Stay there most weekends the staff is nice and hospitable. It’s located near the train station and within walking distance to the shinsaegae/bus terminal.

Good for the price you pay, very close to Cheonan station.

화장실 비데도 작동되지 않고 청소상태 위생도 엉망이고 출입문도 잘 안닫히고, 난방조절도 되지 않고 전반적인 상태가 호텔수준은 아님.

오래된 숙소여서 시설이 오래되긴했는데 욕실도 크고 방도 따뜻하고 무엇보다도 천안역에서 도보로도 가깝고 주변에 식당들도 괜첞은곳들이 가까워서 걸어다니며 밥먹고 좋았어요

가격 대비 호텔내의 상황은 좋았음 직원들 친절하고 더울만큼 히터 빵빵 틀어주고 뭐 만족할만 한데 토요일 아침이라 교회 관련 업체들이 주차장앞에서 마이크로 노래하고 기도를 빙자하고 소리 질러 깜짝 놀랐음 무료 급식같은 좋은 뜻의 행사지만 소음관련해서는 민원이 나올법도 한데 모두들 그냥 묵인하고 받아 들이는 게 이상하다라는 생각이들었음

The hotel is at very convenient location near metro station which can go direct to Seoul station. Friendly front desk staff and affordable rates. Will certainly visit for vacation during stay at Cheonan factory.

일단 방이 넓었다는 점과 직원들의 친절은 좋았습니다. 하지만 투숙객 입장으로서 좀 자주 환기를 해주시고 냉장고의 청결상태도 수시로 확인해 주시길 바랍니다.(냉장고에 곰팡이가 조금 묻어있었습니다만 제거 요청하니 제거해 주었군요.)

방 크기, 청결 상태 등 모두 좋았습니다. 다만 에어컨 소음이 큰 편이어서 잠이 드는데 불편했습니다. 따라서 에어컨을 정비해 주면 좋겠습니다.

그정도 가격에 그정도의 호텔이였음

방은 크고 화장실도 큰데 청결 상태는 엉망 이었어요~상명대 시험 때문 하루 묵었는데 담배 찌든 냄새와 수건은 더러워서 다시 바꿔 달라고 했습니다 호텔이라고 하기에는 청결도가 떨어졌네요

가성비 대비 매우 좋습니다

아침조식은 절대먹지 마세요 유통기한지난 요구르트에 물에는 머리카락이 있어 깜놀했어요 컴플레인 했더니 요구르는 유통기한이 지나도 괜찮타는 이야기 듣고 화가나더군여 가족여행처음이었는데 아이가 먹는걸 못먹게 했네요 물도 오후엔 공사를 한다며 따뜻한 물이 안나와 고생했습니다 처음으로 가족여행 갔는데 숙소때문에 넘넘 실망했어요

방이 너무 커서 놀랬습니다. 화장실도 거의 저희집 작은방 정도 ^^; 시설은 다소낡고 카펫이라 얼룩에 청결이 걱정되었지만 침구가 깨끗하고 역주변이라 찾기 쉽고 만족한 숙박이었습니다.

天安駅くら近く便利な場所にありました。

3명이서 디럭스 트윈룸 이용했습니다. 내부 넓고 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 옷장 내부에 바지 옷걸이도 있으면 좋을 것 같은데 없이도 이용 잘 했습니다. 배게가 정말 푹신해요. 어디서 사신건지 물어볼걸... 배달음식 가능하고 방 내부에 전자렌지도 있어서 밤에 야식먹기 좋습니다. 냉장고에는 생수 들어있었는데 몰라서 2L 물 사갔네요. 생(수)고생... 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 다음에도 천안가면 이용하려구요.

room condition is very good. It's very clean~!. An breakfast is so good. But breakfast manager is too much kind...Um~~~ But everything is be OK!

천안에서 호텔이 생각보단 많지 않습니다. 가성비도 생각해야 되는데 그정도의 호텔같았습니다. 아침 조식 서비스도 나름 괜찮았구요, 친절과 청결한 느낌이었으나, 유리문으로 된 화장실과 모텔 느낌이 조금 들었던건 단점이었습니다.

