'm in China.

Excellent stay with spotless rooms and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit. Special thanks to Natsuki Cheng for the exceptionally kind and attentive service — truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended, and would gladly stay again.

We had a very restful stopover and will stay again in future. Jane Zhao and Coco Zhong really looked after us, as did all the staff at the front desk and restaurant. The concierge even called a Didi taxi (at hotel expense) to get us to the airport, when the shuttle was delayed.

Everything perfect as usual.

It is super clean and nice.

I like the environment of the hotel

The housekeeping is articulate (especially to mention Ms Miho) who all put to help in my leather jacket laundry I am impressed with the cleanliness n dry toilet. As for F&B (Camellia) was full of courtesy n helpful.

Transport to n flow airport is not comprehensively cover ( desired hours)

It is very relaxing and quite yet it offers everything you need and more. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly

Complimenti!

Tutto ok

Very close to the airport, excellent breakfast , the room is spotless and comfortable

Everything was perfect, it is my favorite hotel in Guangzhou

From hotel staff to hotel facilities were tops and very helpful staff.

Nothing bad that I experienced.

The staff is professional and attentive. Specially Kevin and Ken helped me with all the needs I had during my stay.

When i was leaving the bus was late and they ask for me a didi to solve the problem. Also Coco and kevin from front desk were super gentle and nice.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and checkin was fast and friendly staff.

The hotel not provided shuttle from Terminal 3 from morning as their first shuttle was from 1.30pm

Dinner menu at restaurant needs some changes not much selection

My favorite part is breakfast at restaurant with amazing selection of breakfast choices and the staff was amazing recommend go seeing Tina li if your ever visiting crown plaza. Hotel is overall living its name one of best international hotels.

Dinner menu needs adjusting due to small menu

Yes but a little older but the facilities are ok. The staff was very friendly.

Room carpets was a little smelly.

Excellent service especially from Giselle Chen and Jane Zhao with a free breakfast offer and twice espresso serving.

Staff is very helpful and friendly specifically front desk , her name is Coco, she is the best

The hotel is good quality for the good price.

The staff are very professional and helpful We had a smooth check in and check out thanks to coco and Jerry We will be back

We had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza! It is perfectly located close to the airport, making it the ideal choice for a transit stay before a flight the next day. Due to a late arrival, we unfortunately missed the free shuttle bus. We informed the reception and took a taxi instead; while the taxi driver wasn't very pleasant, the hotel staff handled the situation incredibly well and were very helpful upon our arrival. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of food options. Overall, a smooth and professional service, I highly recommend it for travelers in transit!

Just 15 minutes ride from the airport Noce staff, well-equiped and comfortable room, nive garden and oudoor swimming pool

Close to the airport (15 min drive, 30-50 CYN by Didi - local Uber), spacious room, very comfortable bed Graet choice for a stop-over in Guangzhou

Location. Direct assisabilty to all over guangzhou with metro link . Metro station is at waking distance and for vegetarian behind hotel Masala king restaurant having good quality of food. Airport bus is there

Nothing

The place was spotless and really nice. A special shout-out to Kevin at the front desk for being so helpful and kind! Breakfast was great—a huge selection and very generous—we easily found plenty of options that suited our European tastes.

Service and the level of comfort provided by staff specially Giselle Chen.

Service, cleaning , location and room facility

Kevin, coco at reception and the room cleaning older lady : always a smiling face. Coming here doesn't feel like coming to hotel any more.
