Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Обычный отель "на переночевать". Удобный трансфер в/из аэропорта. Завтрак оценить не удалось, т. к. был ранний выезд. Персонал работает быстро и четко
Трансфер из терминала 2 сначала заезжает ещё и в терминал 3, и только после этого едет в отель. Итого дорога больше 20 минут. В обратную сторону - из отеля - заезжает сначала в терминал 2, и потом в терминал 3. Имейте это ввиду, планируйте своё время заранее! В радиусе 100 метров из общепита только KFC , где половина меню была не доступна к заказу. Но это и не проблема самого отеля )

Звукоизоляция слабая очень слышно. Тк близ аэропорта. Не понятная автоматическая система: когда человек принимает душ то на всю комнату начинает играть музыка 😆 второму не очень комфортно так как громко и шумно а хочется спать либо отдыхать

Personal spricht kein Englisch, das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen und der Teppich hatte sehr viele Flecken. Die Dusche stank stark und die Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet, so dass das Zimmer 30 grad Celsius hatte und auch durch die Klima nicht wirklich heruntergekühlt wurde. 26 grad Celsius am Morgen.

Room facilities were quite fun as all at push of a button (blinds, lights with different moods) & there was lovely music which came on when you turned on the shower which was a treat. Convenient to the airport. Great value. Breakfast is geared more toward Chinese cuisine but it was plentiful and yummy.
The carpet was the only thing that looked old/stained and could be replaced to make it feel cleaner. It was challenging getting the shuttle (it is “on call”, not regular) as I didn’t have local SIM and e-Sim didn’t work when calling them from my mobile so had to locate someone at the airport customer service desk in arrivals hall to call them and write details of the shuttle down/where to wait etc. Bigger hotel chains have regular shuttle services which are more convenient but I know what to do next time and would stay here again.

( it is small but if you are wanting to stay near the airport or transiting through Guangzhou I found it to be fabulous. . It has a free pick up and drop off service that is easy to navigate after arrival as you receive the instructions after booking. I booked through Booking.com. It iis exceptionally clean, breakfast was served yourself but had a quiet small selection nicely prepared and very adequate and had everything you require for a good start to the day. Would I stay again definitely. Value for money definitely. Pretty good English spoken to.
I liked this hotel but keep in mind it is not an international hotel if you are looking for those amenities go elsewhere.

Breakfast was too monotonous. No options.....Hotel is far from city center. About 30mins drive to Tongtong. Unfortunately my fridge wasn't really cooling so I had to use the one downstairs

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Arrived early evening on a layover flight and needed to eat, found a restaurant about 300m from hotel which was quite good. A couple of beers and cantoneese dishes which were well priced. Had a coffee from KFC in the morning which was quite good. Transfer to from Hotel worked well. Not a lot going on in the area that the Hotel was situated and not really a longer stay option. Bed was really comfortable and bathroom linen etc very clean. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was average, nothing like other Hotels where we have stayed in China. Coffee was served from a dispenser with milk and sweetener already added.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026We stayed for one night as transit from BKK to the UK. We used the shuttle service from terminal 2 (the hotel messaged me with details and telephone/wechat number - we did not have a simcard so went to China Southern Airways and they called the hotel to let them know we were there) pick up was from door 46 departures floor 3 and he arrived 20mins later. The hotel was good, the room very modern and comfortable. It was very close to the airport therefore the noise of the aircraft was loud, but they provided earplugs and I never heard anything. We also used the free shuttle service the following day (leaves hourly on the hour).
Not a critisism just for information. They provided 2 small bottles of water (as per usual) but couldn't offer any more (luckily we did find some locally). The hotel is located on a business park so only very limiting for eating etc. KFC is around the corner and a local shop. The hotel only offered a vending machine with pot noodles, drinks and heineken.

Airplane landing and taking off sound was too loud especially planes landing. The hot shower takes some time to come. The actual hotel does not look anything like the pictures on the internet at all. Pictures are deceiving.