이 근방 호텔 중엔 가장 낫지 싶네요 인테리어가 고급스럽고나 깔끔하지는 않았어요

숙박은 전반적으로 쾌적하고 좋았어요. 다만 침대가 조금 딱딱해서 허리가 아팠고, 지역이 구도심인지 근처에 먹을게 없네요..ㅜㅜ 주변에 먹읅 없다는게 젤 아쉬워요

Nice facility, close by to the train depot. Nice breakfast and very roomy.

I think the hotel was generally nice. Not too bad for the price, the staff was more than accommodating for me, parking is easily available. There is plenty to do with the Cheonan shopping mall only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel as well. My favorite part of the room was bathroom, they were really nice!

A little dated but close to cheonan station. With that you are close to shopping and restaurants.

구 천안역에 위치한 호텔~~가격대비 나쁘지 않았음~~

편안하게 2박을 했네요.

天安ではいつもこのホテルを利用しています。駅から近いので非常に便利。料金もリーズナブルです。また、ホテルのフロント、食堂の人たちも非常に好意的ですし親切です。

전반적으로 조용하고 천안역이 옆이라 근접성도 아주 좋아요 다음에도 다시 이용 할 것입니다.

역과 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 방 사이 소음은 어느정도 있지만, 넘어갈만해요.

위치가 좀 구석진 곳에 있고, 호텔 외부가 정리가 안 된 느낌 입니다. 호텔이라기보다는 오래된 모텔의 느낌이었네요. 이불은 깨끗했습니다. 그리 추천은 하고 싶지 않습니다.

교통의 선택 가능한 옵션이 많습니다. 천안역을 나오면 바로 보이는 곳이라 찾기 쉬었습니다. 출장으로 다시 천안을 찾는다면 1순위로 다시 선택할 만한 호텔입니다. 인테리어가 오래된 느낌이지만 방이 넓은 편이고 침구도 깔끔합니다.

It was nice and very easy to go to the train station. The room was big and comfy with a small room like balcony. The bed was a little uncomfortable but great if you like hard beds. Within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Overall great place to stay.

가격대비 조금 오래된 느낌이네요

I stayed at this hotel for 25 days the staff was excellent very friendly and always helpful. You're right next to the subway which makes it very easy to get around South Korea. I will be coming back to South Korea and I will definitely stay here again.

Fine hotel near the Cheonan train station. Staff speaks some English and are always smiling while trying to help. Buffet breakfast is good!

Hotel was very convenient, right by bus and train. Very good service and cleanliness. My only problem was the first room given to me had a glass door, and a glass wall to the bathroom. Parts were frosted but I could still see in or out. If traveling with someone else there is no privacy. Management did give me another room but it still had glass door to the bathroom

Love to stay in the hotel as much as time allowed

Domestic businessman may suffice with the very basic service & immensities this hotel offers. For a western business traveler who is use to even the basic Best Western level hotel, this will be a disappointment...

The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were terrific! Front desk was always friendly and very responsive to needs and answered questions. The staff at breakfast were helpful and kind. We do not speak Korean, but that was not an issue here. I would stay here again.

Was worried about how my experience here might go, but I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and capable staff, and comfortable and accommodating for the price.

This was a return to the hotel, I'd lived in Cheonan and stayed there for almost 18 mth for business before. the hotel is clean and tidy if a little limited in amenities, the area arounmd the hotel is not the prettiest although a short walk takes you to the Shinsegai area which is fine. The station is 100 mtr away and the taxi rank there is handy though, Cheonan Yok gets you to the station so getting round is easy.

I stayed at this hotel when visiting Cheonan on business for 2 nights. It is approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the bus station. The rooms are fine for the price paid. They are perhaps a little dated, but this is not Seoul. They do get a bit warm so the air conditioning needs to be on even whilst sleeping. There are restaurants closer to the bus station but I also went to one close to the hotel that was recommended by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Breakfast is typical for Korean hotels (not international hotels in Korea) - rice/noodles, egg, bacon, toast etc.
